Creature Name: Typhonna's Shadow
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: A giant creature of living shadow with a glowing white mouth and eyes that looks like a living silhouette of Typhonna.
Danger Level: Catastrophic
Notable Characteristics: If you see one, RUN AND HIDE, praying it passes you by. If it sees you, then... well, it was nice knowing you. No one knows what Typhonna has to do with anything that happened in the Silent Zones, but the fact that her shadows are there terrify people, not even the Legendaries having an explanation for it.
Creature Name: Fel Maiden
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: Humanoid women with heads that are covered in a large, tumorous growth save for around their mouth, nose, and chin. Their skin is mottled and gray, their breasts ample. They are usually dressed in revealing clothing that's essentially a kinky uniform, all wielding weapons related to the job uniform they're wearing. Types of Fel Maidens seen include nurses, policewomen, mail carriers, soldiers, secretaries, teachers, and nuns, among others.
Danger Level: Controllable
Notable Characteristics: Fel Maidens are believed to represent the sexual desires of the Pokégirls that lived in the Silent Zones before the massacres. Among the more common types of Static found in the Silent Zones, they're also among the least dangerous, as they have no special abilities beyond not noticing pain and charging with whatever weapon they may have. Fel Maidens also have the lowest danger rating because they also respond like a Pokégirl. They can be Tamed via sex, although one generally has to rape them or expose them to Lust Dust to make them willing. After which a Fel Maiden will recognize that male as one who 'belongs' there, and protect them and those whom the Tamer tells them to. They have no true intelligence, however, and cannot speak beyond moans and shrieks.
Please note that Taming a Fel Maiden isn't always the best idea, as they sometimes will become pregnant rapidly and give birth to a Dread Child after a few days. Dread Children cannot be controlled as Fel Maidens can, and do not acknowledge their 'fathers.' Fel Maidens also cannot be captured by Pokéballs or taken out of the Silent Zone, despite their tameability.
Creature Name: Incubus
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: Humanoid male with pale skin and a demonic face, with demonic horns, wings, and a tail. Incubi also possess relatively two large penises that are somewhat prehensile, even when aroused. This is their normal form, called their Seduction form. Incubi have a secondary form where they become huge, hulking with muscle, and monsterous in appearing, their hands and feet gaining thick talons and their penises getting even larger, but less prehensile. This is called their Rape form.
Danger Level: Average
Notable Characteristics: Incubi are believed to represent the sexual desires of male Tamers that live in the Silent Zones before the massacres. They aren't as common as Fel Maidens, but they can be seen frequently. Incubi can fly and are fairly fast in their seduction form, and in their Rape form they are strong and hard to hurt. But compared to other Statics they're relatively easy to deal with. Incidentally, striking them in the groin does nothing to hurt them, it just makes them angry. Incubi will first try to seduce any female they find into sex, their beautiful seduction forms capable of emitting a pheromone that can induce a Lust effect on any woman they find. If it works, they will use their twin prehensile penises to have both vaginal and anal sex at the same time. An Incubi's semen in their Seduction form acts as an aphrodisiac, leaving the woman affected, be they Pokégirl or human, more lustful for a day.
If they cannot seduce their target, they go into their Rape mode, attempting to force themselves on their target brutally. Incubi semen in their Rape form tends to burn and leave the woman in a Fear state for a day. Like Fel Maidens, they have no true intelligence, and cannot speak beyond moans, giggles, and roars.
Frequently they can be found rutting with Fel Maidens, knocking them up with Dread Children. Incubi can also make normal women and Pokégirls pregnant with Dread Children as well. Dread Children do not recognize their 'mothers' and will attack them once born after their week long gestation period.
Creature Name: Punisher
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: Ten foot tall, muscular men with their heads entrapped in a large, painful torture device that masks their face from the world, covering their heads completely and then some and weighing them down with its massive size. Their legs end in warped, cancerous growths. They are naked, save for aprons made of human skin tanned into leather, and they all carry one massive metal weapon with them, so huge and heavy that they have to drag it behind him, creating a scraping sound that is usually a sure sign of their presence.
