Gabriel sneers at the three facing them, "If you think we will be mere push overs, you have another thing coming! Deino use Dragon Rage on Zorua!"

Again, the words that came from Zelos caused an unseen twitch to appear on Asmund's face. The Metalnian didn't let it distract him however, silently observing the empty streets as the group walked. While not nervous, Asmund was cautious; he too got the feeling they were being watched.

Coming across the battle school Asmund stayed with Clair to watch over the prisoner, keeping an ear towards the conversation between the students and heirs. He was about to make note about Sir Reyn and Sir Nate when the horn sounded.

Both Asmund and Beldum Whipped towards the castle where the horn sounded. For a moment Asmund wondered why a horn would sound randomly in this conflict. Then the sound of explosions rang through the air and the ground rumbled beneath their feet. A rumble that felt familiar to Asmund. Pieces started to fall into place as he grabbed the prisoners shoulder.

"A secret insurgence to scatter or take out the strongest warriors left in the kingdom..." His grip on the prisoners shoulder tightened, likely becoming discomforting to the man.

"Then a horn then sounds off followed immediately by the ground shaking. It's something I recognize. The one you called Leopold, that's what his task was, to topple the kingdom's outer defences as a back up plan if that Andrea woman failed." By now the Metalnian's grip would be painful. Looking at the man, grip firm and not reacting to the prisoners reaction to the pain Asmund continued.

"You attack during this time as we strive for peace, makes me question what you're group of lowly fiends are truly after. You're just a grunt though so you wouldn't know the reason behind all this. There are things you do know about this invasion though, and you're going to tell me or a dislocated shoulder will be the least of your worries as I give you some Metalnian hospitality." His actions may prove harsh and cold, but in truth Asmund was incredibly worried.

If what this man said was true and both Wattray and SteelFist had fallen already, then Palette was now going to live through the same event, along with he and the other heirs.

"hmmm....." Ivadi nods to zeke as zeke uses confusion on Grimer. things might go well if they act fast. despite the even team ups things will go south if any comrades pokemon start to faint. ["what will you do now?'] he pondered as he then turned his attention to the opponents in front of him

[Drack]

Nate:

Your warrior skill activates healing both Athena and Heracross (+50 Hp) followed by Athena following your command and releasing a mild psychic attack at the foe Ekans doing considerable damage (-14 Hp.) The next turn then starts with Reyn attacking "Heracross it's time for another Rock Blast to Carvanha!" Heracross attacks once again flinging 3 rocks at the foe Carvanha knocking it out. (-18 Hp)

Ekans and it's trainer attack next "Ekans one more use Poison Sting on that Ralts." Ekans once again fires a poisoned barb from it's mouth striking Athena (-6 Hp).

Athena and Heracross gain 71 experience points.

Ivadi and Gabriel:

Zeke follows Ivadi's command and unleashes a mild psychic attack at Grimer doing damage (-8 Hp). Leopold and his Grimer then attack "Hm, it's time to cause some mayhem Grimer, let's soften these kids up for the real invasion with Poison Gas!" Leopold then activates his Warrior Skill Infection, whenever Grimer poisons a foe it has a chance of spreading to an adjacent foe. Grimer then releases it's noxious gas from it's mouth poisoning Zeke and through the skill Infection spreads to Deino as well. Leopold then laughs admiring his work "Ha, well that will take you two out of the fight soon enough...just know from your defeat and Palette's eventual fall the empire will rise."

The Orris warrior and his Aron then step forward to make their move "So, you admit this is only a ploy to weaken us for later and you know you have no chance of beating us now...such cowardly tactics, I...Victor Geo along with my partner Aron will crush the lot of you using the battle style I inherited from my father! Now Aron, use Head Smash on Misdreavus!" Aron then recklessly charges forward and savagely crashes into Misdreavus causing massive damage (-21 Hp) but due to it's Rock Head ability it doesn't take recoil damage.

