I was taken to a castle's courtyard along with four other guys that were dressed rather formal for the 1600's(of random parts of the world). In the same time, I was dressed in warrior/adventurer version of my street clothes. The courtyard was stunningly beautiful. It was the style of Zelda's (ocarina of time), but much larger and more elaborate. I'm find it really hard to describe.
These guys were talking about there homes and which "other-worldly beauty" they'll wind up with. I approach them and inquired what's going on. They laughed and they explain the situation. Apparently the five of us were invited(forced) to this castle to be a suitor for each of the five princesses. We were ordered to wait here so we can get to know each other and let the princesses get ready for us. As we finished introducing each other, the knight guard showed up and announced that there here and to get into formation. We did as we were told as the nervously waited for these ladies.
As I was looking through the door, everyone else looked up. They all looked like they were shitting bricks. I didn't really notice at all, but this courtyard was partly on a rather large hill. There was an elegant metal walk way with stairs to make easy access to different parts of the castle. On top of this walkway there were five cloaked figures (which were in different colors) look down at us. Some took off their cloaks while the others took off their hoods. Out of the dropped cloaks I was the only one that got a cloak fell on. Man that blue cloak was heavy. I dropped and it felt like someone was on me.
Apparently, one of the cloaked figures fell on me and I "caught" her. The guards announced that the cloaked people were none other than the five princesses. While I was crushed by a princess a heard a voice saying this. "Welcome noble souls of far off land and I would like to congratulate Almos for passing the first of many tests. It seem Almos has proven worthy of our trust." The pain got so unbearable that I pass out while struggling to say "please get of me..." I woke up with a huge pain in my back.
I found myself in a very ritzy room. The kind you would see in a high class hotel. I got out of the bed and noticed in a mirror that I was in formal clothing. As I walked towards the window, the door opened. It was two of the five princess. One of them was the indigo colored cloaked one that fell on me and the other had an aquamarine colored cloak. They were shocked at first that I was up and then they were pushing me to go back to bed.
The indigo cloak felt sorry she landed on me, I proved to her that I was fine, and told she shouldn't worry about it. The two princesses introduced themselves as Aqua and Isleen. (Their names will make sense when they remove their cloak on a future fragment. I was questioning their names at first as well when I met them.)
After the formalities were taking cared of, they heard I was oblivious about the circumstances. So they carefully explain the situation I'm in. Out the invited suitor (including me) only one of them will have the right to marry a princess.
We will be tested and evaluated to see our true worthiness. The best candidate will get engaged by the one they cares most about him. They continued to inform me that the room I'm in is the room I'll be staying in and that I'm free to visit whoever within reason. After explain the rest of the rules I have to know, we talked for quite a few hours.
It was a rather intriguing conversation. We talked about the kingdom, the princesses, and why I was invited. Apparently, they heard stories of my "travels and accomplishments" and thought was an ideal candidate for this "ordeal". They left the room and told me to go to sleep. I used the restroom, went to the bed and tried to go to sleep. I woke up the moment I closed my eyes. I "got up" and there was a knock at the door. I got out of bed and opened the door. Out from the can a lady wearing a pink cloak. Interestingly enough, this one actually had her hood open. She hand a rather pretty face. She emerald like eyes and hazel colored hair that resembled a mighty oak. The feeling I get from seeing her something I've never felt before.
It was kinda earthy and natural feel, yet it was really soothing. Kinda like taking a nap under a tree in a warm summer's day. She excitedly introduced herself as Mimoza and took me to the courtyard. On the way, we talked for a bit. She seem to be quite happy for finally getting the chance to talk to me. When we got there the other suitors looked really pissed. It wasn't that it took a while for me to come to, but rather that I came with Mimoza. Apparently, Mimoza was their favorite princess.
As we all got into "formation", they instructed the tests we had to do for the duration of the time we would be in this castle. (Now in the remaining part of the dream, the passage of time appeared to match real life.) For the entire week I was doing quite well on these bizarre tests and during the I got to know the princesses.
I most spent time with Mimoza, Isleen, and Aqua. This was mostly because I was their favorite guest. Meanwhile, the other guys were upset that I was getting more time with them. Though they would never say it to my face because they know I'm a kind and polite person.
Each time they saw me they looked guilty, but when my back was turn they changed their expression. I noticed that look at the reflection of the window one day. I woke up after talking to the king who was in a Bowser costume. I went to bed and "gone to sleep". I woke up and I was on a chair looking at a underground colossium that had one of those bull-fighting walled with a bulls-eye. It seem based on the M.C., I was brought here as a fighter by my "friends" at the castle. I ask the guy next to me who looked like he own the place and he replied that he was happy I was participating for this event.