Danger Level: Extreme
Notable Characteristics: Punishers are believed to be manifestations of the guilt felt by those performing the Sydney Massacre, humans lashing out against other humans. This guilt manifested as a desire to be punished for their crimes, creating these brutal, nearly unstoppable creatures. They're extremely rare, which most scientists who study the Sydney Silent Zone are grateful for.
Punishers are strong, frighteningly strong, and they do not feel pain. They are capable of taking tremendous amounts of punishment before dying, as much as some of the stronger Devilbrung types. They are also capable of swinging their massive weapons at shocking speed, although a faster weapon user will be able to get around their powerful, if somewhat clumsy strikes. The problem is that Punishers are generally also accompanied by swarms of demonic cockroaches with human faces, each one of them bearing the snarling face of one of the Purification Society members that participated in the massacre. These roaches bite and swarm over opponents, leaving them vulnerable to a Punisher's weapon attacks.
The best thing to do when facing a Punisher is avoid them completely. They're slow, as mentioned, blinded by their helmets, and the devilroaches are little more than distracting pests (although bites should be treated for infection). If they sense someone, or their devilroaches spot someone and let out their distinctive, horrifying shriek, however, they will automatically go for the kill and not stop chasing a target until they are dead. They're slow moving, but have the ability to teleport when their target is not looking at them and appear at inconvenient places for the one they're hunting. The best way to fight a Punisher is to not fight it, to simply hide before it spots you and wait until it leaves.
Creature Name: Dread Child
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: A small, genderless child that appears about five or six years of age. Their skin is black and mottled, as if burned all over, their insides glowing with an unearthly, fiery light. Their heads are warped, sunken into their necks and twisted in painful ways, giving the impression that they are screaming constantly. Their hands are large, and shockingly strong, capable of breaking bones.
Danger Level: Low
Notable Characteristics: Dread Children are believed to represent the fear and terror the children in the Silent Zones felt when they were killed by the Purification Society or the Limbec Knights. The moans and screams in children's voices that the creatures make suggests this.
Dread Children, on their own, aren't much of a threat. They are clumsy, albeit fast, and can be dispatched fairly easily, however they tend to come in swarms. Plus, the wailing they make can draw in other monsters that are far more dangerous. As with all Silent Zone monsters its best to not attract their attention, but since Dread Children aren't that much of a threat, if you can kill them faster than you can avoid them, take the option. Note that if they are born to a Fel Maiden, the Fel Maiden will become extremely protective of the child and attack anyone that comes near it, even a Tamer that's subdued them earlier. Killing the Dread Child will revert the Fel Maiden to their 'Tamed' state if they were in it already.
Creature Name: Splitface Beast
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: A massive, tiger-like monstrosity with a ruined, tattered pelt, bloody muscle showing through in several places. There is a thick scar down the center of their heads, where their heads can split open. In the center of their heads is a human head with long, spiked tentacle tongue which can lash out and impale targets.
Danger Level: Average
Notable Characteristics: Splitface Beasts are believed to represent to animal-like ferociousness of the humans performing the Sydney Massacre, a mix of human cruelty and bestial savagery. The human heads scream mocking words towards Tamers and vicious insults towards Pokégirls, Splitfaces especially savage around Pokégirls.
They can sometimes be seen leading packs of Husk Hounds. They will at first try to attack with their claws and fangs, lunging at opponents with their powerful legs and attempting to maul them. If these attacks don't work, they will reveal their human faces and try to spear their prey with their long tongue, reeling them in to be mauled by the fangs of the animal head. Their human head is more vulnerable than their animal head, and destroying it will kill the monster much easier than normal attacks would.
Creature Name: Amnion
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: The limbless torso of a heavily pregnant woman bound to a massive, spider-like machine. Their heads are hairless, metal hooks embedded in their flesh to keep their organic parts stuck to the machine. Their skin is pale, and their stomachs can be seen squirming constantly, their breasts large and constantly secreting grayish milk.