Deino then follows Gabriel's command and launches a ball of purple flames from it's mouth engulfing Zorua knocking it out. The turn ends with Deino and Zeke taking 3 damage from poison.

Andrea and Misdreavus attack at the start of the next turn "Misdreavus, use Psywave on that Ralts." Misdreavus then launches a odd wave of psychic power at Zeke causing damage (-10 Hp).

Asmund:

"Arghh..." The man groans in pain as you tighten you grip. At first he refuses to speak and even squirms against your grip, but he soon gives in and talks "A-alright I will tell you everything I know...T-the peace meeting w..was a trap, one that all of your parents fell for and got themselves captured by forces much stronger than us."

"W-what, that can't be!" Yuri, Heather, Edea, Ashley, and Clair all exclaim in unison in disbelief.

"Tch, we should of seen that coming." Zelos says flatly.

"T-the only good thing that came from this was I got to see that smug look get wiped off your face Ladogian!" The prisoner defiantly shouts at Zelos

Ashley then scowls then steps next to you to interrogate the prisoner "You said earlier that you weren't suppose to hurt me...does that mean my father is involved in this!?"

"I-I don't know, I only serve Lady Andrea who serves Sir Waylon alongside Leopold and Robin. All I know is that Sir Waylon was put in charge of conquering the Plains Region and he had to spread thin the forces give to him, so we couldn't storm Palette with a full invasion. We then had to resort to kidnapping and sabotage to try and get an edge over Kanbei and the Palette army." The prisoner cowardly shouts.

"Oh no...we got trouble!" Heather shouts as a small group of invaders slink out from their hiding spots and surround the group; 6 warrior in total accompanied by a Poochyena, Purrloin, Stunky, Nidoran(M), Trubbish, and Koffing. "Well look here, that guy with the Spinda may of gave our forces a thrashing, but it seems like we got the grand prize cornered...if your looking to get away your going to have to go through us!" One of them shouts

The prisoner lets out a relieved sigh and calls out to his companions "Oh good, you're here if you take these brats out I can-."

A female intruder holds up her right hand to interrupt him "Not so fast, we heard you spilling the empire's secrets on our invasion...so your going to have to answer for that. Not to mention taking out six of the royal children and a traitor will give the six of us a fast track to promotions so we won't have to be foot-soldiers anymore."

The prisoner then looks down with a worried expression "Oh, no I'm done for either way."

"This isn't good, the students aren't in any condition to help us, but there are seven of us so we have the numbers advantage." Ashley says clenching her fists ready to battle.

Zelos frowns crossing his arms "Heather is a civilian though, so we shouldn't make her fight with us unless she wants to Ashley."

"B-but, me and Aipom are a team now...we can battle too." Heather says nervously

Edea puts a hand on Heather's shoulder "I agree with Zelos, I don't want to put you in danger so stay back and watch the prisoner while we handle this."

"We have another problem..." Yuri says as the team clusters together to guard the weakened students and keep the prisoner from the invaders "Lotad and Sneasel both seem weakened from previous battles, also Beldum was just revived so it's not at a hundred percent either, so we need to be careful on who we decide to have take the lead in this battle." As she speaks the invaders position their Pokemon so that their Purrloin, Koffing, and Poochyena will take the lead on their side for a triple battle style match.

"W-well, I have some basic healing skills so if Yuri, Clair, and myself can hold them off I can have Beldum, Lotad, and Sneasel back in fighting shape...what do you think we should do Asmund?" Edea says looking to you for advice.

Asmund's face didn't change as the prisoner slowly caved in. He didn't loosen his grip until the man released the news of their parents capture. The defiant shout at Zelos however shook Asmund from his shock, quickly reaffirming his grip though not nearly as painful this time. He took note of the names the prisoner spoke of, Lady Andrea they already knew of from before but Waylon... A general may-no, Waylon was put in charge, someone else put Waylon there. Maybe a Captain? Regardless, Asmund was soaking in the info that the man was shouting.

