Re: Mothman
I haven't had the chance to do a full translation of the basic details, but hopefully for you all most will be suffice.
Location: Forests, Mountains
Nature: Mindless, Docile, Gentle
Diet: Herbivore, (the other two I haven't had a chance to translate as of yet)
--------------------------------------------------
An oddity while doing a quick reference search and double check, but both the honey bee and the zombie both have the same characters for Mindless and Gentle. However, I either misread the character with it's small font or there's actually a mistranslation for the orignal honey bee translation. However, I think it's the latter because I do find other other profiles with the same gentle and docile characters as the one for mothman. I haven't fully check which MGs hold the mindless nature aside from those two. Just thought I'd mention that as a bit of a translation note.

Re: Mothman
Same here, I also saw the same characters on zombie for certain. If I were to guess, it would be reworded as simple minded. That would mean that the Mothman is not exactly bright, but has a good heart.

Not gonna lie... This intrigues me...Nature: Mindless
I can't really give an opinion about this one since I don't really know on what to base it... She could be based on American urban legend (field that I barely know anything about), she could be based on how Japanese media often depicts it...
Heck her wings could even release dust/"pollen"/scales that either induce hallucination/act as an aphrodisiac poison/trigger mind control on men who happen to breath them.
I don't know what Kenkou has in store for this one... The only thing I know is that she's adorable, fluffy and I love her for that (I don't care if she becomes a bimbo, she'll be MY bimbo)
.P.S.:
The fear of moths is called Mottephobia, so you're a Mottephobic..BUT FUCKING MOTHS MAN!!!! (Its Motophobic)
(By the way I'm sorry to read that and I can relate, since I happen to suffer a severe case of Apiphobia)

Same here; I suppose we'll have to see the full profile before giving out any accurate opinions. Still, I have the hunch it's somehow related to how moths are attracted to lights and such. Perhaps once she's seen a man she that strikes fancy, she falls in love at first light-I mean, sight and starts to follow him around until he accepts her. ah. i do have to admit though. as much as i detest moths in real life, this girl is rather un-moth like and rather adorable the main thing that gets me with moths is the face, and their large body compaired to their wings. plus shes pink and purple and fluffy. >//w//>
Should my eyes fail me, I will still see thee. Should my ears fail me, I will still hear thee. Should I lose my legs, I will still walk to thee. Should my voice depart, I will sing of thy. Should my arms break apart, I will hold thee with my very heart. Should my heart cease to pound, I will sing of thy with my soul. Should my soul be broken, then I shall... Embrace thee... With my blood...

of time until a catastrophe of some sort takes place within the area of alleged

The collapse of the Silver Bridge (1967)in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, US was
the first incident which was connected to the Mothman (although this was due
to a book of fiction suggesting the idea)...
Other stories go as far as to claim that a mothman look-alike was sighted,
either personally or in dreams, weeks before the Chernobyl disaster...
This is most probably the case, specially after realizing that her design has an uncanny
resemblance to another moth-like creature found in Cecil´s adventure (a mod of Monster
Girl Quest...)sans the bug eyes, the multi-limbed physique, and the egg laying stuff
(for the time being).

Now, this leaves me wondering if KKK would be planing to do a "Flatwood monster"
or a "Kentucky Goblin" seeing as both creatures are fairly popular in Japan.

to being Japan´s equivalent of the "Greys". The latter having its most
obvious copycat in the pokemon Sableeye...

Re: Mothman
So...The American mothman is simply the American equivalent of the Baí Zè (Chinese)/ Kutabe (Japan, although Japanese people call it Hakutaku aswell): A creature that appears when a disaster is about to come as if it was predicting it.
Yes, it looks more likely for this one to be based on the Japanese stereotypical media than the American myth (Although it would have been an interesting twist for the Moth(wo)man to have traits from her American counterpart).

Re: Mothman
Greetings
Unsurprisingly, the translation found in the Devil´s Den reveals
that this "Mothman" is exactly what her name suggest: a giant moth girl,
and nothing else. Forget about ominous encounters and prophesies or any kind
of feasible sexualized equivalent. Instead, think about those dumb insects that fly
into light bulbs and towards their hot death...
The catch here is to replace the light bulbs by men, and of course the death
by the usual and overused mindless mating, with just a slight than usual
emphasis into fertility, and a lot of it into "mindlessness".
In fact, this Mothman is a Weapon of Mind Destruction. Whether you could
beat her or not, you would end up joining her due to the powder she releases
upon sighting a man. That is when the reversal of the intellect into one
as "simple" as this fluffy creature´s takes place. Furthermore, this ill effect
could not only affect a single individual but an entire area due to the physical
properties of the finely dispersed solid particles these insects spreads.
On the bright side...you will be too "dumb" to care. Overall...Meh.
Edit: Insn´t a "Papillon" more closely related to a butterfly (apart from being
a breed of dog)?
Edit 2: The fact that mating with a Mothman involves inhaling powder, this could
bring about unfortunate implications...

Re: Mothman
(Could we post details about the translated version even before having it here? Wow...First news...).
People, get in line and start patting Blake's back in respectful manner: the fellow nailed it.
To Moth(wo)men
Men's Spirit Energy-> Light
Husband's Spirit Energy-> Brightest light in the world
What can I say? I love her.
Yeah I know she's yet another bimbo, but she turned out to be so friggin adorable...
She's lovesick, easily lovestruck and romantic (once she gets the "light" of her life she starts fawning over him and hugging him).
Yeah there's the whole mind control/dummyfying factor, which I'm not a great fan of (I'd rather give myself willingly to the girl I like rather than compelled to do so by mind altering factors...but hey, that's just me)... but even that makes it her look sweet. The poor thing doesn't even do it on purpose it's a natural reaction triggered by happiness (or arousal), just like a puppy when it wags its tail...
She's so sweet and adorable that it's almost even painful... She must be one of the sweetest entries ever and not only about bug MGs.
Add the soft fluffiness and this girl is made of love.
(The only gripe I have about her is that she doesn't get to use her antennae as feelers to touch her husband in an affective manner, that would have added her even more cuteness).
Insta Top5'd for life.
