Two year has passed since Deruella the fourth Daughter of the Demon Lord declared M-Day and began her campaign in unifying the world all in the name of peace.
The United State Government was taking over from within its president missing while a select few fled to the seventh naval fleet to escape capture.
It seemed like her forces were unstoppable...
But unknown to the government's Deruella was secretly having her forces tracking down those who knew the existence of her world.
One was an Art student... who warned the world of the monstergirl threat before he disappeared in Canada only for a Military minded Mamono to rise up the ranks to fight them from within...
Another rode down the streets of Malaysia escaping the Mamono controlled Malaysian and Chinese military who later started a resistance ....
However there was another who resistance movement became a symbol for american resistance...
His name was.... Vendetta da Beast!
Vendetta's actions exposed the action of a ruthless LIlim in the occupations ranks and after her defeat gave rose to a symbol of freedom that and begrudging respect....
While considered his actions praise worthy others some feared him and considered a threat to groups like the UN Remnant and the Order of the Eye who seen him as a threat to be removed but since symbols were harder to kill and considered incorruptible.
One of those who seen him as an Ally was the Lilim known as Kara who motives were unknown until a recent discovery of her true identity.
After a few incident of joint collaboration an uneasy truce was forged between the Monster Occupation forces and the Rebels as Pennsylvania known as the Pittsburgh incident.
Since then Vendetta and his group have worked hard rebuilt the area's affected from Felina De'Amore's controlled Pennsylvania and has worked to improve and accommodate living conditions for both Mamono and Humans who didn't join the Occupation forces even working alongside Sulka Nightlash's Sexhounds Unit and Chaos Inc's peacekeepers who together worked on removing the Terrorist forces in Pennsylvania in the form of the in the Eye Organization lead by Subliminal and supported by the Vatican, the American Military Remnant forces led by the vice president, and the Criminal Syndicate known as the Nytemares led by Vendetta's Rival Chainz.
However unknown to the Monstergirl Occupation forces while Vendetta and his NSR Organization are working alongside them to keep the peace. Their Chaos Inc. Allies have been helping them rebuild their arsenal and forces preparing themselves for the day their forces to retake the country.
Very soon the Hunt for Citizen V would begin anew....

"Damn I never knew guard duty could be so boring." Said a young human merc "Shit I never thought I'd miss my days in the NSR."

As the pair went over to where Alison's landed they never seen the group of men and women led by a Cocktrace dressed like bikers armed with special weapons that froze the pair from behind before taking out a cellphone.
"Sir It's Vina the guards at gate three has been pacified."

"Thank you for being so,cooperative Kevin,its good to get a straight answer from helpful individuals,instead of rebellious,little brats lack of assistance" Sulka said appreciatively at Kevin and obviously,directing a shot at Vendetta.
"Don't be too hard on Vendetta handling of the situation Lady Sulka it's truly my error for not doubling the defenses here I concentrated on defending the military bases and our medical and food supplies." Kevin said before allowing his spirit energy to flare up before punching a hole in the wall. "I should have accepted Biff's offer for sending more troops."

"We'll make a search in the area for it,and i'll make sure we're the first ones too it,that way we can send it back to Tsar, if by some chance we don't get to it first we can destroy so no one else can use it." Vendetta explained. "So how are you holding up after Chima's verdict."
"I'll get by Vendetta but I'm still left wondering why didn't they just turn her into a Mamono like everybody else in the campaign." Kevin said remembering how the supreme court ruled she get lethal injection. "Kara just watched and told me things would work out."

Vendetta and Mari, Kevin's Driver watched as Kevin ate his third platter of strawberry pancakes with hash browns and turkey bacon before asking him a simple question that has been on his mind...
"Damn you're like a bottomless pit,where do you put it all?" Vendetta asked.
"I don't know Vendetta, I guess it burns off quickly when I use magic." he said before finishing up his last piece of turkey bacon. "I guess it's a trade off for magic use."
"You also burn it off by sparing with me and Lady Chizuru when she visits." she said with a smirk.
"Yeah,humping all night in a bed can really burn calories" Vendetta joked."So, do you plan on meeting with Sulka some time?"
"Not right now Vendetta it's too soon. don't get me wrong Sulka's words of keeping peace might be genuine and she may have show true concern about my well being, but it's that Vampire subordinate of her's I do not." Kevin said looking serious "She seem too eager to please Sulka's wims and might be the type to organize black-bag operations or private investigations off the books on someone with for plausible deniability being her main concern." He said remembering how the vampire subordinate of Sulka was looking his direction more that Vendetta's. "By the way,the transport carrying the new armor you wanted built to your modifications by TsarCUBE should be arriving by the end of the week."
"And here I thought it was going to come as a retirement gift in 30 years"
"Sorry no such luck Vendetta but don't worry by the time you end up taking on another Lilim or Vampire you'll be wearing your new armor with all the bells and whistles." Kevin said with humor in his voice. "The only thing you'll be wondering is if Tsar and his girls gave your armor that tri-targeting beam the predator uses in those movies." he said before looking to Kunoichi "Hey Mari Could you bring the car around I'll cover the tab."
Mari just stood up and bowed as she said "As you wish sir." before walking outside

