its a joke in the sense that anything Kojima is involved, while good is very convoluted and hard to follow.
Some people think Konami ironically kept his creativity in check or in an 'orderly' fashion. But without them, his masterpiece may be overreaching.
But speculation is speculative.
YES! Dragon lovers will love this. The main girl seems extremely popular too, and who doesn't know Tony Taka? This will be a big winner for Sega, I think.
Blizzard's Diablo Immortal= Condemned
Command and Conquer Rivals= Negatively received.
Aliens Blackout= Condemned with a dash of a ripoff of Five nights at Freddys
Perhaps the Triple A companies should take a clue and realize mobile games are a bad investment and should redirect their efforts toward Console/PC games?
Heh news of Blizzard's eminent downfall is spreading fast, even here! Diablo Mobile was their biggest mistake. Their second mistake was getting involved with Tencent.
RIP Blizzard/Silicon and Synapse, it was a fun ride beginning from the SNES with Rock and Roll Racing! I followed Mike and his crew since day 1, but now I know the company is going to turn to shit now. First Bill Roper (Diablo dude) quits, now Mike? RIP BLIZZARD thanks for making my favorite games since junior high..
In other news, Tibarn is making his RETURN and jumping board the FE Heroes ship.
Diablo on mobile didn't set right with me to begin with anyways, a little too ambitious and welp, it costed them lots of money.
And a sidenote yes when I saw the FE trailer for the Taguls, You Feathers was the first to come to my mind when I saw Tibarn
"Humans are the very reason our existence is relevant. Without them, gods have no meaning. We have no right to tell them what's right and wrong, for only they're their own masters..."
I can see why all the OG Blizzard (who were just at advisor status) dudes abandoned ship, they probably knew about the corruption going on and got sick of it. Still this is sure bad for the gaming industry. The majority the top online games are Blizzard games (or rip off of Blizzard games like DOTA). Just hope the OGs weren't involved in that nasty stuff, I at least want to remember the good old Blizzard in a positive light..
Welp! Looks like the beginning of the end to me. Guess that's what happen when you sell your soul to the Devil (read: Activision), but again, as much as I once loved Blizzard, they were the central artificers of many (if not all) of the game industry's greatest cancers today. Microtransactions began with the Diablo 3 Marketplace, and now Overwatch became the flagbearer of Lootboxes.
Maybe if they hadn't done that in the first place, the AAA Game Industry would look quite different....
I see some 'nobody' rapper tries to sell cheap knockoff gaming consoles TWICE in a row as the first attempt was given a C&D notice by Nintendo.
Then when people call him out on the knockoffs, off he goes with the racebaiting.
Yeah and he seriously cited his black privilege ("Tryna bring a black man down") thinking he'd get away with it. No company in their right mind would sit there and let this has been musician gone console maker get away with all that gloating no matter who they are..what was he thinking? Oh wait, he wasn't thinking at all. I never even heard of him until all the memes starting showing up.
Agreed Blake, after Diablo 3's AH came along I basically left the Blizz train. I enjoyed Heroes a lot, and sometimes still Overwatch though. Diablo just died quicker. I mean, that was inevitable once Big Headed Bill Roper quit to make his failed Hellgate London.
Right now the Nintendo Switch is where it's at though! They are porting so many games from PS4 and PC that I can't even keep track! The exclusives are gonna keep rolling in hard this year as well.

Not to mention how many games in the same style have been made since then, which have improved onto the Diablo formula and become unique on their own right. Games like Path of Exile, Grim Dawn, Torchlight, to name a few, have basically made Diablo the "Plain Bagel" of the donut box filled with far more colorful and tasty choices. I think it did what it had to do, namely create the Hack-N-Slash genre of RPG, and it did that great, but now it's time for it to pass on, and Blizz is certainly helping it go down....
