The drawing of Paz is also great, the folds on the coat are really good. You should makes his hands bigger though, a fully unfolded hand should be able to cover most of the face, the ones you drew are a bit small in my opinion.

You should lower the eye on the left side of the picture, it's too high up, needs to be closer to the cheek bone. And lower the right eye to too to match it afterwards, currently they look like they are embedded in the forehead.

I know, but even so they are too high even at that angle. Just lasso and try moving them down and see if it looks better, if not you could always move them back. Just a suggestion though.