As Sulka was reading over the statements taken from Orc eyewitness accounts and the video footage she noticed Vanessa was quietly going over Kevin Montez file before M-Day and his actions before his return from Canada.
"What's on your mind Lieutenant?"
"I'm not entirely sure Lady Sulka but something about that Kevin Montez doesn't sit well with me." the Vampire said never taking her eyes off the file. "Did you know from previous reports from garrison forces who've encountered him and another priority target that he used guerrilla style tactics to either evade or slow them down?"
"I am aware of his files and his special skills during M-day,and I was there in person when he denounced his affiliation with the eye's paladins.That no longer matters now that he's slowly becoming one of us each passing day,his hunger is proof of it"
"Perhaps you're right Lady Sulka, but that still doesn't change that he's still a wild chess piece on the board." Vanessa warned her Lieutenant. "We should take extra precautions around him since allied himself with Vendetta while at the same time take full advantage of his newly position in Chaos Inc." she advised "Perhaps set him up with someone of noble standing to slow his movements ."
"Are you volunteering yourself for such an assignment lieutenant?"
"I would but that would be folly my lady." Vanessa said before explaining. "Montez know's I've been watching him and may expect me to harm him and having someone from the team would be out of the question."
"Indeed,he should be kept under surveillance,but planting a spy in his organization will cause him to join Vendetta's cause,which would anger Lady Kara immensely."
"Why should we worry about her wrath for Lady Sulka we both know she's been too preoccupied with her colony project to care about what happens here." Vanessa said sarcastically. "Plus she took her pet assassin with her and being that everyone on this squad myself included swore full loyalty to you so you're free to do what is necessary to preserve the peace in Deruella's name."
"Very well,I will grant your request and set up arrangements to make talking to him easier for you or who ever he chooses to go home with ,however you should keep in mind lieutenant.There is a thin line between blind loyalty and overzealotry"
"Of course my lady... " she said before remembering. "I almost forgotten that we have a Dinner Party for Ensign Clare tonight it would give us the perfect opportunity to get him to open up to us."
"Again Lieutenant Don't be too eager,remember what I just warned you about."
Of course my lady I'll be careful and will wear something to entice the Mr. Montez properly and with all those single monstergirl attending the party we won't have a problem with making him feel welcomed.

"Indeed by the way I just thought of something how about a costume party with media coverage." the Lieutenant suggested "Not only will we invite Montez and Vendetta as well since we both know he won't accept it due to his dislike for us." Vanessa said with a smirk
"Hmm interesting plan" Sulka said thoughtfully. "But,If this plan of yours backfires Lieutenant it's gonna be your responsibility to fix it."

Vendetta knew it was a Lich in a knightmare frame pilot's uniform he knew was used by the Sexhounds pilots and she looked pissed by the way her hands were smoking after using black flame.
"Chima,I thought you was dead?" Vendetta asked.
"Yeah but I'm much better now." Chima said "Mind if I help you with this unruly tramp kind sir I smell my beloveds blood on her."
"I don't care,but she wants to fight The Beast,I'm gonna show her why that's a big mistake that she won't live to regret." Vendetta said as two long wrist blades retracted from from the suit.
Chiffon just smiled before she materialized another claw onto her right hand appeared around her as she opened her eyes before saying.

Ilana Saxion and her team were sent in to aid the front gate who was dealing with an Unknown Enemy Force who arrived in an Armored Tactical Vehicle with a Squad of Combat Replicants being led by an Asian girl with blue hair dressed in a purple school uniform attacking them with kunai blades that were floating by themselves and a Blond Woman with half her body covered in tattoos armed with a Scythe who looked like an extra from Hellsing Ultimate backing them up
However most of the fighting is being done by the school girl who seemed to take a sadistic pleasure in attacking them with her blades while the Blond was just watching the show from a distance while the replicants stole some Glasgows from the armory.
Ilana and her forces held the line as long as they could but the enemy was too strong so she ordered them to fall back while giving them coverfire which the blades intercepted.
Then she found herself in the middle of her old village where her mother was standing their with her older sisters and the other villagers. It was then her mother was asking her why she was dressed in strange clothing during their harvest festival ...
She was about to run to them until she remembered how they died that day during the Harvest festival since it was the day the Knights of the Order purged their village before trying to escape the illusion.
Before finding herself being hit from multiple directions with kunai and looking up at the butch looking blond in the military fatigues.
"Stay down Pig bitch." she said with a ruthless smirk "Miyabi are you sure these Nytemare can be trusted

As Blitz was climbing out of the truck only to see the person she attacked was only a few feet from her face before lifting her out of the truck and throwing her into another.