Heather's call of caution brought Asmund's mind to the forefront. Careless, so focused on the prisoner and not his surroundings. His grandfather would have cuffed him smart up the head for such a novice mistake. He watched as more invaders surrounded the group. His eye's shifted between the 6 of them and their Pokemon partners. 3 Dark types, they'd need to go down quick if he and Beldum were to help any in this fight. It seemed Lord Dialga played things in the heir's favour as Edea could heal those that needed it while the others fought in the meantime. He gazed at the invaders Pokemon a moment as Edea asked for his advice. Giving a nod to himself he drew close to Edea's ear, cupping his hand to whisper without their prisoner hearing his ideas.

"Do what healing you can, it is better than nothing. For the fight tell Yuri that Murkrow could blow any poison gas back to the Koffing's teammates, poisoning them instead of us. That will our biggest help until the dark types are gone. Once that's done Beldum will be able to switch in for a strong defence, Steel's immune to poison." With that he pulled away, giving Edea a nod before looking at the others.

"It's time we show these invaders that their tactics won't avail them, my friends." Asmund activated his Faith skill, making sure the attacks from his side will all hit for a time. Now, it's just a matter of seeing how everything plays out.

[Nexous]

"We've almost got it, finish it with Confusion!" I say as I cringe seeing Athena take another hit.

seeing the tide turn to their favor Ivadi and zeke grin. with a nod to zeke he casts confusion again on grimer "alright if we keep this up we'll be able to win in no time!" ivadi said cheerfully

[Heero]

Gabriel grins "Especially with another Dragon rage, Deino Use another Dragon Rage on Grimer."

[Drack]

Ivadi and Gabriel:

Zeke eats the Oran Berry given to it earlier to recover some of it's health before attacking (+10 Hp) Zeke then uses Confusion once again on Grimer striking it with a mild psychic attack Grimer effective damage (-9 Hp).

Leopold moves next "Tch, don't get smug yet kids...Grimer use Mud-Slap on Deino!" Grimer flings some mud into Deino's face doing minimal damage but it lowers Deino's accuracy (-3 Hp).

Victor's turn is next "Aron, use another Head Smash to Misdreavus!" Aron then recklessly charges forward and savagely crashes into Misdreavus causing massive damage and knocking it out (-21 Hp) but due to it's Rock Head ability it doesn't take recoil damage.

Deino goes to use Dragon Rage, however misses it's target.

Deino, Zeke, and Aron gain 115 experience points each. Deino reaches level 7, Zeke reaches level 7, and Arron reaches level 7. The turn ends with Deino and Zeke taking 3 damage from poison.

Athena follows your command and launches a mild psychic attack at the foe Ekans doing massive damage and knocking it out and ending the battle (-12 Hp).

With the two of you freed up you are able to focus on Kanbei's battle with the Mightyena's as Kanbei is forced to pass his turn do to Slacking's ability and the other three Mightyena attack together once again with Thunder Fang, Ice Fang, and Poison Fang doing a combined 28 damage to Slacking.

The next turn of battle begins, but before Slacking can attack a Spinda leaps up and strikes the second Mightyena with Fake Out stunning it (-30 Hp), and at that time a man with sandy blonde hair runs up beside Kanbei noticing him Kanbei forms a faint smile "Well, you sure took your time Maxwell."

Maxwell nods putting his arms behind his back "Yeah, this is looking pretty rough Kanbei the militia is scattered, they destroyed most of our defensive structures, and rounded up most of the civilians to keep them out of the way. I don't know if any of the royal children are in the still village, but I did a quick sweep to try to spot any and carve them a path through these invaders to the castle...I even had to leave my students behind to hold the line."

