[Heero]

Gabriel chimes in on the conversation, "Well if i can't lead a scouting party then i can at least help by leading a team to defend one of the spots where they plan to hit."

[Drack]

Asmund and Gabriel:

The others hear both of your words and all seem to nod in agreement with Asmund's assessment of the situation, so Graham then speaks up "That's a good start Sir Asmund, using your idea's on how we should be split and Sir Gabriel's desire to lead one of the teams means we should start like this..." He then flips the map over and quickly scribbles up three separate columns writing Gabriel's name in the first column, and then Ashley and Yuri's names in the second and third. He then takes a deep breath before speaking again. "With this, we can decide how to divide ourselves, not only with efficiency in mind but also who we work best with, as we have already had some time to mingle with each other and devolved bonds and...dislikes for some of our peers. I for example will be working with Sir Gabriel."

Reyn nods with his arms crossed "Alright, I think I get the idea...so next is myself, Cassandra and Edea to split up. Well, Cassandra isn't here to voice her opinion and I am not a picky person, so I'll let you decide who you want to team with Edea? You are in charge here so you should get some say in this."

Edea's face turns slightly red as Reyn turns the attention to her "T-that's a lot of pressure, our teamwork can make or break this defense...um, I haven't worked with Gabriel. Yuri and myself were a good team earlier, but I let her down and her Murkrow is hurt now." She then steps towards Ryen with sudden purpose in her movements and her nervousness disappearing "Reyn, if I team with Ashley you have to promise to look after Yuri and the rest of your team...when Murkrow was knocked out she was so sad, I don't want to see our friends or anyone else like that again because of the Empire."

Reyn remains silent for a moment, his normal calm and easy going demeanor shifts to a more serious expression. He looks to his partner Heracross and they share a silent nod before the warrior speaks "Aye, you can count on me, but your not as helpless as you think. Clair told me about how the three of you fended off an ambush from some Empire goons at the school that was quite a feat. It's clear you have good battle instincts you just need to work on your confidence, what happened to Murkrow wasn't your fault, and what's happened here today will be fixed and Palette will return to normal after we drive the Empire from here."

The room goes quiet for a moment with Kanbei surprisingly remaining silent on the matter. Edea steps back from Reyn and faintly smiles as it appears Reyn's attempt to cheer her up was successful. Graham speaks breaking the silence as he continues to write down the progress of spiting the warriors up "I'm sorry but we need to keep moving. Next from Asmund's plan was himself, Lady Clair, and Sir Victor."

Clair speaks up "Well, splitting us this way was your idea Asmund...so you should get first pick on the team you want to be a part of?"

Nate and Ivadi:

Once the battle ends you are able to hear Mia, Cassandra, and Peter working in the kitchen with the sound of a plate crashing to the ground and breaking.

"Um, I meant to do that." You both hear Mia exclaim.

Cassandra is then heard "Honestly, how do you plan on getting anything done when you won't stand still and finish something? First you were mixing berries with us, then you wanted to make your own 'special' berry blend, and now your wanting to bake them?"

Peter sighs loudly "Sticking to one project would be nice...all of your bouncing around with different ideas has really dwindled the supply of berries we have, not to mention Poffins does not have the same curing effect contrasted berry juice has."

Mia is then heard pouting "Boo, you two are no fun, fine I'll stop trying to make Poffins and help you finish the supply of Berry Juice I'll let Nate and Ivadi know." The two of you are then greeted by Mia poking her head around the doorway her face and short sandy blonde hair is covered in flour "See, they are done battling good job Ivadi...anyways we made some serveings of Berry Juice to heal up the Pokemon, and by we I mean mainly Cassandra and Peter because I've been doing, well other things..."

Cassandra then chimes in "We have been working on making Berry Juice for everyone, unfortunately due to the amount of Berries left we won't be able to help everyone in the castle...if we ration our supply we can get all of the Heir's partner Pokemon back to full power before the attack, if they recover from fainting before that."

[Creator_Drake]

"Hmm..." Cupping his chin Asmund gazed at the names written down before closing his eyes. It wasn't long before they opened again.

"Having Lady Edea and Lady Ashley together could be a hidden boon. Lady Edea could still be targeted like before, but the regular rank and file of these invaders will probably be deterred with Lady Ashley on the team. Regardless of their reasons for not wanting to harm her, this will mean any opposition Lady Ashley's team encounters will hesitate. This should make it easier to defend which ever section they are posted at." He gave a nod to himself before looking about the group.

"I'll team up with Lady Yuri and Sir Reyn; Reyn I feel I get along with the best. As for Sir Victor and Lady Clair, I'd suggest having Lady Clair team with Gabriel's group while Victor will go with Lady Ashley's group." He looked to both heirs in question.

