This game was created to have elements from the megaman games for an experience that's pretty fun.
Here's the story. There lies a scientist by the name of Dr.Thane. He was studying means to place human memories into robots. His first major attempt was a complete success and the name of the female robot is Rokko. While Thane was pleased with his results and Rokko was just born, a evil scientist by the name of Dr.Mad came in to reek havock with 6 robots of his own. With a strong sense of justice and aware that she has the ability to fight these bad robots, Rokko-Chan went off despite Dr.Thane's Worrying.
Despite what you'll see, the game has an option to set things into english on the loading screen. By default it will be in japanese. Another interesting thing to note is that they have a time attack high score thing. They have it for daily attempts, weekly attempts, and overall attempts.
Anyway, here's the link:

Here are the controls:
Z= Jump
X= Buster Gun
C = Dash
Arrow Keys = Move
Shift = Pause/Menu
Control = Weapon Switch
As for as I know, this game encourages the use to a program called Joy2key which is a program that will map your PC controller to use keyboard keys.