"There is still a group of them unaccounted for among them is Princess Edea." Kanbei then pauses letting out a sigh "I failed our lord to protect his daughter, the children, and the kingdom. However, I will use every ounce of power Slacking and I can muster to set things right! Now, Slacking use Return on that Mightyena!" Slacking lunges forward and slams into the thrid Mightyena with all of it's might doing massive damage and knocking out the foe in a single hit (-130 HP).

The non-stunned Mightyena and it's trainer attack next using Ice Fang charging forth and clamping down on Slacking with it's ice coated fangs (-10 Hp)

Asmund:

Edea nods at your advice as she steps forward to battle along with Clair and Yuri as she silently relays your words to them.

Yuri then prepares to begin the battle "Alright, if what that creep said was true and you thugs captured our parents then I won't be showing any of you mercy. Murkrow use Drill Peck on that Poochyena and show them we mean business!" Yuri then activates her warrior skill Adrenaline, raising Murkrow's attack by one stage for 3 turns. Murkrow then takes to the skies and dives down on Poochyena with it's beak in a corkscrew motion doing massive damage to Poochyena (-18 Hp).

"W-what power...so this is strength of royalty." Purrloin's trainer says in disbelief "B-but we are still going to win Purrloin use Feint Attack on Swinub!" The foe then activates her warrior skill Marksman, raising Purrloin's accuracy and critical hit chance for 3 turns. Purrloin then swiftly charges into Swinub catching it off guard and damaging it (-9 Hp).

Clair moves next "I hope all of you haven't gotten cold feet from Yuri and Murkrow's attack because me and Swinub are striking next...alright, use Icicle Crash on Koffing!" Clair then activates her warrior skill Rally, raising Swinub, Murkrow and Whismur's attack for 3 turns. Swinub creates a large shard of ice before launching it at Koffing, and it then shatters raining down icicles on Koffing hurting it (-12 Hp).

Koffing and it's trainer attack next "Alright let's soften them up for the others to take out Koffing use Screech on Murkrow!" Koffing then lets out a vile Screech at Murkrow greatly lowering it's defense.

Poochyena and it's trainer move next "Poochyena use Poison Fang on that Murkrow." Poochyena then charges into Murkrow and clamps down on Murkrow with it's poison coated fangs (-11 Hp).

Edea then steps up preparing to move next "Alright, I've let the others protect me...but now I have to stand up and defend the people of Palette myself. Whismur use Hammer Arm on Purrloin just like Kanbei taught us!" She then activates her warrior skill Convalesce, which slowly heals all allies by 1/8th maximum Hp at the end of each turn for 3 turns. Whismur then nervously charges toward Purrloin before leaping up and slamming it's arm down upon the for Pokemon doing super effective damage and knocking it out (-24 Hp) However, the attack lowers Whismur's speed.

Murkrow, Swinub, and Whismur gain 38 experience points each.

The turn ends with Beldum, Lotad, Murkrow, Swinub, Sneasel, and Whismur regaining 3 Hp. Also, the trainer with Stunky steps in to take his comrades place in the battle.

"Reyn... Edea and her group should have been here by now. I know it's a lot to ask, but could you rush back to see if you can help? I will inform these two. Try to hury so you don't get caught alone. Blondie said he carved out a round so resistance should be minimal." I then hand Athena the berry, and keep her next to me as I quietly make my way to Kanbei. "Edea should be safe we just fought off a group on enemies, and she is with a large group. She's over that way" I mutter quietly enough so only the two men can hear me, and gesture as slightly as I can.

[Creator_Drake]

Asmund steps back and watches as Edea, Yuri and Clair start things off. He kept a silent vigil over the battle, taking quick glances at the intruders from time to time, making sure that no one decides to pull any quick moves. He gains an inner satisfaction as the Purrloin is taken out quick with the Poochyena very close to following suit. All that was left for the dark types was the Stunky.