"That doesn't mean your opinions will be ignored. What say you both? Which teams would you work with best?"

[Nexous]

When I enter the kitchen I look at the commotion. "I think well wait on the berry juice until Athena is up." I walk into the main hall with Athena in my arms to see what's going on.

Ivadi chuckled at that as Zeke smiles "thank you for the berry juice." he said as Zeke nods smiling as they go to take one

[Heero]

Gabriel nods to Graham as they begun to make teams. "Good to have you at my side Friend."

[Drack]

Asmund and Gabriel:

Clair and Victor both look at each other with Clair speaking up first "I have no objections to that how about you?"

Victor crosses his arms "It seems perfectly fine to me, I have no complaints."

Afterwards, Zelos speaks up "Well, that takes care of about half of us, though you haven't mentioned any of the rest of us so I guess I should take it upon myself to pick a side..." He then steps up to Ashley "Ashley milady, if those thugs are targeting you and Edea then I can't help but assist the two of you..."

Ashley sighs and interrupts him "Zelos I think I know where your going with this...and you can just stop I'm not in the mood for your antics."

Zelos shrugs "What, you got me wrong; this time I'm trying to be serious...sort of, anyways Lotad it quite strong being both a Water and Grass type and we have the move Giga Drain how can you argue with that kind of help. I might detest battling with Pokemon for war, but for this Empire I will make an exception."

Ashley looks to Edea and Victor for a moment before responding "Fine, you have a point you can join us if you want."

Nate:

"Um, okay bye." Mia says as you suddenly leave. You then make your way to the main hall and as you enter you see some of Palette's militia has returned, around four of them in total currently stand in the main hall, one in the center of them stands partnered with a Raticate and is giving directions to the others before he notices you and sends them all off on their missions as he then quickly approaches you.

He quickly sizes you up taking note of your outfit and partner Pokemon before speaking "The prince of Pixie right? Well, it's quite a mess we are in now, but I think we are turning it around. Maxwell found me and told me to stay here and direct any members of the royal army that wander back here after our return signal, while the rest of team Echo scout the area. Kanbei and some of the other royal kids are making battle plans in the throne room right now, however your Ralts looks out of it, thankfully the staff here in the castle have turned your rooms into an infirmary for the wounded Pokemon and people...I think I saw the Skywing heir there tending to her Murkrow.

Ivadi:

"Um, okay bye." Mia says in a puzzled tone as Nate suddenly leaves. "Hm, I guess he took the loss pretty hard."

Peter frowns as he gives you a ration of Berry Juice "I hope he shakes that off before the upcoming battle, we will need everyone at peak performance."

Cassandra speaks up as she finishes making another dose of Berry Juice "Right, though I think one of us should tell the others about this...I would of asked Nate but he took off." She then turns to you "Ivadi, I hate to ask you but can you do it? The three of us should be able to finish up this project in the meantime."

[Nexous]

I wave acknowledgement as Mia says bye to me leaving the room. Once in the main hall I watch the regrouping members of the militia disperse amongst their various missions. When the man remaining gives me a rundown I give him a quizzical look. "They are making plans with so many of the royal children missing? I'd imagine there would be at least a few who would take that as a slight myself included. However that is an issue that will be addressed latter. For now my partner takes prescience." I say as I head toward the impromptu infirmary. I stop short of leaving the room however, and get in a final word. "I would inform the royals in the kitchen were I you, as nearly a quarter are in there of they royals are in there."

[Creator_Drake]

"Hm, antics aside you make a good point Sir Zelos. Now as for the rest of the heirs..." Asmund turns to Kanbei. "Could a messenger be sent to gather the other heirs? They deserve to have a say in this plan just as we have; to make a choice for them could splinter us. I'll take responsibility for explaining the plan to lady Cassandra and get her say, since I put forward what her spot would be without her here."

[Heero]

Gabriel looks toward graham, "anyone you think would assist us?"

Ivadi nods "yes ma'am!" he said as he and zeke salutes before they head off to find the others

[Drack]

Asmund:

Kanbei nods at your suggestion "Yes, that is more than fair...would any of you volunteer to rally the others?"

Olivia Lee from Laval chimes in "I can, I don't feel like I can contribute much to this discussion anyways."

Kanbei crosses his arms "Alright, every heir should be in the castle by now so a quick sweep should be all it takes." With that Olivia quickly goes to leave still carrying her Vulpix.

