Saw the 75% off Steam sale and decided to pick it up. It's actually pretty awesome looking. Downloading now! :nerd:

Anyone played this game before?

No, but my title has been mistaken for a reference to it repeatedly. :^^;:

it Managed to stay on par with fallout 3 and new vegas on RPG/FPS shooter type of game

but is HEAVELY focused on story and what you do will pay off later or will come back to bite your sorry ass,

there's two fighting options, stealth and guns blazing...or fire and then hide and fire again and play around with enemies

but you die very quickly in it

i'd suggest you check a review of it for you to know if its good or not

Sounds great to me. I'm already playing the first game while it downloads HR, (the original GOTD game with it) and I'm loving it. Definitely a good buy. I heard there is a pacifist title, awesome, I'm going for that!

I kinda like the philosophical side of the game.
Spoiler: show

I'm loving this game so far. Great music, fun combat, and the cybernetics is interesting. My main complaint so far is the lack of non lethal ammo. Since I'm going for the 0 kill achievement, it's taking a long time to wait for my fist to recharge so I can 1 hit non lethal KO EVERY enemy. -_- The maps are a little too "mazey" for my liking too, but that's mostly because I don't like mazes. ^^;

You can always try stealth to get past them or use the social augs to talk your way past them.

Yeah I will just need the augs first then it's smooth(er) sailing. I'm new to the game though so it's a new experience for me all around (and I like that!).

Never went for any of the Deus Ex stuff that came out recently. Just can't win. I tried stealth but I had no idea where to go.