The Metalnian knew though that taking out those 3 wouldn't make things completely easy once he switched in. The other 3 enemy pokemon could very well use Dark type attacks no doubt, the prerogative however was that Beldum would be relatively safer from pokemon that weren't Dark types. Casting a glance at his partner he found that it looked a little better after Edea used her Warrior Skill. By Asmund's guess his partner would nearly back to full strength within the next few moments. All that was left was to see how things played out.

[Heero]

Gabriel frowns as Deino misses "it's all right buddy shake it off. nice going ivadi. Alright Dee use dark pulse on Grimer, Make him pay."

Ivadi grins as he sees how the tide is turning to their favor "ok Zeke, keep up confusion on Grimer!" he said happily

[Drack]

Ivadi and Gabriel:

Zeke uses Confusion once again on Grimer striking it with a mild psychic attack Grimer effective damage (-9 Hp). Then is followed by Leopold "Grimer use Pound of that Ralts...let's try to squeeze out a bit more damage before this ends." The foe Pokemon then lunges forward and bashes into Zeke (-7 Hp).

Victor's turn is next "Aron let's end this with Head Smash to Grimer." Aron then charges forward and savagely crashes into Grimer causing massive damage and knocking it out (-18 Hp) but due to it's Rock Head ability it doesn't take recoil damage.

Deino, Zeke, and Aron gain 64 experience points each.

Leopold frowns as he is defeated "Damn, didn't stall them long enough...well it's not like they can help the old man anyways." He quickly reaches into his belt and pulls out a smoke bomb "Robin, Andrea you both did well enough let's fall back for now." He tosses it go the ground and the three of them and weary Pokemon use the smoke to flee.

Meanwhile, Nate and Reyn can be seen talking to each other for a moment before Reyn and his Heracross go back to the village and Nate and his Ralts go to meet up with Kanbei and Maxwell.

Nate:

Reyn gives you a silent nod in agreement before he and Heracross quickly go back to the village in an attempt to meet up with Edea and the others. Meanwhile both men hear your words and Kanbei speaks up after seeing Gabriel and Ivadi's battle end "Alright, we will settle this once Maxwell and myself deal with the last of these insurgents...now stand back for the safety of you and your Pokemon."

Nate, Gabriel, and Ivadi:

Kanbei and Maxwell continue their battle with the Mightyena warriors as Kanbei is forced to pass his turn do to Slacking's ability, however Maxwell attacks with Spinda "Alright Spinda let's finish off Mightyena with Drain Punch." Spinda bounces forward in an odd manner and strikes the foe Pokemon sapping it of it's strength (-74 Hp). The foe Mightyena then attacks Spinda with Ice Fang clamping down on Spinda with it's ice coated fangs (-10 Hp).

The next turn begins with Kanbei attacking "This ends now, Slaking use Hammer Arm!" Slacking then lunges forward with surprising speed and crashes his arm down on the foe Pokemon with thunderous force causing the ground to shake and knocking out the Mightyena with overwhelming power (-172 Hp).

Slaking: 147/225 Hp
Spinda: 100/110

Mightyena 4: 0/77 Hp

Asmund:

The next turn of battle starts with Yuri attacking first "Murkrow use another Drill Peck on Stunky!" Murkrow once again takes to the skies diving down on Stunky with it's beak in a corkscrew motion knocking it out in a single blow thanks to the combined boost of Yuri's Adrenaline and Clair's Rally to Murkrow's attack (-28 Hp).

Clair's turn is next "Alright, time to clean up Swinub use another Icicle Crash on Koffing." Swinub once again strikes Koffing with a barrage of icicles knocking it out (-10 Hp.)

Poochyena and it's trainer move next the trainer looking on nervously as his comrades Pokemon are knocked out one by one "Argh, this is almost as bad as that warrior with the Spinda...Poochyena use Poison Fang on Whismur!" Poochyena clamps down on Whismur with it's poison coated fangs (-8 Hp).

Edea's turn is next "Whismur, use Pound on Poochyena." Whismur charges into Poochyena and crashes into it with it's body knocking the foe Pokemon out (-8 Hp).