Danger Level: High
Notable Characteristics: One of the most notable slaughters in the Sydney Massacre was in a hospital maternity ward, where several pregnant Pokégirls and human women were butchered, their children carved out of their stomachs and slaughtered by the Purification Society members invading the hospital. Amnions, because of their appearance and behavior, are believed to represent these mothers that were slaughtered. They are assumed to have some level of intelligence, as they are capable of building nests and using human speech, although advanced reasoning seems to be beyond them.
Amnions are usually found around hospitals and schools, crawling around buildings on their spider-like mechanical limbs. They are different in that they do not actually attack targets, but try to 'care' for them in their own way, capturing them and stuffing them inside their wombs through their vaginas, which remain bare. They seem frantic, almost frightened when attacking, making concerned, comforting noises to their prey as they engulf them. Their usual targets for 'care' are usually Fel Maidens, Incubi, and Dread Children, although they will also try to capture humans and Pokégirls inside their wombs as well. They can keep up to ten subjects inside their womb, at which point they become docile and content, smiling, growing smaller metal tentacles to support and caress their bellies. Amnions, once full, return to their nest where they rest, seemingly enjoying the movement inside their wombs.
Targets inside the womb are attached to the Amnion's body via a spiked umbilical cord that embeds itself in their navel (or where their navel would be normally if they don't have one), a feeling of docility and peace coming over them as the Amnion produces food for them. Occasionally, the Amnion will go into labor and give birth to her victims, who will act with love and affection for her, nursing from her breasts, the Amnion caring for them as if they were her children. If her children are threatened, or if her belly is attacked, the Amnion will become ferocious and retaliate against the attacker with tremendous force, attempting to beat them to death with her spider legs. Anything captured by an Amnion and bound to them via feeding will become savage if their 'mother' is attacked and will seek to destroy the offender.
Pokégirls and humans who have been captured by an Amnion and have been fed by her will remain under her control permanently. Any attempts to free them must be done immediately, before the Amnion has a chance to feed them. Feeding from an Amnion, either inside their womb or from their breasts, will physically and mentally bind the victim to them permanently. Killing an Amnion's victims falls under Mercy Kill rules. An Amnion is best killed from a distance via a headshot, as they are extremely difficult to fight directly. Their human bodies are their most vulnerable point, but are capable of taking more damage than normal. Plus, there's the fact that you have to get past the spider legs to get to the body...
Creature Name: The Scientist
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: A human scientist with light brown hair, a goatee, golden eyes, and an Australian accent. Usually seen wearing a lab coat and suit, as well as glasses.
Danger Level: Cooperative/Helpful
Notable Characteristics: The Scientist's real name is unknown. He's believed to be a human researcher that went in with a team attempting to study the Sydney Silent Zone, the team subsequently slaughtered. He claims not to remember his own name, and claims that he's been surviving in the Silent Zone long enough that he's actually become a part of it. The fact that his presence causes a static warning to occur in recording devices suggests this. The Scientist has also suggested that he may be a remnant of the scientists that have died while trying to study both Silent Zones, but he's not sure one way or another.
The Scientist is usually accompanied by several Tamed Fel Maidens, which he calls his bodyguards. He's also been known to appear in both Sydney and Novosibirsk, usually to a team or individual that's become lost. The Scientist has proven invaluable in gathering data on Statics that live in the Silent Zone, providing data and information that would have been impossible to get without putting the research teams at great risk. All other Statics seem to ignore him, barring Fel Maidens, which he is capable of Taming. He uses this to freely walk among them and gain data, his only weapon being a firearm with a single clip that seems to never empty. The only Statics he seems to fear are Typhonna's Shadows.
