Hehe, for a moment I had a thought that maybe you would try and draw Zalura, which wouldn't be half bad.
Still, I like how this girl looks; her muscles at the very borderline of what I consider sexy, so I'm quite glad you didn't make them any larger.

I was seriously considering it actually, but in the end i couldn't come up with a clear visual, unfortunately. (it would've been nice though, since she's my favourite character atm :3)Blake81 wrote:Hehe, for a moment I had a thought that maybe you would try and draw Zalura, which wouldn't be half bad.
Same.^^ I really didn't want to overdo it, so i though this amount of buff would be plenty.^^Still, I like how this girl looks; her muscles at the very borderline of what I consider sexy, so I'm quite glad you didn't make them any larger.

Can't find anything attractive about muscles myself. Probably because insides in general gross me out, and seeing the bones, veins, and muscles bulging out of people make me a little nauseated.

Hmm, understandable. I'm quite tolerant in those regards. (had a great time dissecting a pig's heart back in biology class, that i didn't even have to take but was asked since they had a spot left :3)Feathers wrote:Can't find anything attractive about muscles myself. Re: 30 day monstergirl challenge
Next up, my favourite monstergirl character!^^ After a nice 2-day hiatus i went and drew Lala at a dutch angle, came out pretty nice. :3
Technically she's my second favourite, but since i drew my #1 already, i thought she deserved some attention. ^^

She turned out pretty sexy. :3 Why is it called a "Dutch" angle?

Thanks, she's my #2 for a reason.^^ No idea why it's called that tho, just some jargon that pops up randomly, i guess.Feathers wrote:She turned out pretty sexy. :3 Why is it called a "Dutch" angle?

Looking it up...

So.....yeah, this is a bit akward......
I haven't really been on point the last few days, not been doing much drawing. With the truely gruesome girl i've though over it for three days before setting something good on paper. Here she is btw:

Still, she came out nice, which is good.^^

My artist buddy is about to start one of the Thirty Day Monster Girl Challenges, specifically the one that was created by AdventDestiny. I convinced him to start it, and I'll be posting links to his pictures on Deviantart each day, hopefully starting tomorrow or tonight. Here is the profile he will be posting on on Deviantart:

OMG!!! I can't believe it! My list actually inspired someone!!!
“Monsters are tragic beings. They are born too tall, too strong, too heavy. They are not evil by choice. That is their tragedy. They do not attack people because they want to, but because of their size and strength, mankind has no other choice but to defend himself. After several stories such as this, people end up having a kind of affection for the monsters. They end up caring about them.”

Re: 30 day monstergirl challenge
Yup, he said that out of the three here, yours seemed the most interesting for him, since he loved the elementals choices, as well as the more unique choices overall for monsters

Day one of the 30 Day Challenge: Giantess

I'm going to put a link to the actual Deviantart page, in addition to putting the picture here for each of his posts. Very high resolution so won't fully show, plus its nice to get traffic and know actually how many folk have seen the awesome pics.
Read the first comment by someone on the picture other than Adversary. I don;t know whether to be sad or angry that that's currently the only comment by someone else.

Nice! Very nice.^^ Seeing the difference between his sketch quality and mine reminds me that there's still a lot of room for improvement with me.

Re: 30 day monstergirl challenge
Lol, I showed him your work actually. Showing him your pics in this thread are part what inspired him to take up the 30 day challenge. Said he was stagnating a little bit, so this would get him into gear more drawing stuff off the top of his head.

Re: 30 day monstergirl challenge
Greetings
Another thing worth mentioning is the choice of depicting her halo as a circumference connected to each side of her head, which is closer to how they appeared in works during medieval times, rather than employing the ring-floating-over-the-head version which is commonly used nowadays.
Appealing style, smooth shading and 27 days left to go.
Regards.
Quite interesting interpretation as well. Perhaps this is how demons, who are generally portrayed with goat or ram features, looked like when being part of the celestial hosts. An immemorial time before the "War in Heaven"and their subsequent fall in grace and banishment to the depths of the earth.Chaos wrote:Very different angel interpretation he decided for there. Though I gotta say I like the outfit a lot on her.