Meanwhile, Graham appears to take a break from team building to talk privately with Gabriel before they are interrupted by Clair. The Spectra heir then takes the opportunity to take the lead in tactics. He adjusts his glasses studying the current teams as his partner Litwick floats around him before speaking "Waiting for the others is indeed our best option, as it currently stands only seven of us remain to be picked, and of those seven only two of us are currently present...myself and the prince of Maiasmya, also those not yet picked are from Pixie, Psyonus, Laval, Terra, and finally Greatwood."

Gabriel:

Graham leans closer to you and speaks lowly so only you can hear him "I haven't been able to assess the strength of all of our fellow warriors, thankfully the two still present here that haven't been picked yet I have been able to study their battle capabilities: Maru the warrior from Maiasmya assisted us earlier in battle today and has shown to be quite skilled, as well his Spinarak which is both a Bug and Poison type and knows the move Megahorn which usually only the strongest of Bug type Pokemon posses. Also, there is the the warrior form Spectra...I think he said his name was Aidan, his partner Litwick has shown to be quite powerful being both a Ghost and Fire type, and also having access to the move Heat Wave which is capable to hitting multiple foes at once."

As Graham pauses for a moment to think further your fellow teammate Clair Owen from Snowspire steps up interrupting your conversation "Hey fellow partners, are you discussing strategy secretly...I hope you don't plan on leaving the rest of our team in the dark."

Nate:

You make your way to the make shift infirmary, as you stand at the end of the hall you can see various members of the castle staff moving from room to room to help the wounded, you make your way to your room before one of the staff stops to help you "Alright, your Ralts is hurt, take it to a bed and will start treatment it as soon as we can." Scanning the rooms you see your previous room hasn't been occupied yet, as you let Athena rest you can hear the familiar voice of Yuri talking in an adjacent room.

"So, Murkrow will be alright? Thank you, for all your help...I should stay at my partners side until he recovers, but I feel that the others might need my help. I-I don't know what to do..." She says in a saddened tone as it seems the events of today are starting to overwhelm the Skywing warrior.

Ivadi:

You make your way though the hallway and make it into the main hall, as you enter you see Olivia and her Vulpix chatting with a Palette warrior and his Raticate, as they see you they approach you and Olivia speaks "Good to see you and Ralts are still doing well Ivadi, Kanbei and some of the others wanted me to tell everyone still wandering around the castle to come to the throne room as the defense plans are coming together...I wasn't really following along, but I think they want to split us heirs up into teams to defend weak points."

[Creator_Drake]

Asmund nods while placing his hands on the pummel of his war hammer.

"Hmm, taking this time also gives us a slight recess in the discussion. I did mean to include both the Laval heir and yourself in the initial planning, Sir Aidan, however, I have not taken the time to train with either of you so I don't know either of your strengths. Hopefully that can rectified with a few training sessions at a time when things are a bit calmer, yes?" Asmund looked to Aidan, giving a slight smile before turning serious again. "Speaking of strength, looking at the current lists where do you feel your strength can be utilized best?"

[Nexous]

(Sorry if my character seems bipolar i forget my plans between the posts, and sometimes forget to re-read what I had said.)
After seeing that Athena is taken care of I hear a voice from the next room. I walk over, and knock on the door. "Yuri right? Are you doing alright!" I ask in a concerned tone.

"i see we'll head there immediately." Ivadi said as they headed there

[Heero]

Gabriel nods as Graham explains some of the other heirs skills and battle prowess as clair come up to the two of them, "Graham was meerly telling me about the verying skills of our fellow heirs. we believe Maru and Aiden would be beneficial to our defensive post. if you like to join us i wouldn't object to it. and i wouldn't think to abandon my fellow warriors until we have made the best strategy that we can make."

[Drack]

Asmund:

Aidan crosses his arms as you ask him where he would fit best. "Well, Litwick is both a Ghost and Fire type something all three teams currently lack, and also we know the move Heat Wave which is capable to hitting multiple foes at once...something I imagine that would be quite desired given our current situation. I also haven't had the time to really mingle with most of the others, I stayed in my room most of the time until earlier when the intruders struck. I then teamed up with Sir Victor and Lady Mia of Terra to defend ourselves, so honestly I feel I could fit into any of the three teams."

Hearing the conversation between you and Aidan, the heir of Maiasmya speaks up "Um, I guess I should tell everyone what good Spinarak and myself can do...by the way if you didn't know my name is Maru. Spinarak is a Bug and Poison type, and we know the move Megahorn a really strong bug type move, and I've had practice with Gabriel and most of his team so I guess we would do the best with them."

Reyn looks impressed as Maru states Spinarak's capabilities "Not bad, Megahorn is one of the strongest Bug type moves around, with that kind of power you could easily hold you own against these thugs."

At that time the heir of Psyonus Ivadi, and his partner Ralts enter the throne room, once he enters Kanbei cheerfully invites him to join the group. "Good to you you prince of Psyonus, join us as we are making plans to drive away the invaders."

