This news is nice to hear, especially since I was late to the party getting this game. I bought it not too long after getting my new comp, which was about a month or two ago.
I would show a pic or two of my lack of building skills but as it turns out the planet my main colony was on bugged out and the whole planet was reset, erasing everything I'd built.
But I'm not letting that demoralize me, made a new character to change my mood.
Been running around with my new Glitch char, gotta say I feel like the game has become more slow-paced compared to the version I was playing. I spent a lot more time on the starting planet due to having to look for food.

Also, digging around on moons for fuel got incredibly creepy. They added these creepy purple monsters that follow you around, through blocks, and get faster(?) the more erchius crystals you gather. I didn't get close to one but I think they're supposed to drain your HP when close enough? Worse thing is that they're invincible. Not too much of a choice to go and gather crystals though, because its either that or paying 5 pixels per unit of fuel at Infinity Express.
So, in my continued adventure through the universe I found myself two rather noticeable bugs.
First one is pretty minor, I came back to my ship to see my crew somehow got ahold of a clone gun because there were two of each of them.
Second one though, I was doing errands in a Glitch village on a volcanic planet, and apparently they thought I was responsible for the rain of embers that ravaged their village as all the guards tried to kill me.

Haha, yeah, silly robots. Annoyingly this seems to happen whenever blocks are removed when you're around, heck, even picking up monster loot in a village had villagers call me a thief. I'm hoping this gets fixed because this can force you to go find another village as you can't interact with the villagers/merchants once the guards go hostile.
Trying to gather up a bigger crew at the moment, seeing I find paying for the fake license a bit too expensive now. This is something I'm not too happy of in 1.0, getting a bigger ship is either gather up a crew large enough or pay outrageous prices at the Penguin Bay for a falsified license.

Well, you can just gimme a shout whenever you want to play. I've been playing for hours these days, so you can ask for an invite (or invite me) whenever you want to.
So, I was searching volcanic planets to find a certain cosmetic armor and ran into quite the iffy spawn point on one such planet.
Being a step away from a fiery bath of molten death sure seems like a nice way to start exploring.
