While I understand people's reactions after finding out Pokémon will have a season pass for the very first time ever, I can't help but wondering... Is it really that much of a fuss to begin with?
Yes, I understand that it can be regarded as a poor move on their part... But is it really worse than making you pay full price for the very same game once again like they've been doing since the very first generation (the biggest offender of this being Ultra Sun and Moon)? Is it worse than releasing two identical copies of the very same game at the same time?

Game Freak has been scamming people for more than two decades, why the sudden outburst?

Lol welp I just look at it as their way of turning the current sword and shield games into the #2 versions which with the price atm is actually cheaper. So it doesn't bother me, but it certainly is nice to take a seat amongst the sea of salt that accumulates among seriously dedicated fans

The Japanese reaction to DLC was pretty positive from what I read in the news. The hackers already having the "Living Dex" for EVERY GEN even before the content is even fully released is what puzzles me. That data wasn't hacked in,the data is THERE. What's with all the secrecy about having all the Pokémon available? Whatever, if I get my Lilligant again I'll be happy.

What is making people mad is that Nintendo made us already buy the content and it's even in the data, but hold the key to the Pokémon we loved. Then said, no, not all Pokémon are there (not till we let you see them). Hey look, they are there, please buy them! We made them for you because you wanted them so bad! Not like I didn't see this coming.

EDIT: Not all the Pokémon were added in the patch. I saw Bulbasaur, Charmander, Mew, etc. but no Lilligant or ANY of the legendary birds like Lugia or Zapdos.

Is it true that people beat the game in 2-3 hours? I honestly quit after the "Wilds" area because well that would mean I have what, 1 or 2 hours left? lol Disappointing..

Snap was a cute game, but I never could get into it because I'm too impatient. Probably why I can't finish Pokémon games too. >:(