I calmly told him that I never said anything about joining. He just smiled and said,"Nonsense, your friends brought you here, said that you wanted to come, and your were tired from training late." I sighed and sarcastically said,"Remind me to thank them later." As there were announcing that I was next, I noticed that my Bone-Collector (a replica sword I own in real life) was on my lap.
After that, I found out the hard way that the chair I was on was spring-loaded and landed in the middle of the colossium. With that I was forced to fight a series of battles without rest and boy was it exhausting. What I fighting were robots and strange animals. When I sat down on the floor trying to catch my breath, Mimoza came rushing in ordering the owner to stop this match.
The crowd was booing her and the owner made some rather lame He added on that there are two monsters, that were caught, who are accused of some terrible crimes, and wanted me to "take care of it". She OKed it and the colossium gate opened. Out from the dark corridor came and depressed pair of blue eyes. It walked to the center of this stage with her head down low crying. She is a holstaurus and she tripped then got up doing the same exact pose on the entry that can be found on this site. (Of course I'm referring to Kenkou Cross' monster girl profiles.) There was a difference though. Instead of her arm over her breast, she had her wrist infront of her face still crying.
Interestingly enough, her "colors" were azure and violet, instead of white and gray. Feeling bad for her, I approached her to calm her down. When I got to the holstaurus, she looked terrified. "Don't worry I can tell that your innocent. I have no intention of killing you because I'm a pacifist. If your a good enough actor, I won't use my sword and make it look like I"m hitting you. If your smart enough to fake your death, use it as an opportunity to escape." as I whispered those words to her, the holstaurus got a huge (blushing) smile on her face. She thanked me and kissed me on the cheek. I realized that it was Isleen, the indigo cloaked princess, I staged this fight.
As I was going to do my "finishing" move someone from the audience threw a bottle up side my head and I fell. I got up and noticed, that I was bleeding. Isleen ran up to me with a concerned look in her face and said,"Are you al-..... Here let me.... help you."
The concerned look change to and blushing red eyed face. I took a step backward and she skipped to follow. I turned around and ran away from her. This holstaurus went into a amorous yet berserk rampage. I trick her into ramming into a wooden wall.
The crowd to was chanting me to kill her and shouted in disagreement. The owner ask if I was crazy and I said no and that she is innocent. She got out of the wall and settled down and got by my side hugging me. Mimoza saw the look in my face and agreed. The owner said,"Fine, she appears tamed, but she's now your responsibility. Do you think you can handle that? Otherwise she has to be slain." I accept the terms and then I woke up.
Princess Isleen was still clinging on to me like metal on a magnet. Throughout the remainder of the dream, she kept referring to me as her darling. As the gates open again, I got Isleen to stay at a safe distance till I take care of things.
What emerged from those gates was something mind-boggling. It was a flying mermaid that looked like it was trying (but failed) to look manly. The mermaid came charging at me and pull me into the corridor of the colossium. She trying to convince me that she was a man, but it was no dice. Her voice and manner of speaking was none other than Princess Aqua, so she wasn't doing a good job at hiding her identity. I talk to her a little bit and found out by her story that she did nothing wrong. We got out of the corridor and back into the colossium.
She encircled me like a vulture and suddenly epic battle music came on. I was seeing a pattern in this and decided to truly take this matter into my own hands. I shouted out "Special Mode" and my jean jack and pants turned red, while my shirt turned blue.I flew out to Aqua and told her to follow me. I got Isleen and destroyed the gate I rush into where they held them and saw others with forlorn look in their faces. I ran into a wall and broke it down with a blade beam. I jump out of this mountainside colossium and carried Isleen down with me and Aqua. I learned from them the truth. None of the Princesses were human and were of nobility of their race families.
They needed someone to love one of them for who they are on the inside. The suitors found out who they were when they tried to rape them. When they finished their explanation, a sea of monster girls started to pour out of the hole I made.
As they passed by, a harpy acapella quartet thanked me in singsong, kitsunes quickly bowed to me, some headless knights saluted, and some fairies gave some quick hugs. The rest were going "I'M FREE! I'M FREE! Time to score some men! Time to score some men!".
After the swarm of mamono(monster girl) died out the two princesses ask what am I going to do. I said I wasn't sure. Aqua asked If I can escort her to the sea so she can "thank me" properly. I agree to go as far as I can. She look happy and we walked away from this castle-town and headed toward the forest while Isleen happily clung on to me.
We were heading through the forest and I was trying to pry out this overly affectionate holstaurus off me. My attempts failed because she had an iron grip that won't falter. Each time I asked Isleen to let go she kept using a guilt trip as her means to remain latched on to me. After a lot of convincing she finally let go of me and not too sooner.
