The Monster Multiverse

Okay. So just last week I got my hands on the game BlazeBlue Continium shift II for the 3DS. It was much, much better than I have ever expected. For one thing, the storyline itself is epic in it's own way. The Gag endings are just hilarious, and artistic anime design is a flavorful twist to standard fighting games.

Now I will say this. The game mechanics and controls can be hard depending on your familiarization with the game. Luckily the game allows the use of Stylish mode, which allows the player to execute seemingly difficult combos with simple button mashing. Technical is for more advanced players that must have complete confidence in their rocket finger skills, executing unique combos at certain times.

My point is, the game is pretty awesome in my opinion. So, your thoughts people?

The game looks pretty awesome, since you've showed parts of it to me. I try to resist the urge to take the 3ds out of your hands and try to play it myself, sometimes.

I have the Extend version for Ps3 and it's pretty cool. Relius has an awesome gag ending, and Hazama is a favorite as you can guess. Guy is a BAMF and the guy who f**ks up your life and the lives of those around you just because. Kinda like Aizen and Tobi and all those other villains who just fight for their cause. Look forward to Chrono Phantasma in December. Three new characters with that and some new mechanics will be introduced.

You are really looking forward to it? Because you know since Terumi and Noels lifeblood were disconnected Ragna can kill him now. x3

Agree! She's my fav char(Makoto and Kokonoe are the other two favs. Rant: Why in *Bleep!*'s name Arc Sys doesn't makes Kokonoe playable already!?).

Still I've only been able to play Calamity Trigger since I have no consoles. Man how I wish they all where on PC.....

Ah, my favorite would be Lambda 11, but man, her astral heat is hard to execute up close, you have to time it just right

Lambda is cool but has the personality of a brick. Nu is where it's at. Psycho cyber-yandere with a fetish for Ragna. Hell there's some funny sh*t with Nu involving her yandereness.

@Sev-Even if Hazama is disconnected he has plans and is still powerful enough considering the power of Azure is still in his ball court. Hell it's foreshadowed that Nu might come back. Also the new characters could be on either side of good vs evil.