"Chiffon we know about the rune stop fighting us." Chima said still keeping her guard up "We also refuse to kill you so use what control you have give up or Vendetta will have to use connotative reinforcement."
Vendetta was already in action in a flash he dashed over while she was off guard and connecting with vicious roundhouse to her face sending her into a water fountain. Before she could even get back up he grabbed her by the throat and choked slammed her into the water holding her under water while she struggled for a while before she stopped and went limp.
"Looks like I made the decision for her" He said then noticing she stop struggling then lifts her out of the water and placing her on the floor.
"Damn Vendetta I didn't expect you to go all out on her like that," Chima said as moved chiffon's wet hair the Lich used her rune breaker spell to remove the Obedience run from the Pandora's forehead. "There the rune is removed but she needs the water out her lungs and medical attention quick."

Kevin stepped out dressed like a Jedi Knight while Chiffon dressed up as Hinata Hyuuga and then there was Vendetta who wore a hood covering his face and body and looked impatient and ready to head toward the recreation hall until Miyabi after hearing shout orders to see what he was wearing and blocked his path.
"Hey Mr. Montez the base's head of security said that we need to see what you're hooded friend is wearing before we let him into the Dance hall ...for security concerns of course." The Limiter eater said with a annoyance.
"Then tell Vanessa I'll take responsibility for Vendetta since he wants to make an entrance"

Vendetta was in his usual armor only instead of the midnight black the armor suit was a very dark greyish black instead with his trade mark guy fawkes mask with a hood covering his head.
"And here I though the party was going to be boring" Vendetta chuckled. The Vampires didn't know how to respond since most of them didn't like the skank yet also remembered they had to follow her orders before the Lilim ignored them and introduced herself.
"Good Evening Mr. Vendetta and Mr. Montez I'm Angelique Wrath and this is my son Kevin and adopted daughter Mina we're visiting from out of town so to speak." she said as Kevin nodded while Mina just looked at Vendetta with a smirk before looking down at Miyabi saying.

Vendetta also used his armor and could see that Kara was armed to the teeth as she had a Kunai belt on her thigh and short range two pistols under her sleeve and in the open was the revolver in the holster on her hip that she handed him to deal justice to Felina not long ago. He also noticed that the Killing intent from Angelique lessened as the Monster girls on the base knew to fear her even more.
Kara then approached Angelique, Sulka and Venetta with a kind smile before hugging and kissing her sister Lilim in a erotic way that shocking the crowd before greeting her.
"Angelique I'm glad you arrived with your Talon's safely and watched out for Mr. Montez's rebellious Ally." She said taking a Jab at Vendetta's name.

"See Kara I told you Mina would be on her best behavior." Angelique said with a smirk "My son's face is absolutely priceless."

"Because I wanted to see you pout and gripe for awhile I know Vendetta, Kara, and Sulka would agree." she said with a smile before looking to said guest.

Before Vendetta and the others could make a comment someone introduced a Kitsune-Tsuki as Desiree Desire of the Desire Corp accompanied by a young man and two girls all wearing Genetics Academy uniforms stepped into the ballroom accompanied by bodyguards as the stepped into the room.
Vendetta could easily see the two women and the young man accompanying the monster girl were dead ringers for Freezing characters...
*What are they doing with her?, somethings up I think need to keep close eye on them* Vendetta though to himself before excusing himself away from his current company to find chiffon. "Excuse, I'm needed somewhere else for the moment"
Turning away from the group he was only able to get a few steps before he was stop by Mina.
"Ah Mr. Vendetta I'm glad I found you Chiffon wanted to talk with you outside." Mina said with a amused look "I'll keep watch our newcomers and inform Auntie Kara and her vampire lieutenant."
"Thanks kid, tell them to keep an eye on them as well"

"Some familiar faces to you have made their grand entrance to the party or did you see them already?"

"We're about to be attacked has Kara and Sulka been informed?" Montez asked.
"Hopefully they are finding out now when Mina inform her mother and her group"
"Fine I call my transport and inform them I want a quiet extraction if necessary I will not be lead into a secondary trap." he said looking at the new comers "Besides we have the unmatched Smiling Monster on our side."

"She was suppose to be the dancing bear that got him back to Rome while we concentrated our attacks on Kazuya and the others." she said before throwing her at Sulka's feet. "We'll take the Paladins for their information but Angelique will turn over custody of those three to Kevin Montez with an oath from Chiffon that they will remain independent consultants under her direct command... would that sound acceptable?"
