Those two are in Serebii's database and Serebii never uploads unconfirmed stuff to its site, so those two moves are 100% official.

Ok, we got a lot of new stuff dropped this morning.

1: Something new: "Ultra Beasts", apperentally their power surpasses even legendaries, and multiple ones exist. To date, they are only being called by code names.

Image
UB-01: UB-01’s body is composed of a glass-like substance. However, it’s constantly changing shapes, never settling on one.

While evidence of something like a survival instinct can be observed in UB-01, no one knows whether it has a will of its own or any emotions. It’s said that, for some reason, its movements resemble those of a young girl.

2: Two new pokemon and Alolan Raticate has been revealed, and another new pokemon shown but no information given.
Image
Jangmo-o: Dragon-type Pokémon. It can have either Bulletproof or Soundproof as its Ability.

Image
Type: Null: Normal-type Pokémon. It is a Synthetic Pokémon that was constructed to synthesize the strengths of various Pokémon, making it adaptable enough to complete a mission that requires a Pokémon as strong as the Pokémon of mythology. The mask fitted to this Pokémon's head is a piece of equipment designed to control its power. It is the partner Pokémon of Team Skull's Gladion. It has the Ability Battle Armor. Possably this gen's Mewtwo?

Image
Alolan Raticate: Dark/Normal Pokémon. It can have either Gluttony or Hustle as its Ability. This regional variant lives in urban areas, leading to a higher-calorie diet than that of Raticate elsewhere, giving them tough bodies but also making them a lot fatter. They stockpile huge amounts of food in their nests and prefer fresh fruit and high-class ingredients. Alolan Raticate is the Totem Pokémon of the trial that takes place in Verdant Cavern on Melemele Island in Pokémon Moon; in Pokémon Sun, the Totem Pokémon is Gumshoos.

Image
In a Japanese live-action trailer, this pokemon was seen, but no information was given. Rumored to be the evolved form of Cutiefly.

3: The "Aether Foundation". a research group based off of an artifical island, whose goal is to care and shelter hurt pokemon.

4: A new member of Team Skull was revealed: Their "Enforcer", Gladion, who uses the pokemon Type: Null.

5: Two of Prof. Sycamore's assistants show up, and Zygarde will play a large part in their research.

6: The clocks in Sun and Moon are different. Pokemon Sun uses the time based off the 3DS, Moon is offset 12 hours.

7: In a way, Pokemon Snap's spirit returns with the Pokeviewer, which lets one take pictures of pokemon in certain areas.

And now, the trailer.

Ultra Indifference

Alolan Raticate: Dark/Normal Pokémon. It can have either Gluttony or Hustle as its Ability.
I called it, Delicate wouldn't get any worthy ability upon evolution. Crappy abilities for a crappy mon.
Also... It's incredibly...FAT, between all that innecessary bulk, that massive cheekpouch and that kinda grumpy expression it somehow reminds me of a furry version of Eric Cartman.

Image
So this is what happens in a region with no gyms... Mon get fatter...
____________
Type: Null: Normal-type Pokémon
Does...not...compute...
How can you have a pokémon called typeless and give it a friggin' type? If you gonna try to pull that stunt at least give it the ???? typing (the one the Curse move has) in order to pretend that Typeless is a matter of fact typeless.

____________

Also the Ultra Beasts... Life forms of unknown origin that threaten both human and mon at the same time? Wow... Like the Nuclear mon seen in Pokémon Uranium?
Also am I the only one who sees similiarities between that thing and the assistant of the One Piece navy's reject that pretends to be this region professor? I can't be the only one, right?

Well... Thanks for uploading all this (you kinda made me a favour there as I would have had a hard time to do it myself, due to family reasons mainly), but I'm still more interested in knowing the design and typings of both middle and final forms of the starters (this is the only region/gen where I've been UNABLE to choose one so far... Heck at this rate I'll just transfer a Sheer Force Totodile or an Iron Fist Chimchar to act as my starter) and if Game Freak will give some attention to other Gens mon via Alolan forms or if it will just give the middle finger to all gens other than 1.
And Kaijin you are the "Perentie" of this place, IMO.

