Bleach RP 3/3

So, I know I said I was retired from DMing, but F* it. I'm bored off my nut, the internet has let me down, and the weather won't let me out. If I do this this will be the basics of it.
It will be an alternate universe. We will not run into any Bleach Characters, though the storyline may be similar. especially around the Arrancar arc.

Hollows = MGs that will be evil. Can be any MG but they drain men till they die.

zanpakuto spirits = Also MGs, but actually increase the power of the wielder.

I'm debating on Bankai, and there will be no gaining hollow powers sorry.

Story: (Will be in more detail in RP form, this is an outline.)
You, and your squad mates were on a mission to the Human world. It is your very first mission. There have been disappearances of Soul reapers in the area. Your Captain is with you, when a Vasto Lorde attacks. You are knocked out purely by it's spiritual pressure. A long fight ensues Your Captain defeats it, but the entire faction of his squad he brought with him died. He thinks you died as well, and returns to the S.S. What he does not realize is that you are still alive, and for now stranded in the Human world.

How many people will be able to join in this?

As for Bankai it could be possible if someone RP'd as a vice-captain who just recently obtained it. Otherwise I don't think any squad members would have it yet IMHO.

Also for those joining will there be a thread for Zanpakuto creation? And how will most interactions between Shinigami and Hollows be? Or the Arrancar once it gets there in the story?

Reason for the thread is so that whichever zanpakuto is created they'll be balanced in a way. Which just gave me the idea that whoever is in the RP would know a bit about each others blades, as knowing your teamates abilities makes attacks easier to plan out.

In response to question 1 Not sure yet.

Bankai Statement. They would come further in RP they won't even start with Shikai yet.

Zanpakuto will pretty much be like this. The player will decide what their character's playing style will be, and what MGs they don't want and I will assign them an MG based on that. Interactions between Shinigami, and Hollows will be. Hollows will try to rape them to death, and Shinigami will try to purify them. Arrancar that one will be a secrete until we get there. The Zanpakutos can be discussed in the OOC. I'm going with this Players don't know anything about each other unless they read it in the RP. So unless someone says something like "My Zanpakuto can do such, and such." or they see it in actual combat they will have no idea what they can do.

Appearance: Bunrakuken is rather young compared to other shinigami due to being practically fresh out of the academy. He stand at 5'10" and with a light skin tone. He has short messy black hair and dark brown eyes that might as well be black. His build is well toned and muscular.

Drake, I'm reclassifying you as Meat wall. Only difference is you should focus on Bakudo with your Zanpakuto. Zone, heero Which style of warrior would you prefer Tank, or Slash-and-Dash? Think Rinji's Bankai, or Ichigo's.
