今回の魔物娘は変わり種！　ひらひらの布ボディを持つ妖怪、「一反木綿」さんです。
This time's monster girl is an odd race! It's “Ittan-momen”-san, the yokai with a fluttering cloth body.

一見すると、その身体は薄い布の身体ですが、布ごしに触れたり、抱き締めたりすると、
たしかに柔らかな女体の感触があるという、不思議な魔物です。
It's a strange monster that at a glance looks like a thin cloth body, but when touched or embraced through the cloth, the soft feeling of a woman's body is definitely there.

Okay now these inanimate object girls is just getting out of hand

Well, after the last fiasco we got an actual tsukumogami this time around... Step in the right direction no doubt.
Her design is nice and simple which not only actually fits her but it's a relief to see one of these every once in a blue moon and I'm pretty sure that this one will be hostile (the myth depict them as creatures that float around the skies and wrap around humans' heads and/or necks to choke them at night, replace choke with sudden diving snu-snu action and you pretty much have them implemented).

I'll save my two cents until her translation is done but I expect this profile to be pretty simple this time around.

And she's such an adorable airhead.

One thing I find interesting is that instead of making them a tsukumogami KC opted to give them their own special family and history.

For the flattest girl in the whole encyclopaedia this girl sure has both back and rack! <3

Well, there's not much to tell about this one really, her looks are simple as expected of her (specially considering the youkai she's based on) but also increidbly fitting and quite pleasant.
Her modus operandi... I expected her to be more hostile than she actually is (the youkai she's based on is actually extremely hostile) but other than that nothing extremely unfitting about her.

However I happen to vastly disagree on something... the image of one of these gals gently wrapped around their (potential) husbands acting as both a doting wife AND a soft sheet (maybe even afectionately nestiling her head on his neck or chest while doing so) is far from either being and/or looking silly... is a downright adorable (and heartwarming) scene (heck... I can even think about three or four...dozens of entries that either look, act or directly are sillier than this poor gal).

To sum it up: This is girl is simple... yet effective.
It's not one of my favourite entries... but lookswise she's pretty appealing, she's really faithful to her mythological counterpart and her behaviour is unexpectedly adorable... One of the nicest surprises among the last entries hands down ^^