Once he joins the group Zelos gives the prince a quick run down of everything so far. "Alright, I suppose we should give you a run down of what we know...don't worry I'll give you the short version. It seems our foes plan all along was to weaken us for a strike later at sundown, the explosion we all heard earlier was them creating weak-points in Palette's defenses so they can rush in and swarm us at all sides, but since we asked this fellow nicely he told us all about it, so when they come to attack us royal folk are going to split up and defend the weak point so Kanbei and his army can fend them off...Did I miss anything Asumund?" He says turning to you.


Gabriel:

"Hmm, Maru and Aiden...well I haven't been properly introduced to either of them so I cannot say anything for their skills, but I have already been drafted to you team while you were busy, so if our fearless leader thinks they would suit our team then I cannot object to that." Clair says in a joking tone.

Graham frowns "Uh, sorry I suppose we should of been paying attention to what everyone else was doing as well as our own plans."

Clair shrugs "Eh, it's alright as long as I get to battle some of those so called Empire goons...they have caused more than enough trouble."

At that time the heir of Psyonus Ivadi, and his partner Ralts enter the throne room, once he enters Kanbei cheerfully invites him to join the group. "Good to you you prince of Psyonus, join us as we are making plans to drive away the invaders."


Ivadi:

You quickly enter the large throne room, and most of the others are gathered around a large table talking among themselves, along with the heirs stands Kanbei and his Slacking when he notices you he calls over to you "Good to you you prince of Psyonus, join us as we are making plans to drive away the invaders." Sitting next to Kanbei appears to be one of the insurgents as he looks down meekly at the table.

Once you gather with the others the Ladoga heir speaks up greeting you with his partner Lotad perched on his shoulder "Alright, I suppose we should give you a run down of what we know...don't worry I'll give you the short version. Nate:

After you knock you here someone shuffling to the door and answering "N-nate, is that you?" The door quickly opens and you are greeted by Yuri who is quickly wiping her eyes "I wasn't expecting to see you here...is your partner hurt also?"

Inside a male staff member is tending to her unconscious partner Murkrow along side an Audino, when he notices you he quickly gets up to his feet and bows "Um, Lady Yuri I have done the best I can for your Murkrow...a little rest and it should be back in good shape."

She quickly turns her attention back to him "Thank you, I appreciate the help...I imagine there are others who need your help so I can tend to my friend from here." With that the the man and his partner quickly leave the room to go help more wounded leaving you and Yuri alone.

Ivadi nods "i see it sounds like things will start to pick up." Iva siad as they listen in with zeke on his shoulder

Asmund was impressed like the others when he heard the strengths of Spinarak and Litwick, nodding to both heirs. Before he could comment the Prince of Psyonis entered along with his Ralts. Zelos surprized Asmund a tad when he took the initiative to explain the current plan to Ivadi, though he hid it well. He shook his head slightly when Zelos asked if anything was missed.

"Not really Sir Zelos, you explained it short and concise my friend." He turned to Ivadi. "The plan we've conceived like Zelos mentioned is to split up all 18 heirs into 3 teams, one team for each weak point in the wall. Each is being led by Lady Ashley, Lady Yuri and Sir Gabriel respectfully and the current rosters have been written in this list." He gestured to the list on the parchment for Ivadi to look over.

"Sir Aidan and Sir Maru just finished detailing where their partners strengths would be best used. II extend the same question to you, where do you think Ralts' strength can best be used, and if there is anyone among the heirs you get along with well. Speaking of..." He turned to Maru.

"Sir Maru, if you feel that Sir Gabriel's team is your best fit then we'll write it down. No doubt they will glad to have your strength amongst them." With a slight smile Asmund gave Maru a nod. He turned to Aidan.

"The same we would send to you Sir Aidan, I for one would be glad to have your aid in this upcoming battle and your friendship once all is said and done." With a confident and sincere smile Asmund holds out his hand for Aidan to shake.

[Nexous]

I nod silently as Yuri asks me if my partner is hurt. I wait for the man tending to her partner to leave before I finally speak assessing the whole situation. " I'm sorry..." I mutter softly avoiding her gaze at first. I then try to look directly into her eyes. "I'm sorry. I have been acting foolishly. I put myself, and another prince at risk when I took off. Furthermore had I stayed I may have been able to heal your partner preventing this situation from happening, then to top all that off I continued to battle with such a dire situation going on. I let my pride get in the way, and refused to use my ability to heal my partner, and let her get hurt." I pause for a second not really giving her time to respond. "However for now this must wait. The others are forming plans, and teams. We probably aught to join them."
(Nevermind wasn't confused after all)