Murkrow, Swinub, and Whismur gain a combined 170 experience points each. Murkrow and Whismur reach level 7 and Whismur reaches 6

The turn ends with Beldum, Lotad, Swinub, and Sneasel regaining 3 Hp, and Murkrow and Whismur reganing 4 Hp.

Heeding Kanbei's advise I step back, and watch silently as they finish the battle.

Ivadi and Zeke were happy for their victory but then turned to face the other battle. they gulped since they literally couldnt do anything but stand and watch, the feeling of powerlessness starting to take into their minds

The battle seemed to be going better than Asmund had first expected. His fellow heirs were proving their worth making their enemies fall, and with Lady Edea's skill still active they were getting stronger. He let out a small breath while watching the battle, seeing the enemy down to only 2 pokemon made the Metalnian feel confident in their victory. Since they were both poison types however, Asmund knew the tide could turn on them easily.

He wished dearly to take part in this battle like he told Lady Edea earlier, but sitting on the side with the others gave him time to think outside of this one battle. The other heirs were doing well and he wasn't going to take a hard earned victory away from them. He would only switch in if needed, right now Asmund found it wiser to save his partner's strength for the battles over the horizon. This bout wouldn't win them the Kingdom of Palette; they needed to find Sir Kanbei and the others before taking their next move.

Beldum was floating slowly from side to side, a quirk Asmund knew which meant his partner was starting to get a little antsy.

"Patience my friend. This won't be the only battle to be had this day." Beldum looked at Asmund a moment before looking back at the battle, no longer floating from side to side. Asmund took his own advice as well, with arms crossed as he waited for this battle to conclude....

[Heero]

Gabriel stands back to watch the battle unfold, "Relax now deino you deserve it." he tooses a treat to deino who snatches it happily before taking a seat at Gabriel's side.

[Drack]

Nate, Gabriel, and Ivadi:

Kanbei lets out a loud huff as the last Mightyena and the foe trainers quickly gather themselves and there Pokemon and make a quick escape once again binging a moment of silence to the courtyard. "I doubt that is the last of them..." Kanbei pauses looking over the group "It looks like everyone is alright for the moment...I guess the Arachnis child ran off to assist Edea and the others. I appreciate his effort, but him charging off alone is dangerous, I suppose I should go after him."

Maxwell then speaks up "Actually, I think I should go after the remaining heirs, while you take everyone back to the castle and begin to for a battle plan, they seemed to be just stalling us and trying to weaken our Pokemon, I imagine a full attack won't be far off."

"Excuse me.." Cassandra and her Riolu step up from the group to speak, she scowls and crosses her arms as she talks and her partner mimics her movements as she paces back and forth "I hate to be rude, but I would just like to point out for being the nation that was supposed to shelter us while negotiations were being make you haven't done that well of a job, in one day your kingdom has been infiltrated, your militia scattered, and most of your civilians have been trapped to prevent them from interfering while we prepare for a possible attack, I would of thought you would of been more prepared for such an event..."

All of the others remain silent as Kanbei lets out a sigh "Your right, I failed to protect all of you...I let my guard down thinking all of you being here would deter any possible attacks from would be bandits or any other force, but it has been made clear these are no bandits they are far more organized and prepared. So, while I can not change the mistakes I've made in watching over all of you I make a vow now to make sure all of you make it out of this safely I stake my life on it, now Maxwell please go."

The two men share a silent nod before Maxwell and his Spinda rush off back to the village.

Kanbei watches Maxwell leave for a moment before he begins to motion for the group to make there way back to the castle, however some shouting can soon be heard from the other side of the courtyard, Kanbei frowns perplexed before before it is quickly made apparent who is shouting. Three of Palette's militia come charging toward the group three of them in total one with a Raticate one with a Staravia, and one with a Munchlax "Sir Kanbei, Sir Kanbei...we returned as soon as he heard the explosives." The female leader says heavily panting as she removes her helmet revealing her shoulder length brown hair she looked to be a slightly older more experienced warrior as her Staravia perches on her shoulder as she stops "W-we must of ran a mile to get here."