The Scientist will try to help those that get lost in the Silent Zones, helping them find safe places to the best of his ability and trying to help them leave. However because he has no sense of personal danger, he is sometimes mistaken about the safe places he finds. He always seems pleased, glad to see people, although the way he acts always has this detached, objective aspect to it, as if he's lost his humanity and is just observing it like he observes the Statics.
Creature Name: Asphyxia
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: Men and women with their bodies mummified in plastic, a noose cinched so tightly around their necks that it is embedded in the flesh. The plastic around their upper bodies is tattered and torn, allowing them freedom of movement, but is stapled to their skin with bloody staples, wrapped thickly around their flesh. The plastic around their legs is wrapped thickly, extending down and forming a tail similar to that of a Naga Pokégirl, the legs inside the plastic reduced to a bloody mush. Around their heads is a tightly wrapped plastic bag held in place by the noose, several rubber bands, and more staples. Their eyes are also constantly wide open and staring.
Danger Level: Average
Notable Characteristics: As with the Amnion, Asphyxias were created through a horrible massacre committed in a specific way by the Purification Society. Several schoolteachers tried to protect several Pokégirl children, only for the Purification to capture them and wrap them in plastic, especially around their legs, using staple guns to trap the plastic around them, forcing them to watch as the children were killed. They then left the schoolteachers to die of suffocation from the plastic wrapped around them. Asphyxias are believed to represent the rage and helplessness felt by the schoolteachers as they slowly asphyxiated in their plastic prisons while their charges were slaughtered.
Asphyxias move in a fashion similar to Naga Pokégirls, slithering along in their territories until they see something that they believe merits attacking. They are usually found lurking in schoolhouses, protecting Dread Children. They are extremely sensitive to sound, and will investigate anything they hear. They attack by unleashing waves of plastic from their arms, attempting to bind and suffocate the opponent. If they get close, they can also attempt to strangle the opponent with their tail or their hands. However, they are also more vulnerable to attacks when in close. A swift attacking Pokégirl can exploit this. Also, because of their overprotectiveness, they can be lured into traps by using a Dread Child as bait.
Creature Name: Dollface
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: Ten foot tall creatures, male and female, with bodies seemingly made entirely out of porcelain. Their faces are expressionless, their heads hairless barring painted on eyebrows, their bodies naked but possessing no sexual characteristics.
Danger Level: Average
Notable Characteristics: Seemingly the light counterparts of the Dread Children, Dollfaces are believed to represent the innocence lost by the children when their murderers came for them and butchered them. Mostly seen in Sydney, some have recently been seen in Novosibirsk as well.
They are seemingly playful monsters, usually seen around toy stores, playgrounds, and the carnival grounds. When they spot a victim, they will try to get them to play, roughly tossing them around while laughing childishly. They will try to bring other Dollfaces in on their games, getting them to play 'tug-of-war' with the victim's body, and other such brutal permutations of games. If agitated, their mouths open, revealing razor sharp fangs, their bodies starting to move with a spider-like gait as their hands and feet split open, becoming hooked claws. They become more vicious in this form, chiding their victims for being 'naughty' and trying to punish them for it. They're very fast, strong, and agile, but are fragile and can't take much punishment before going down.
Creature Name: Husk Hound
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: Skinless pre-Revenge War dogs with sharp teeth and claws and no faces beyond their mouths.
Danger Level: Low
Notable Characteristics: Sydney and Novosibirsk both had heavy populations of pre-Revenge War pets. It's believed that Husk Hounds are meant to represent those creatures that were butchered during the massacres.
Among the more common monsters in the Silent Zones, Husk Hounds are quick, vicious creatures. Mainly found in packs, they attack by lunging for their opponent's throat, trying to rip it out and leave them vulnerable to being eaten. They are fast, but cannot take much damage.
Creature Name: Bimorpha
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: A male body and a female body forcibly tied together in a mating position, the needles sewing their flesh together, several staples and nails forcing their genitals together. The male body's arms have grown out, forming massive tumorous growths that are hard as stone.
