Hainuwele: "Enemy spotted..." She looked at Lord Shadow, reacting, she disappeared, only to reappeare as her talons grabbed his shoulders "Incapacitate..." She flung Lord Shadow towards a wall

Alma Elma: "Damn...this is annoying..." She tried to flee, but then she was stopped by Hainuwele who got in the way

Allen: "Alma, get behind me!" I said as I moved in front "I'll take care of this bird thing..." I look at Lord shadow "You okay?"

once again Henry's surroundings change. this time he is on a Treadmill and right in front of him was a hanging punching bag. the rear of the treadmill was attached to a gear and it moved a engine connected to a luxurious massage chair and back to the treadmill's 'floor'.
Seth sits down on the chair and with a simple energized finger snap of Jean's. first slow and getting faster and faster.
"Henry, your task is simple. run and when you hear the 'ding' you'll have to hit the punching bag, if you don't...well, let's keep it as a suprise. the dings will happen faster over time until they reach the rate of four ounches per second!.(10000 GIGAWATZ through your veins if you fail a ding! and even after that you'll have only six seconds to resume before the next ding!)
as the machine stopped accelerating a vibrating sound is heard. it seems that the massage chair has started and Seth's enjoying it. a few seconds after the chair's turnning on a gentle DING can be heard

Henry: "what now?" he said as he looked around his surroundings and saw a gear attached to a massage chair in which Seth was sitting on,and in front of him was a punching bag,After hearing Jean say what he had to do he looked at him and said "...I hate you..." then he turned to the punching bag and focused "for this i think should use my power to hit it quickly but also have impact on it...alright" he thought to himself as he focused and chanelled darkness to both his arm for impact and his feet for the speed he needed to reach it in time, when he heard the Ding he quickly dashed at the punching bag his aura unleashed a bit when he hit it making a shockwave around him,after that his aura turned red but then quickly went back to normal "what the-?" he said in surprise at the sudden change of color,so surprise he heard another ding but didn't react fast enough to punch the bag
"ummm...AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH" he said as he got electrocuted,"grrrrrr" while struggling to keep himself on his feet after the shock "damn" he said as he quickly stood up almost like he was ignoring the pain even though he was still feeling it, and when he heard the next ding he didn't waste time and reacted and punched the bag again with more force than before,he kept doing it failing a couple of times but also getting it right most of the time

@Ace-Getting up slowly the man of darkness gave a fierce glare towards Hainuwele, making a note to hurt her for that. "Yeah . . . just feel like someone threw me at a wall." Lord Shadow spoke righting himself as he looked around for something to distract or even annoy the freaky bird. "Say Miss Hainuwele why bother with Alma? Surely revenge would be beyond a being like you. Someone who has strength and brains to boot." Lord Shadow spoke distractingly moving to circle her and plan ahead just in case.

Hainuwele: "Persistant..." She rose up and flapped her wings, she swung her right wing as a tornado shot out from the side of her wing

Allen: "Wow...she is a wind user..." I said as I got out of the way

Xicor: "Great...Wind...my cripple..." He said as he jumped up to dodge it, carrying Sula while doing so

After three hours of running, Jean notice Henry's energy is reaching a controlable level and stops everything. Henry gently floats on air as he calms and slowdown while Seth rises at full strenght
"ok! I think it's time for us to teach you some attacks, but first, could you lend me your sword for a moment?"
Jean takes Merculius in his hands lets his aura flow through it and slices Henry in two. A small explosion smoke rises and in front of the Archons there are TWO Henrys. The only difference between them was the energy they emane, while the first seemed like a normal person, the other seemed to be Pure and solid energy with the shape of him.

As Jean and one of the Henrys leave Seth stares at the one in front of him

they walk a few steps away from the middle of the ring and Seth catches some of Jean's speach and worries a bit, then turns to the spiritual Henry

Seth's aura spills from his body and forms a circle around them with a single symbol in it, the rune of darkness
"I'm Seth Sutekh, Anubis, Kuk, Gasueko, Gaunab Kohl, The Archon of Darkness and your teacher of darkness control"
Hellund, the chimera, walks out of Seth's aura and sits next to him
"I'm Hellund, familiar of master Seth and will also teacher you in some of the darkness beasts fighting styles"
Seth stands more formal and it's energy gives off a need to kneel before him or at least pay him respect in any form possible

Hot-Waiting a few hours and listening near the door Tsuru had managed to detract most people from coming in like Freya or the ninja Momo but it was hard to keep a straight face when you heard Hisui's crooning from the other side. "Man . . . when will they be done?" Tsuru

"Just about, been in there for two hours and Hisui seems to be enjoying this more then I thought she would." Tsuru

@Ace-"So I was right. Wind as well and can counter Alma since she is more of a close range fighter than long range." Lord Shadow spoke looking at Hainuwele with a calculating eye for any weak points. "Miss Alma how did you defeat Hainuwele here if you said you 'removed her'." Lord Shadow knew any option or advantage was needed if two of the four fighters couldn't do anything to get an edge over the harpy.

after hearing what Jean says "so i guess while my spirit form trains with Seth,my physical self will train with Jean....i have a bad feeling" said his physical form sighing depressed,"hey training with Seth might be more rough than training with jean....oh what the hell am i saying?" his spirit form said to the physical one

Hainuwele: "Ha...you can try...but your just so slow compared to me..." She said before flying upwards to gain altitude, then dropping down as she flapped her wings downwards, moving so fast that she cut Xicor's right arm in a mere split milisecond

Lord Shadow spoke seeing that a surprise attack was the only hope to taking down something that has the advantage and got first strike over Xicor. "You sure you don't need help Xicor?" Lord Shadow said staying a good distance to let the counterpart to Allen fight uninterrupted.

She said "Fine...I guess I do have to fight seriosly now..." Her wings expanded as mini turbo jets are seen hidden in the feathers of her wings, she disappeared the next moment and attacked Xicor, slicing his left waist

Xicor: "Gah!" He held his wound as he got a thick cut, blood started to flow out

Alma Elma: "What!? That's new! I never seen her able to do that before..." She said

Allen: "Incredible...to match Xicor in speed..."

"Aw how cute, he knows about your tendencies. Did she try to assert herself as leader over everything?" Mari looked to Nemo for answers seeing that Hisui would be too embarassed to give a definite answer most likely.

Scott smiled "Well I never really disliked fish, so I'm willing to give it a try." Whenever Tyson and Scott were back in Folsence, every other week, Tyson got Scott to try a new fish dish, some where good with him, some were misses, all in all, he had a mixed opinion about fish as food.

@Hot-"Someone avoided the tail! That's a first, your telling us how you managed it!" Mari requested enthusiastically, surprised that Hisui was triumphed not once, not twice, but three times!

"That is surprising but I think we'll grab a bite and learn how Nemo did what later." Tsuru spoke focusing on the kitchen objective for the group's sake.