Kanbei quickly holds up his right hand "One thing first, I need to make sure your not imposters..." He begins to look over them for a moment watching them closely.

She looks at him with a confused expression "S-sir, I don't understand you told us to head to the Palette/Wattray border to search for bandits."

"No, that was a imposter looking to scatter our forces I-It's been a long morning...your uniforms look right, I see none of the mistakes our imposters had used...now use your Staravia to reach out to all the troops out in the field and bring them all home we may just be able to turn this around." Kanbei says gruffly.

"Y-yes sir right away!" She looks to her partner "Staravia, go find as many of our forces as you can and give them the signal to come back home." The bird pokemon quickly cries out before taking off to the skies and falls out of sight.

(Zeke and Deino take 3 poison damage, outside of battle you while poisoned you will take damage every other post until healed or you reach 1 hp.)

The next turn of battle starts as the final two foes take there place, Yuri attacks first "Murkrow, time for a Drill Peck on that Trubbish!" Murkrow once again takes to the skies diving down on Trubbish with it's beak in a corkscrew motion knocking it out in a single blow (-30 Hp).

Murkrow, Swinub, and Whismur gain 35 experience points each, Murkrow and Whismur both reach level 8.

The final foe goes to attack next "Ugg, this is a nightmare. B-but, I refuse to do down without a proper fight Nidoran use Head Smash on Murkrow!" Nidoran following it's trainer's command recklessly charges forward and savagely crashes into Murkrow with it's horn causing massive super effective damage and knocking it out (-28 Hp). However, the foe Nidoran suffers 14 damage from the recoil of the attack.

"Argh!" Yuri cries out as her partner is knocked into her arms causing her to drop to the ground "Darn it, we let our guard down.."

Ashley goes to help Yuri and her partner up "It's alright you two did great to take out so many of them." Ashley says in an attempt to help Yuri's spirits, She then looks back to Zelos "Hey, do you have anymore of the Revival Herb?"

"No, that was the only one I had." Zelos says as he stands with his arms crossed focused on the battle.

Clair's turn is next "Alright, we're going to stop you now...alright Swinub time for one last Icicle Crash!" Swinub follows it's trainer's command and rains down a barrage of icicles on the Nidoran knocking it out and ending the battle (-13 Hp).

Swinub and Whismur gain 55 experience points each.

The battle ends and the attackers quickly turn tail and retreat leaving the group to return their attention to the task at hand, Clair and Edea quickly rush to Yuri and Ashley's side to help Yuri. "Oh, Yuri I'm so sorry I wish there was something we could do for Murkrow.." Edea says in a sorrowful tone.

"I-It's alright, you should all focus on the students and making sure our Prisoner doesn't escape." Yuri says looking away clutching her unconscious partner obviously holding back tears.

Meanwhile a familiar voice is heard ringing through the nearby streets "AYE, is anyone around...Me and Heracross have come back to lend some help!"

Zelos scoffs after hearing the shouting "That fool Reyn, it's like he's trying to get himself caught..." He pauses for a moment before turning to you "Well Asmund, I think the girls can hold down this position while we go meet up with him it sounds like he's only a block away, we could use the extra hands moving the civilians and their Pokemon so they can get some treatment."

I step up, and put my hand on Cassandra's shoulder. "Cassandra I understand that you're upset, but they did their best..." I heave a hefty sigh. "Steel yourself for this. We captured one of the infiltrators, and extracted information from him. That's why I rushed back, they claim Steelfist and Wattray have fallen. There is no way to confirm this at the moment, but be prepared as we may need to retake these kingdoms." I turn to Kanbei. "This information is for you too these are not their main forces we need to prepare for a full force attack."