Its possible Type: Null will make more sense once it gets its mask removed, since that is stated to be restricting its true powers. However, it should be noted that Curse ceased to be the ??? type back in gen 5, where it got turned to Ghost type and the ??? type hasn't returned since.

<><><>

Of the new reveals I am fascinated that they may be having canon non-pokemon monsters appearing in the main games. I never expected that to happen. And I am loving Jangmo-o's design, here's hoping its evolutions don't disappoint.

And yeah, Alolan Raticate is ugly and not in a good way, but then I wasn't expecting it to be great so no loss there for me.

Will reserve judgment on Cutiefly's likely evo until we get a better shot of it.

You're right...
I forgot about one of the most moronic changes ever made in a Pokémon game (and one of the biggest mistakes made in Gen V), Curse being Ghost makes sense for Ghost type mon, but it doesn't one lick of sense on non Ghost mon (Dark or even Steel would suit better to the non Ghost variant).

Curse was okay being on its own typing due to it being a multitype-esque move in a sense.

.P.S.:
And I am loving Jangmo-o's design, here's hoping its evolutions don't disappoint.
If Jarako is the Alolan pseudo-legendary line (as I suspect it might be) its final form at the very least will be cool looking.

I'll leave a new Japanese trailer here.

Here you go

The most noteworthy thing appearing on it is...

Image
...this fella...

...That apparently seems to be the (long lost) cousin of Yukinari Ookido (more known as Samuel Oak).

Looks to me like oak just took a vacation and got wicked tan... You go, old dude.
I'm not sure about A. Raticate... About half of Raticate's move pool is Dark, so it makes sense. On the other hand, as much as it would gain with Dark STAB, those abilities aren't too good... STAB Hustle Sucker Punch only sounds great until it misses twice in a row.

Speaking of general Pokémon stuff, Pokémon Bank is great. I'm glad I can reset my game without losing all my critters. Getting free legendaries is a nice perk, too.

Nope, it's officially revealed that it's actually his (long lost) cousin.

Nariya Ookido/Samson Oak will be his name.

What will be next? Samson's grandson, Larry Oak?

New pokemon from CoroCoro!

First we have "Rugarugan" (Japanese name), who evolves from Rockruff. Has two different evolved forms.

Rugarugan (Midday Form)

Rugarugan (Midnight Form)

And also, new Ultra Beasts were revealed. UB-02 Expansion is shown in Pokémon Sun. UB-02 Beauty is shown in Pokémon Moon. Additionally, UB-01 has ????? after its name, indicating that it might also have a subtitle that has not yet been revealed.

While I'm indifferent to Midnight form I am in love with Midday form. Its everything I wanted in a wolf pokemon! I'm pretty glad they went with such a lanky rather than bulky design, real wolves are often quite lanky in appearance (especially if they come from warmer climates), and it helps distinguish it even further from the hyena Mightyena.

I loved it even more once I noticed that Rockruff's rocky collar grows out into long black rock spines. :goodjob:

Both forms actually look like roaches.
Expansion looks like something taken straight out Terraformars and Beauty looks like the fusion between Lusamine and a cockroach.

Rockruff split evo is actually quite clever (one of the wisest moves Sun & Moon has made so far), I guess midnight form will be Rock/Dark... which is quite an awful typing to have...but oh well...
I read that the Midday form will have an attack known as AccelRock, I wonder if it will be like Rubble Rush (Fire Red Advance, a Fire Red romhack, did include a move called Rubble Rush which basically was a Rock type based Quick Attack), if that's the case it will actually be a nice asset for it to have (and hopefully for more Rock type mon, as a Rock type priority move would do wonders as Rock types usually have abysmal base speed).

Kaijin called it, Midday form gets Accel Rock, which is a new Priority Move exclusive to the Midday form. Midnight form gets Counter, and it was revealed that the two forms will be exclusive to it's respective game (Midday=Sun, Midnight=Moon.)

Idk, it doesn't make much sense to be version exclusive.

On top of the leak saying Rockruff would have a time based evolution, SM went ahead and made each game 12 hours apart with different events taking place based on time. Unless Sun is perma day and Moon is perma night, I don't see why would they make them version exclusive. I would say there was a mishap in communication somewhere in the line.