A shadowy figure was racing around the trees with piercing yellow eyes. It kept rushing around our area then suddenly it pounced at me. I swiftly push the two princess out of harm's way and countered it with an eagle kick.
The figure turned out to be and werewolf and it looked at me with a hungry look in its eyes. It got into stance and said,"My, what a tasty morsel we have here. I could have a lot of fun with this one. So whadoyasay?". I only replied with a "Pardon?".
She was issuing a challenge for single combat. She continued to say that she won't let me and my friends leave this forest till I accept. I was more concern about the princesses than myself so I said,"Regardless of result, I'll accept, if you at least allow my friends to leave safely. Is that a deal?" She agreed and charged at me immediately. I caught her midair and threw her mario style toward a tree. Her face-plant left a noticeable impression on the tree. She was fast, but my reflexes are faster. I just kept stepping away from her attacks until she got exhausted. She made her final attack and I countered by slamming her down on the floor. Aqua, Isleen, and I was about to walk away then the werewolf sprang up infront of me and told us to stop.
Werewolf: "Master, this forest is dangerous when you don't know your way. Please allow me to guide you to safety."
Me:"Pardon?"
Werewolf:"Is there something the matter, master?"
Me:"That's what I thought you said. Why are you talking so formal and why are you referring to me as such?"
Werewolf:"I like tough people and only really listen to them. Your noble actions and your one-sided victory, has granted to my unconditional loyalty. So think of it this way, you now have a lovely pet that will go with you, even to the depths of hell."
Me(If this was an anime, there would be a sweat drop on the back of my head.): "...umm...o...kay? I'll accept your umm generous offer. Aqua. Betsy are you two alright?"
Aqua:"Thirsty, but fine." She drank from her canteen.
Isleen:"My mouth hurts darling, please kiss it to make it better."
Me:"Okay everyone's okay, so what's your name." The werewolf started wagging her tail.
Lyra:"I am known as Lyra, master, but it can anything you desire."
Me:"Okay Lyra. Can you just be yourself as well as to stop referring as your master? I'm feeling really uncomfortable with this. Just think of as your friend and called me Almos."
Lyra:"Okay Almos, right this way."

I told them the truth about me, that I was asleep, and that the fading meant I was waking up. They all were crying and were begging me to stay.
I tried to calm them down and told them its possible for us to me again someday. They kept bawling on me as I woke up. There were tears on my shoulders and my face when I was awake.

As Almos wakes up, he notice that he is shedding tears uncontrollably and doesn't know why. Along with that, he notices that that there was hair and scales along with the top half of his shirt is wet. He thought it was weird, but disregarded it for the time being. Almos placed them somewhere safe as he got ready for his day. He changed out of his clothes and was on his way to practice his fencing. He got interrupted was asked to find something in the basement. He got a shake flashlight and got what was wanted. When he got back to the basement, Almos got a phone call.
Familiar Voice: Is this the home of Almos? I would like to talk to him about an important matter. Tell him that this is Mimoza.
As she said that, Almos went into total shock.
Almos: Yes, this is Almos. How did you get this number? I don't even know it.
Mimoza: I'm so happy you answered. Almos, what happened to you? You suddenly disappeared after the collosium incident.
Almos explained the whole thing and she was suprised to hear the truth. The next moment, Mimoza replying to what sounds like chanting. It got louder and louder as her words increase. Suddenly, a magic circle appeared right up Almos' feet. As it raise while turning, Almos was disappearing before his very eyes. After he was fully gone, he showed up at the castle landing on Mimoza just almost, but not enough for an accidental kiss. When she tried to move up for a kiss, Almos moved back as a reflex. They distance each other and both look nervous.
After a few awkward moments, they try to get a conversation in. It was mostly pleasantries and getting to know the real Almos better. They come to discover that Almos' spirit somehow projects into this world while he's dreaming. While the mystery is still out there as to how, Mimoza was delighted to know that he's here for real. It took a little while later to sink in that she just brought him into a world that he doesn't really belong. Mimoza expression has grown sad and apologized to Almos about bringing him to this world. She also said that she has no way of bringing back home.
Mimoza: If it's any consolation, the other candidates were arrested for their conduct and behavior.
Her cheeks grown a light ruby as she speaks this next part.
Mimoza: If you would like, since we don't have a way to bring you to your home. Would you like to live a life with me as my husband? I would be wonderful to share our lives together and share numerous pleasant memories as the days grow by.
Almos: I really need to think that over if that's alright with you.
Mimoza thought for a moment.

