I start snickering, and the snickering soon turns into laughter. "That's nothing to be concerned with! At least, not to me..."

I hear the moaning from downstairs. I'm compelled to go down there and see if there's a girl for me, but my damned sense of duty forces me to help everyone grab stuff and go out the window. I'm still keeping watch in case I see one I like, though. If I can get caught by one I like, then good. If I can make it look like I'm sacrificing myself to let everyone else get away, even better.