Danger Level: Average
Notable Characteristics: Believed to represent the multitude of loving married couples consisting of a human male and a Pokégirl that were murdered in the raid on Sydney, Bimorphas are truly tragic creatures. They're also quite painful to look at, due to the nature of their mutilations.
Bimorphas are difficult to fight, as they can see in front of and behind them, the position of the female body allowing them to see targets sneaking up on them. The male half is the attacker, capable of powerful, crushing blows with its massive, club-like, tumorous arms. Their mutated arms can also be used to block, as Bimorphas seem to not feel any pain when struck in the arms.
Creature Name: Grue
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: Data unknown
Danger Level: High
Notable Characteristics: It is unknown just what Grues are. Their physical appearance, their method of killing, it's all completely unknown. All that is really known about them is that they lurk in completely dark, lightless areas, are scared off by the light, and are VERY fast killers, capable of murdering and eating someone quite quickly. Our only source of information on the creatures is the Scientist, who picked the name for them out of an old video game he liked.
“It is dark. You might be eaten by a Grue.”
Creature Name: Theatrical
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: Human-like ghosts that always take the form of a character in a play, usually a very distinctive character, such as the Tin Man from Wizard of Oz, Sweeney Todd, or something along those lines.
Danger Level: High
Notable Characteristics: At Sydney's famous theater is where the Sydney Massacre began, several actors brutally murdered by Purification Society members, their bodies put on display as the killers made their suitably dramatic entrance. Theatricals are creatures born from this initial massacre.
Theatricals appear as characters in plays, famous or otherwise, always a play with a violent element to it. Notable plays include Wizard of Oz, Sweeney Todd, Little Red Riding Hood, and others. For the most part, they will act out scenes in their play without attacking, unless disturbed in some way. However if their 'show' is interrupted, all of the characters from the play the Theatrical is manifesting will appear and attack, attempting to mutilate the victim with all the abilities the characters in the play might have. Also, if someone has the misfortune of being in the general area of a Theatrical when a play is starting, they will be forced to act out a role. With luck, they will be given a role of someone who lives to the end of the show.
Creature Name: Monster Clown
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: Humanoid men and women wearing colorful clown outfits, noses, and makeup, and with yellow eyes, and monstrous, fanged faces. They are usually seen wielding circus weapons modified to be lethal.
Danger Level: Average
Notable Characteristics: Monster Clowns are believed to represent the joy that the Purification Society felt when killing what they believed to be evil creatures. This is supported by the fact that they generally focus on female targets, Pokégirl or otherwise.
They are athletic, agile monsters that are constantly flipping about, playing with their toy-like weapons and generally being goofy. When they find a target, however, their games become much more vicious. They will not leave their prey alone until they are dead. They can also bite a target, injecting a venom into them that makes their prey start exhaling violently, the sound the victims make similar to laughter. Monster Clowns can literally make a target laugh itself to death.
Creature Name: The Imprisoned One
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: A massive, heavily muscled man with chains pierced through his wrists and ankles via thick metal rings. The chains are attached to large, heavy weights that drag behind him constantly. He wears a tattered, soiled business suit, an iron maiden mask around his head that constantly bleeds. He carries a glowing flashlight in one hand and a crowbar in the other, his hands bound together by thick metal cuffs.
Danger Level: Extreme
Notable Characteristics: The Imprisoned One used to be a warden of a local prison. He was famous for his heroics during the Sydney Massacre, leading the guards in fending off a near constant assault against the Purification Society, trying to protect the families that had taken refuge inside the prison. However the Society had heavier artillery, breaking through the wall of the prison and slaughtering everyone inside. They tied up the warden and made him watch, piercing his ankles and wrists with thick metal rings, attaching them to heavy chains with iron balls attached to them, tying his wrists together with thick handcuffs as well. He is known to have tried to fight back at one point, grabbing a crowbar and actually managing to kill one of the Society members holding him, but he was quickly beaten down. Once the last guard and refugee were slaughtered, they tortured him to death, placing his head in an iron maiden mask.