Almos: That seems like a good idea. I think I may just do that. I would like to go home, but I might change my mind if I see what this world has to offer.
Mimoza's expression brightened when he said that it could change his mind.
Mimoza: Very well then. Let's get you prepared for this journey right away so we can get you caught up with the others. It's not safe to travel alone and they will keep you safe.
Mimoza clapped her hands and her servants started scrambling to properly outfit Almos with what he will need for this journey. During the time, Almos and Mimoza went on in friendly conversation while she,in her own subtle way, tries to get him warmed up to her and want to marry her.
Familiar Voice: Is this the home of Almos? I would like to talk to him about an important matter. Tell him that this is Mimoza.
As she said that, Almos went into total shock.
Almos: Yes, this is Almos. How did you get this number? I don't even know it.
Mimoza: I'm so happy you answered. Almos, what happened to you? You suddenly disappeared after the collosium incident.
Almos explained the whole thing and she was suprised to hear the truth. The next moment, Mimoza replying to what sounds like chanting. It got louder and louder as her words increase. Suddenly, a magic circle appeared right up Almos' feet. As it raise while turning, Almos was disappearing before his very eyes. After he was fully gone, he showed up at the castle landing on Mimoza just almost, but not enough for an accidental kiss. When she tried to move up for a kiss, Almos moved back as a reflex. They distance each other and both look nervous.
After a few awkward moments, they try to get a conversation in. It was mostly pleasantries and getting to know the real Almos better. They come to discover that Almos' spirit somehow projects into this world while he's dreaming. While the mystery is still out there as to how, Mimoza was delighted to know that he's here for real. It took a little while later to sink in that she just brought him into a world that he doesn't really belong. Mimoza expression has grown sad and apologized to Almos about bringing him to this world. She also said that she has no way of bringing back home.
Mimoza: If it's any consolation, the other candidates were arrested for their conduct and behavior.
Her cheeks grown a light ruby as she speaks this next part.
Mimoza: If you would like, since we don't have a way to bring you to your home. Would you like to live a life with me as my husband? I would be wonderful to share our lives together and share numerous pleasant memories as the days grow by.
Almos: I really need to think that over if that's alright with you.
Mimoza thought for a moment.

It was mid afternoon when the servants came back with a traveller's bag, supplies and clothes within the traveler's bag, some money, and a long sword. Almos and Mimoza were just finishing their lunch as the servents approached them. Mimoza excused herself for a moment and left the room as Almos leaves himself to his thoughts about what happened and what he's going to do about the future. Many mysteries rang within his mind. How did they know that his phone number? How is it my spirit projects into to this kingdom? Will I ever return to my home or is my fate to be truly as what the people here believe? He kept asking himself such questions until until Mimoza returned to his side. She was carrying a book and a bracelet. When she smiled as she saw Almos pondering then changed to a serious face.
Mimoza: "Before you start venturing off, I would like to give you something important." She hands him the book. "You see this world is a very dangerous place to those who don't know or understand the dangers. Men are in paticular danger to what this world holds. Especially those who aren't in any romantic involvement."
Almos: He looked puzzled as he spoke. "That can be said able any environment no matter where you live and how can being single be hazardous. I've never had such a problem before and it's not like I really get the attention of many people."
Mimoza: "There are unique lifeforms in this world such like myself that prefer to be around the company of those we see as a potention partner in life. While I am might not want to force you to marry me, there are others like that won't take no for an answer and will stop at nothing to make sure that a wedding with one WILL HAPPEN. This books is a very special encyclopedia that encloses what information that humans risked their lives to obtain. It may not have all the details, but has enough information to be wise about the dangers of this world. That encyclopedia contains the various and unique lifeforms that live on that planet and most if not all of those unique lifeforms all target men. They preferably go after the ones they peak their interest or someone that's not romantically involved with someone. Under normal circumstances, no one outside the palace is allow to see let alone posses a copy of that book, because that would get them lazy to defend themselves or even use the knowledge to reak havoc. You are allow to keep a copy because you have proven to be worthy of holding that book and I don't want you captured by someone that may not even care about you." She then hands him a bracelet made of obsidian. "As added protection, I would like to give you a little gift that should help you on your journey. This bracelet a some of the things you were able to do in the dream of you being here. It's magical properties should also be able to protect you in times you may need it the most."
Almos thanked Mimoza for her generosity and kindness. As they head to the main gate, Mimoza granted Almos the title of hero and informed him that the bracelet is proof of his title. Mimoza bids Almos farewell and hope that he returns someday. She also lets him know that he will always be welcomed as a special guest in this kingdom. As Almos walks away from the castle and castle town, some people that he passed by looked at him as if he was an old friend they haven't seen in a rather long time.
