Papyrus, the dog guards, Napstablook and even Shyren are too awesome. I mean you hum with Shyren and start a concert in the middle of battle. Also Napstablook is awesome with how he just mixes his own music.

Ha! That's great!

On the subject of Undertale music mashing up well with other songs, here's the Bonetrousle mixed with a theme from Mother 3. It's....uncanny. Toby openly admits to taking inspiration from games like Earthbound, Touhou, and Final Fantasy. So it's no wonder.

Ah Megalovania. . . . heh your gonna have a bad time. Makes me wish they could have had something where Papyrus faces you instead of Sans at one point.

unless they raised it, it's $10 only at the main site...just depends if you feel it's worth it or not

You can finish the game in about 5 hours or so, but there is a lot of variation, whether you are playing *pacifist* route or *genocide* route, or a *kill some, but not others* route. Personally... as such as I love Earthbound, not sure I like this one. Killing certain creatures, the game makes you feel guilty for doing so (I had killed lesser dog, and Undyne got on my case about it) and playing pacifist route, means trying to win fights with only 20 HP.MOST of the time, that isn't a problem, but the Undyne fight is extremely hard with only 20 HP...

Music is great, the characters are great, I just don't care for a game that make you feel guilty for killing certain characters

And don't forget WAIT FOR DAILIES!

Lately, the internet and half seems to be playing this game, and Steam doesn't hand out the ''Overwhelmingly Positive'' review to anything but the best. Still, I'll wait for the X-Mas sale, which is barely a month away now.

I wonder how will this game feel to someone who couldn't get into Eartbound (yeah, feel free to call me heretic; it's the only SNES legend that I couldn't play without becoming utterly frustrated).

I couldn't get into Earthbound, so I'll let you know. I'll leave my criticisms at the door on that one though, lol...I agree it was incomparable to my faves like Chrono Trigger.

Played a little of Under-tale not that long ago. Nice game that shows the creator put a lot of work into it. I can see why it won the awards it did. On the website it is say it was made with Game Maker 8.0. On the Wiki link it say GM Studios? Maybe Toby Fox upgraded during the game development of 2.7 years. Toby seem to what to port the game to a Nintendo platform. But GMS don't support it yet. Odd is Construct 2 support Wii U.

I just fought and subsequently befriended Undyne. She truly is extreme when it comes to cooking.

Also has anyone ever backtracked and noticed Flowey before he disappears? I backtracked and caught that annoying weed two times before he burrows and hides away.

I got this game as an X-Mas present from ME for ME, and man....... I feel guilty for having waited for the Sales.

Few, if any games have ever moved me as much as this game has; everything about it is simply PERFECT!

The narrative, the battle system, the world, the puns, the soundtrack, and above all THE CHARACTERS.

From he who delivers a skele-TON of puns and an angry fish, to she who wears the moniker of ''Goatmom'' and to the best and most money-loving hostess.

Still, although the last one of that list is my actual TOP Fav (I just LOVE Spider Dance as well...), the one I found most interesting in the whole game has received a Yandere personification ahead that I'm quite certain Sev will love.
