Yugioh 1000 years of Darkness 2/8

I stayed silent as the other students said their piece, should Yugi really be called the King of Games, huh? I fell deep in thoughts as I pondered the question...But no matter how I thought about it I couldn't come up with a definite answer and decided to stay quiet, at least for now.

[Heero]

"AH ALL of them are quite good answers indeed Especially Heero's yes we can't really say for sure that YUGI is the "king of games' since the only game he's mostly played all his life was Duel monsters. BUT! in another way you are all WRONG! this boy is not the 'king of games' NOR IS HE THE SAVIOR OF THE WORLD! look here at these slides and tell me nay! I CHALLENGE you to tell me that i am wrong."

He then flips through several slides of yugi at school and around domino city with his friends and sometimes here and there dueling or playing a game or two. then slides when he's older and more grown up working and form time to time dueling to keep his status of king of games. the next few slides show a more adult yugi, a more taller version dueling people such as Kaiba, Pegasus, rare hunters, Marik, the disciples of the Oricalcos, and finally Dartz.

"YOU all think that Yugi is the 'king of games' ? I SAY NOT! he's only taking the credit for what his alter-ego has accomplished, i'm talking about ATEM! He's the real king of games. He's the only one out of the two of them who has beaten all of the bad guys who wanted to either rule the world or destroy it. I doubt any of you can see the difference between the two so i shall point them OUT!"

He takes out a pointer from inside his blazer and extenses it. "1. yugi and Atem are of different height, notice Atem is a head taller than yugi.
2. look at the hair with Atem there are more yellow spikes extending outward, and one of the locks in front of his face is longer.
3. his facial features are sharper and more defined, more intimidating then the child-like appearance of yugi.
4. and finally his voice, Atem has a deeper bass while yugi has more of a high-pitched sort of whining quality to it. here i shall play a sample of it."

He clicks a button on the remote and a sample of both yugi and Atem's voices ring out of the speakers.

[Nexous]

"Yugi however defeated Atem in a duel. Thus wouldn't he have won the title?"

[Heero]

"Ah yes that would grant him the title no doubt BUT it's unwarrented for the fact that they both used the same deck to duel each other and i'm fairly certain that Atem held back for yugi's sake." waving his hand dismissively.

Yugi didn't use the Dark Magician though. You're both right and wrong. I never recall Atem using Gandora or the Silent monsters.

[Oersted]

Well, that discussion became quite interesting, although I still didn't talk at all I still payed attention.

[Nexous]

"Held back? But didn't he get all 3 god cards out?"

Indeed he did. I also belive during the time the Dark Magician was out Atem kept trying to take out Yugi is one shot. (In the manga Atem only used one God card though. Anime all three.)

[Heero]

Heero sits quitely listening to the discussion his fingers entwined beneath his chin. lost in thought.

[Drack]

I finally find my way to the dean's office "Hmmm, I do wonder what the dean is going to do about me....well, I guess I better quit wasteing time.." I knocks on the door

I sigh as this discussion became rather boring. Indeed Yami yugi is the true king of games but without little yugi to stop him from killing seto kiba, he would never have became as good as he was.

[Heero]

@Drack: a deep voice resonate from within the room. "Come in."

@Class: "ALRIGHT! that's enough of that you all have very good opinions on who's the true king of games is and who isn't BUT, class is almost over and I have a very special assignment. BUT. you all will have to write a number on a piece of paper and put it in a hat then i shall draw a number who's number i'll draw will be picked so please do so now.
(p.s. i'm going to randomize like what nexous does to see who will parsitpate.)

[Drack]

"Umm, right." I open the door and walk in "I just woke up from the infirmary...the nurse told me to come and see you sir."

[Heero]

@Drack: a big man sits at a desk writing looks up when you step in, "AH! yes Millissa told me you'd be coming welcome to Kaiba university My name is Yuri Noboku and i'm the Dean of this school. she has told me you suffer from memory loss? well that's too bad. we'll have to log your memory so how about it are you up for a duel? it might help you remember something like your name or where you came from HAHA."

[Drack]

I blink and pull my deck out of my pocket and look at it for a second "Um, alright I guess it couldn't make my memory any worse.."

[Nexous]

I write *Bacon* on the slip of paper, and slip it in the hat.

*writes 87 and puts it in the hat*

After being asked to asked to write a number I write 7 on the paper and put it in the hat.

Hirako sits down after she drops her piece of paper with the number 25 on it without another word. Well that sure was a boring class. Hopefully the next one will be a little more interesting.. she thought to herself.
