New Dating Sim Based on Arthurian Legend

If we've learned anything about the Japanese game industry by now, it's that they can and will turn anything/everything into a dating simulator. That includes King Arthur & the Knights of the Round Table, now known as Princess Arthur, because nothing is sacred. From Idea Factory, this 2013 PSP title turns Arthur into a very young girl named "Alu" and her knights into... eligible bachelors. Well, Merlin's there too, and he's gotten the makeover of the century.

So the idea is Merlin convinces this young girl to become king after she draws the fabled sword from the stone. When she steps onto the battlefield for the very first time -- no doubt in very sensible armor -- Alu weeps and wonders what love is. Of course, that's what her collective of knights are for...

I wouldn't be surprised if the creation of this game had some connection to Fate/Stay Night by Type Moon.