It's believed that the warden's grief and fury mutated his spirit, turning him into the vicious Imprisoned One. He now haunts his prison, stalking the hallways and looking for intruders. Reports from the Scientist show theories that he still believes his charges are alive and he's trying to protect them, even though the cells are empty save for the screaming. This doesn't stomp him from rampaging around his prison, constantly on the lookout for anyone, anything.
The Imprisoned One is powerful, his crowbar strikes capable of cracking stone and bending metal. His field of vision, however, is very limited, his mask making him have to rely heavily on the flashlight to see his victims. He's very sensitive to anything disturbing his chains, and he will automatically turn around and strike at them with surprising speed. He's a relentless attacker, however his movement speed is very slow. He knows every inch of the prison, however, and can get ahead of a victim with surprising ease.
Creature Name: The Broken Woman
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: A gray-skinned human woman, covered in blood. Her body has several nails, staples, and cuts embedded in it, her eyes, vagina, and ears stitched shut.
Danger Level: Extreme
Notable Characteristics: The Broken Woman is one of the many heroic figures of the Sydney Massacre who was ruined by the Purification Society and turned into a monster. An Ingenue in life, she attempted to rally the Pokégirls who lived in Sydney, managing to put up a fierce resistance to the Society and even killing a few before the Society's devices overwhelmed her forces. She was physically tortured, raped over and over with sticks and other devices. Her arms and legs were broken in several places, and her spine was snapped. They then sewed shut her eyes, ears, and vagina, leaving her to rot in an alley. It is believed that the sheer intensity of her pain and grief warped her into becoming the Broken Woman.
The Broken Woman tends to be a bit more mobile than other unique monsters, capable of appearing in any alley in the center of the city. She is usually seen curled into a fetal position, sobbing helplessly. She can be avoided if you cautiously walk past her without startling her in any way, and in very rare cases you can even earn her trust enough for her not to attack you at all if you do something kind, such as wash her face, leave her a bit of food and/or water, or put a blanket over her. If she looks up at you and smiles as you do this act of kindness, then you're safe around her. She will not attack you, but she will not do anything else to you either.
If you do startle her, or manage to anger or offend her in some way, then you're in for a very fierce battle. The Broken Woman is fast, extremely fast, capable of running at Cheetah speed to catch her victims. She is agile, her shattered body capable of bending and twisting at impossible angles to avoid attacks. She can cling to walls, capable of running up and down any surface like a spider. And she is strong, capable of breaking a victim and folding them up like origami in a very short period of time. It's possible to damage her, but very tricky because of her speed and agility. It's best to avoid her, or try to do one of the aforementioned acts of kindness.
Creature Name: Burning Maiden
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: A woman dressed as a nun who is constantly on fire, her flesh burning and sizzling away only to regenerate shortly after, the cycle repeating over and over.
Danger Level: Average
Notable Characteristics: Burning Maidens are believed to represent the sisters of a convent in Sydney that was butchered by the Purification Society in particularly cruel ways for acting as nursemaids to Pokégirl children and allowing marriages between humans and Pokégirls to be performed. The Purification Society tried to break into their convent to search for Pokégirls that were hiding there, all of them weak breeds that couldn't pierce the armor they were wearing or protect themselves from the weapons the Society were using, but the sisters distracted them along enough for their charges to escape. Furious that they'd sacrifice themselves to protect Pokégirls, the Society tied them to stakes and burned them, making a public declaration that 'this is the way holy martyrs are supposed to die.'
Burning Maidens are most often seen around places of worship, wandering aimlessly. They sometimes stop outside the doors of these houses of worship and kneel down to pray for a few minutes. They will then get up to start wandering again. They're fairly passive, but if anyone approaches the house of worship they are wandering around, they will become defensive, their flames flaring. If they believe they're going to harm the building in any way, they will attack, launching tremendous amounts of flame at the target until they are dead, at which point they will become passive. If one can convince them that you mean no harm to the church, they will let out in without any trouble, and actively defend anyone inside of it from other Statics.
