No, no she doesn't let you go. Besides being impudent she didn't seem to have that bad a personality but she did cause problems for the village.

Does she not let Luka to in the game? Cuz the profile says after a year, the sacrifice is sent back. I figured she considered Luka the sacrifice.

Well she does consider Luka a sacrifice, but when the year is up she decides *why pass up on a good thing* and keeps Luka for the rest of his life. One thing I like about this fight is Tamamo helping you - teaching you more about what Gnome can do, then beating the tar out of the Orochi with her own powers
