Ever get that feeling, when you roleplay alot to a certain point that:
A: Your partner no longer wants to Roleplay, expecially regarding straight-up cybers.
B: You've run out of ideas to continue your sessions.
C: You get to the point of searching for random strangers on chatango in an attempt to fill the void of wanting an RP/cyber (That your normal/previous partners no longer puts out). Only to be generally met with people who usually have extremely high expectations to roleplay as an initiative.
*Sigh* I dunno, It's quite frustrating really to want to RP and/or cyber with just about anyone like a desperate chihuahua on edge to maintain sanity or stress-relief.
To be honest, it's like saying that I prefer to RP over watching pornography due to having the drive of being in a scenario instead of staring at something premade...
Personally, I think it's rather better to ask you folks out there who do care.
Why is it in particular most experienced Roleplayers generally have this as a demographic expectation?
"Girls only"
"Futa preferred"
"Perfect grammar or paragraph minimum"
"No instant cybers with occasional exception to RPs leading to one."
===============================
I dunno, are cyber-only RPs THAT boring for some? Does it sound so bland for someone to do a quickie of such?
*Sigh again* I suppose those folks Roleplayed for TOO long and lost the meaning to become easygoing. Having expectations climb higher than normal.
What do you folks think? I'm a bit in a sour mood and could use some answers to this.
(To those who answer [regardless of the answer], thanks a bunch)

In my case, I think all RP is boring (I need visuals!) and I was in Category B from the start. I also dislike cyber sex stuff in general and personally I don't see the drive to an adult RP.
Maybe you should try visual novels some time, to get more inspiration and a fresh form of entertainment.

I have sometimes, not often and not recently though. Mostly with option B, especially when it's been a long day.
As for the expectations, that's due to preferences and whether someone's in a rut from what I can tell. Grammar/spelling is possibly due to people wanting other to write at the same level they do or higher, and I can't say anything about the 4th.
And as for the climbing expectations, that I can understand and agree with wholeheartedly. As things change and progress so too do perspectives, where something once exilerated you now only gives a shadow of a tingle, so you look for something more.

Yeah, I've gotten that in general. Especally after hanging around a place for 11+ years, it's like "I'm kinda bored of it..."

Re: Roleplay Burnout... *Sigh*
Thinking on it more, I think I can see the drive to the RP, it just feels weird for me though..and uncomfortable. I guess I just have a terrible imagination and then there's the fact that no one can hold my attention very long since I'm hard to please..
Re: Roleplay Burnout... *Sigh*
I've had that problem before friend. Though my main problem is life gets in the way for my partners or schedule conflict sometimes. Some just disappear without warning. Me, I have many kinks and don't mind short simple posts, or long detailed posts. Male, female, trans-gendered, whatever! I don't care! As long as we can have fun and do new stuff. If you're looking for a new partner, pm me. We'll start something new and fun I'm sure.

I do mot of my RPing on a site called F-List. I really don't see the point in how para RP is the best kind. Nuber of lines shouldn't matter. Number of words pe sentence shouldn't matter. Fun is all that matters.