Creature Name: The Conductor
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: A muscular man in a train engineer's uniform with various metal parts wielded to his body, a smokestack and steam whistle emerging from his back. His chest has been replaced by a coal engine, and train wheels are fused into his arms and legs. His lower jaw has been replaced by the triangular front scoop of an old-style train.
Danger Level: Extreme
Notable Characteristics: A one-of-a-kind monster that lives in the Sydney Silent Zone, the Conductor inhabits a train that runs around Sydney's subway system constantly. It's believed that the Conductor is the ghost of a heroic train conductor who tried to help several Pokégirls and their families escape on his rail system, only for him to be caught and killed. The Society tied him to the back of his own train and dragged him around until his body fell apart.
The Conductor's train constantly haunts the railways of Sydney's Silent Zone, and rumor has it he's also been sighted in Novosibirsk recently as well. His train seems like a normal, modern-for-the-time train at first, but when the air raid siren goes off and the world starts to turn corrupt, it changes into an old-style smokestack train. The train itself has several cars, which are capable of generating almost any random monster from the Silent Zone to haunt victims foolish enough to get on his train.
The Conductor himself is a powerful monster, and extremely hard to kill with conventional weapons and powers. He has tremendous physical strength, making his armored punches capable of doing tremendous damage with each swing. He can also exhale blasts of coal fire, giving him added range to his attacks. Add into that the fact that he fights in his train cars, giving him an enclosed space to attack in, and he becomes very, very dangerous. Once the Conductor claims a victim with his trains, he does not let them go until they are dead, either killed by him or killed by the monsters, or he himself is destroyed. Attempts to escape the train will immediately teleport the victim to the back of the train, tied up in the manner he was as the train drags them to death.
Creature Name: Hood
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: Massive, broad-shouldered figures wearing hoods and cloaks that cover their entire bodies, showing no sign of gender.
Danger Level: Unknown
Notable Characteristics: What Hoods are exactly is unknown. They are never seen attacking, only observing. Any attempts to chase them down have resulted in them teleporting away or leading the target into another Static. What is known about them is that they are very fast, and that their presence produces a static warning. They frequently appear to subjects who are on their last legs of either health or sanity, just watching them as they break down.
Creature Name: Butcher
Creature Type: Static
Physical Description: Massive creatures resembling obese women with four arms, two ending in massive meat cleavers, the other two ending in bloody meathooks. Their bellies are large and fat, with a large gash in the middle that can open up, revealing their bloated, greasy insides. Instead of mouths, Butchers have a large meat grinder, which has mandibles to open up and consume larger prey. Also, they stink constantly of gore.
Danger Level: Extreme
Notable Characteristics: It is believed that Butchers represent the joy at the violence the Limbec Knights who attacked Novosibirsk felt as they murdered everyone, their desire to have the town be consumed by their violence in retaliation for the Sydney Massacre. This is in direct contrast to the Punisher, who was born of guilt, while the Butcher is a creature without it.
Butchers are extraordinarily cruel creatures. Anything they come across they attack, hacking at it with their cleaver arms, and using their hooks to force victims into their meat grinder mouth, adding their opponent to their massive belly. And all the while they never stop laughing. Butchers are slow moving when not actively hunting, their weight forcing them to take slow, tromping steps, however unlike Punishers, they are very fast, light attackers, capable of gutting an opponent in seconds. Butchers can also split open their stomachs, shooting out their half-digested victims for an acidic ranged attack. When they have spotted prey, they suddenly become capable of moving horribly fast. They are vicious, relentless opponents who will not stop attacking someone that's caught their attention until they've eaten them.
Butchers are essentially the Novosibirsk equivalent of Punishers and should be treated with the same amount of caution. Do not engage unless absolutely necessary, do not let them see you. They can take the same amount of punishment as a Punisher.
