Yes, layers are your friend. Oh dear god are they your friend!! I mean, hell your honestly wasting more time NOT making seperate layers for colors and linework than if your were. Why? If you have your color layer under your lines/sketch layer then you can simply speed scribble colors to fill out any gaps in the linework(Plus you can cover those white spots in your lines without having to worry about erasing the line) and fill in colors with no worry about color tolerance or anything! In fact the lines actually blend in better if you have a color layer under them! Hope I'm helping dude!

Perhaps I should try an IM with you, because I work better when someone instructs me real time about this.

Hmm... That sounds feasible. Though I gotta ask is YIM completely private? I'd rather not have my dealings in smut plastered all over facebook, y'know?
But other than that I'd be glad to help out on your art dude! :goodjob:

Bad joke Feathers. But heh yeah if you ever need a guy with dark hair and a suit I'm your Tseng.

Personally more of a knife guy but knives are more easy to get you know.

Is your baton as much of a bitch to close as mine is? Sometimes I have to "stab" a sufficiently hard surface with enough force to actually make it close. Trying to use my hand to "smack" it shut is pretty painful.

Baton is more effective in self defensive and legal to carry.

I have two, each for RM18. *1 USD = RM3*

Mines' a 16 inch, friction-lock baton, and yeah you'd have to hit it a certain manner to collapse it. Only thing I dislike is the fact hitting it dents the tip rather quickly, and I prefer using a hard bounce-free surface to close it.

I might've considered a Bear Grylls hunting knife, but I'm pretty sure you'd get into deep shit open-carrying that.

Any and every weapon can be effective, its all about how you use it.

According to the guy who taught the Concealed Carry class my Dad attended, it's legal to carry a knife here in Texas as long as the blade is shorter than 7 inches.

Not for Malaysia, the maxinum knife length we can carry is 3.5 inches according to the Malaysia law.

See how you reach against baton with that length

Ha, I so know it, but I was so tired at the time I didn't hold back! :haha:

So where would be the first place you would hit a person at Pierce? Supposedly it says a lot about a person when you know where their favorite attack point is.

It truly depends on the situation you're in.

Less Lethal:
Spoiler: show
If I'm simply trying to get the away from the attacker without permanent damage; leg strikes (calf) and arm strikes (Biceps). Those spots WILL cause pressure point reflexes.
Lethal:
Spoiler: show
If I know well the aggressor is trying to kill me; skull, neck (sternum), solarplexis and groin for a much more lethal hit.

Pierce's MG Fanart Part 39 (Sad Alice)

Post by Pierce »

My interpretation of Alice mourning the loss of her mother, the XVth (15).

Also did this pic cause of a reminder of an old PSA's I saw in the past. The Kids Help Phone, for kids who are struggling with bullies, family troubles, etc.
Though I can't help but think the picture would've been more appropriate if I drew a much younger form of Alice instead...

Can I give her a hug too? Also, something I didn't notice the first time - blame it on that incredibly cute lamia there - is the tombstone that says XV on it, then Alice's crying made more sense
