The Monster Multiverse

Warning - This story contains sexually explicit content.

This will always remain my favorite and most heartfelt story. I plan to eventually edit it thoroughly when it is finished and submit it to an online publishing company. Until then, please enjoy this coming of age tale about a young man who was destined for something more.

Also, my apologies for the poor structuring in the first few chapters. I fully intend to fix that so it doesn't look like a wall of text.

(Description)

Alex Ispen, the young man with little life to speak of, encounters a strange being in the middle of the night on the streets of his hometown. After the startling encounter, he rushes home and falls asleep. After dismissing the meeting as a dream, Alex checks his e-mail to find a strange message offering him the trip of a lifetime of a cruise ship. He accepts the offer and finds himself having the time of his life on the open sea. That is until a storm brews and sends Alex out to sea with only his luck to keep him alive.

He wakes up on the sandy shores of an island and is greeted by Anderson, a strange gentleman in a tattered lab-coat. He welcomes Alex to the island and piques his curiosity by mentioning "monsters" on the isle. When Alex is left alone to his own devices, he decides to venture into the isle in search of water.

Alex will make many friends, have many adventures, learn about love, and eventually become a man. This is the story of Alex Ispen, and his adventures on Monster Isle.

Helios, I managed to fill a post with a wall of text, I think the problem is that the colour tags or the normal tags from MGU don't carry over so it creates an error. Take out all the code tags and post just the text and it should work I think.

To anybody that gives this a read, I would really appreciate some intelligent and insightful comments that I can learn a lot from. I hate to say it, but I'm tired of getting the same old "Well, looks like so and so is about to..."

Understandable, sounds like you are looking to find out what you did right in at least other people's eyes? Or perhaps looking for ideas? Although something tells me you have a lot of ideas but are seeking more verification that you have executed all of your ideas correctly, mainly because you are seeking comments quite vigorously.

It's not quite so complicated as that. The story receives plenty of comments on MGU, but 95% of them are always just a "good work" or "can't wait to see what happens next." Don't misunderstand. It's good to know that people are enjoying something that I made and I appreciate it. But I would also appreciate if people would be more specific about what they liked. Conversely, I also need to know what people didn't like.

Say I took those comments at face value and assumed that nothing was wrong with the story. I would then submit it to an online publishing site and they would probably laugh in my face.

You express the sadness so well when Kazumi passed away that it even make my eyes wet for her.

Yeah, it means a lot to me too. It was what awakened my love for writing. Can you believe that there was once a time when I never even considered writing like this, and was just content to sit around playing video games all the time?
