Another thing, do they ALWAYS have to have boulder-like clubs? Despite just how destructive they no doubt are, they can still be smashed. Wouldn't it make more since to have warhammers or somethin'?

I kind of suspect it's a matter of training. It doesn't take a whole lot of training to bash someone with a club. A warhammer requires more training, and it might be more training than a goblin wants. OOOOOO IDEA! *hurries over to scenes with the lives of monstergirls*

I think a club is a lot easier to make too. And it might be a cultural thing as well.

They're better off partnering up with a Dwarf and going on excavation outings. They'd get so much more money that way and would get to smash as much as they like. Two birds, one stone.
