RWBY: Alternative Worlds! (Open)

[Drack]

"Right!" Simon says excitedly as he rushes out of the water to call own locker.

[Nexous]

You get your weapon ready, and make your dive with Rodger, and Leanna. Once you use use the glow sticks you can see where you went in through a sinkhole. You resurface to see what looks like a man made chamber. At the end of the radius of the light emitted from the glow stick you see a podium with an orb on it. There appears to be an engraving of a hand print on it.

[Drack]

After another short dive Simon and his friends emerge in the hidden cave. Discovering what appears to be a man-made chamber. At the edge of their light Simon spots a podium with an orb, with a hand print engraved on the orb. "Hmm, this looks pretty interesting...guess we better check this thing out." He says cautiously approaching the podium. Only placing his hand on it if he sees no other way to proceed.

[Nexous]

The chamber is large, and has several paths leading off. Standing with your back to the entrance there are left forward, right forward, central forward, one to your left, and one to the right.

[Drack]

"Hmmm..." Simon examines the room. "For now, let's focus on the pathways. This orb might be some kind of trap." He says thinking aloud. "Let's start with the left most path and work our way around."

[Nexous]

You enter the left most path to find what looks to be a barrack style room, with tattered grass mats where whoever lived here slept on. The walls as you get closer are covered in mysterious runes.

[Drack]

Simon looks around the room noticing the mats and the runes on the walls. "Say, do either of you know what those weird things on the wall mean?" He says pointing to the runes.

[Nexous]

"Not at all." Leanna says.
"Abandon all hope, ye who enter here. Too lake it it to flee." Rodger said examining the wall.

[Drack]

"Ominous..." Simon says as Rodger explains what the runes say. "Well, I don't think it's Grimm we are dealing with, but we should check the next room to learn more."

[Nexous]

Rodger starts to laugh. "I canna read it."
"Seriously!? Ugh of course you can barely read english." Leanna says with a groan.

[Drack]

Simon sighs as Rodger begins to laugh. "Well, standing around wondering about it won't help...if we check out the other moves we might learn more."

[Nexous]

You make your way back into the main chamber

[Drack]

When they go back to the main chamber Simon looks back to his friends. "Well, let's stick with the plan and go to the next leftmost path, but one of us should go back after that and give Vincent an update, we don't want him to worry."

[Nexous]

"Right, I'll go." Leanna said. You go up the next path, and it is blocked with rubble. With that leanna takes off. The next two paths are likewise blocked off, and the last is another bed chamber. About this time Leanna rejoins you.

[Drack]

After searching around with no luck Simon finally makes his way back to the center chamber as Leanna returns. "Well, we have come up with nothing so far...our only possible path now is the orb." He says walking up to the podium. "Ready up you two, we don't know what this thing will do." He says as he prepares to put his hand on the orb.

[Nexous]

The other two ready themselves. As you put your hand on the orb you feel it slowly leaching aura out of you, but the room lights up with green fire emitting from torches.

[Drack]

Simon frowns as he feels his aura being drained. "Hm, it just keeps getting stranger. It's got to be useing my aura for more than just lighting some torches..." He thinks for a moment. "Perhaps the other rooms have been affected as well. I'll stay here and keep the lights on if you two want to check it out."

[Nexous]

"It may well effect other rooms, but I doubt it effects the bunk houses we have access too, likely the ones that are blocked off." Leanna says. "Lets just report our findings."

[Drack]

"Alright, this isn't really going anywhere anyways...this place would make a neat secret base though." He says stepping away from the podium. "Well let's get going."

[Nexous]

"Aye, it would." Rodger agrees.
"No it wouldn't." Leanna asserts. "First who knows that is past those rocks, it could be grimm. We should report it in case there are. Second it is a great archeological find, and could teach us more about our origins."
