Kenkou has helped out the creator of the game so it would be safe to say that Kenkou drew her. After all, Kenkou drew Alice for this project.

you know this got me thinking, it was established in MGQ2 that slime could only live in aquatic places, yet this one is found in what looks like a fairly dry forest, could this be a subtype of eru-slime?