When he exited the town, he noticed that the places he's looking at were identical to the ones he's had in past dreams especially the dream he had before coming to this world. After a while, he managed to reach a forest where he recalled entering with Isleen and Aqua as well as for his encounter with Lyra. Almos retraces his steps from the time of the dream while trying to remember the path Lyra has shown him the first time he was here. When he got halfway into the forest, he suddenly heard a rather loud buzzing and the buzzing was getting louder and louder as if it's getting closer to him. He remember what Mimioza said to him before he left and thought he should probably get out of the forest and fast. As the buzzing was getting closer, he started running with all his strength. While the buzzing got even louder, Almos continue running while jumping over all the rocks that were in his way. The buzzing got louder and while he begins to worry about that was the source of the loud buzzing. Just when he thought he was home free, he tripped onto something and was rolling uncontrollably out of the forest. In the meantime, what was going on in Almos' mind while he was rolling was "Laaaaaaaaaaa.lalala lalaaaa lalaaaaa. lala laaaaaaa lalala. Laaaaaaaaaaa.lalala lalaaaa lalaaaaa. lala laaaaaaa lalala. As I try to get up, my hands get on something what felt soft and familiar.
???: The familiar figure blushes heavily, but then gets just as upset when there are undesired hands on it.
"HEY! Get your hands off me! There is only only man that I will ever want touching me!"
When I realized my hands were on some woman's breasts, I jumped backwards, letting out a small scream. It was to my suprised that I landed on someone from that trip and I quitely and repeatively apologized for that. I then explained that I was looking for my friends and on the way, I tripped on something that left me rolling. The woman immediately recognized that voice and knew it was Almos. Despite he looks different than when he was here during his dreams, she can tell with her heart that this is the very same person that not only saved her, but also stole her heart. When she noticed who he actually was, she jump onto him and gave him a kiss. At the very next moment, two more people latched onto Almos shedding happy tears. At first, I didn't know who was, but when I got a good look, I already knew I finally caught up with his friends. I try to pry them off me, but it was like it was quick sand. Struggling only made things worse. They either thought I was feeling them up or wanting them to kiss me from each attempt.
After I while, I decide to just give up and let them be until they got it completely out of their system. To much of my surprise, it took many hours until it was night for them to end their rather affectionate display. They finally got off me, and asked me why do I look so different and how are you even here. They even asked if I was asleep and that I am just having a dream.
Almos: "I am not dreaming nor is my spirit being projected here like it had been. Apparently, whenever I had a lucid dream, my spirit would appear in this world as if I was teleported here. As to why I am here now, you can thank Mimoza for that. She didn't know I was from another world. She also explained a few things to me. Anyway, she suggested that I travel around this world so I can make up my mind as to what I want to do. Whether it be accept her marriage proposal, someone else's, just live in this world, or even try to find a way back home, I could use the time to decide. While I am interested in returning home, I may change my mind, nothing is set in stone."
Aqua: "What about us? What about coming escorting me back to my house?"
Almos: "I'll keep my word about going with you."
Lyra: "Whaduya gonna do 'bout me? Are ya really gonna throw me away?"
Isleen: "How can you be so cruel darling? I thought we settle down and take the time to raise our own children."
Almos: "Nothing is set in stone so even I feel this way now, that may not even be true later on. In any case, what are the odds of me actually finding a way home? Lyra, I never said anything about abandoning anyone. Isleen, you are getting ahead of yourself. I mean, we only met a week ago. It would be really foolish to be rushing into a relationship like that without getting to know each other."
Thinking about what Almos just said, they looked relieved and at the same time they had a thought rushing to their heads. They all believe, that they need to persuade Almos into stay and make sure he never finds a way home so they can try to get him to marry one of them. They know it would be hard for him to find a way home, but they know they have to work just as hard to ensure he stays with them. Almos, Lyra, and Aqua set up camp while Isleen began cooking dinner. When they finished setting up camp, I looked up to the sky and did some star gazing to relax and wait for dinner to be ready. In the meantime, Aqua, Isleen, and Lyra were discussing their plans on keeping Almos from leaving their side.
At first it started civil, but as the conversation got deeper, they started to argue about who should he be with. It almost got really violent until Isleen suggested they let Almos decide on his own. She got to the others and they agreed that, if he falls for one of them, the other two will back off and support their relationship. When dinner was finished, we all ate together but we were awkwardly quiet. No one could think of a thing to say so we spend the entire meal in silence. I cleaned the dishes, utensils, and out things away for everyone. When I was finished, we said our goodnights, and went to bed dreaming of what we hope could happen.
