hotheadOutside the room, all sorts of commotion can be heard. Sinead peeks her head up*

Sinead: oh my...it seems we have a bit of trouble on our hands.

*the doorknob jingles, but it is locked, so someone knocks on the door. its one of the guards*

Guard: Lady Sinead, we need to speak with you.

Sinead: oh! um...*blushing* can you just give me a moment, the room is a mess, it will only be a minute*

Guard:well, hurry up, its urgent.

*she starts putting on her clothes again, and signals you to do the same*

Marthy wondered what was up with the guards and what kind of trouble has happened as he put on all his clothes, he cleaned his glasses before putting them on as he waits for SInead to dress up, when they were both dressed, Marthy opened the office for the guards and then walked next to Sinead "Is something the matter for such an urgent tone?" He asked

Hothead: Guard: Lady Sinead, Marthy. the Incubus called Sai, and the woman who follow him. both have escaped.

Sinead: what! that's outrageous. how did he pull of such a feat!

Guard: apparently he talked our little harpy into helping him, out, and he busted through the door. 7 of our guards are dead, and 3 more lay dying, they probably wouldn't survive the night.

Sinead: that's terrible. he needs to be stopped soon.

Guard: very well. you and Marthy should report soon to the king, hes calling all of the royal Alchemists in the kingdom to met with him.

Sinead: i will be their shortly.

Marthy sighed, he had hoped Sai wouldn't ake too much of a scene with his escape, but he was wrong, he then turned to Sinead "Nisa might be steaming mad about this, well we best not keep him waiting." Marthy spoke as he adjusted his gloves.

[Oersted]

After he read the note that told him to head to the Tara Rath Castle he spoke to himself in a low voice "How convenient, I was already heading there." he then quickened his pace and after a few minutes he finally reached his destination, now standing at the gate he sighed, while having the king wanting to meet with him is often a good opportunity he didnt like having to act all polite and stuff...

He then heads to the throne room to meet with the king, once there he bows to the king before saying "You have called and now I am here, how may I help you, your majesty?"
(OOC:Sorry for the delay, did not have much chance to use the comp today... )

Hothead: Sinead: Right. *she finishes filing the paperwork and puts it in a folder. the 2 of you starts walking to the room, were your greated by other royals. right now you all wait outside, as the king is talking with someone else in the throne room*

Oersted:*Nisa looks over you and gives a cocky smirk*

Nisa: well, your quite the able hunter aren't you. one of the best in the land. i have a job for you. ill pay you triple the reward...if you can bring me Sai Ake Alive. he stormed out of the castle not too long ago, so he shouldn't be too far away. now, go, and do the deed.

*he sits in his throne*

Nisa: oh...1 other thing. you either bring Sai to me, or i make sure you'll feel my wrath. ill hit you were it will get you the hardest. good luck.

Marthy smiles and waves to the other Royal Alchemists as he waited with Sinead "I wonder who he's talking to." He spoke to Sinead quietly.

[Oersted]

Ryoma listens attentively to Nisa's words, triple the amount...with that much he could probably go back home to his family and not have to worry about money anymore..."It shall be done, now if you'll excuse me..." after saying these words he bowed again and then hears the king's threat of what would happen should he fails to bring back Sai Ake to him, to which he replied "...Duly noted." and then left the throne room as he left he noticed a few people were waiting, one of them he recognized as the young man who approached Sai Ake earlier, he stared at him for a moment before continuing on his way.

Hothead:*sineas look at the man who just exited, and stares with curiousity*

Sinead: hm...who do you think he was.

*the royals starts shuffling in the room*

Sinead: oh, looks like theirs no time to explain. lets go.

*everyone is lined up orderly and neary. it appears to be a sea of orange as everyone wears the uniforms of the royal alchemists. around you you see many , some of which are good friends, others friendly rivals. a few a veteran alchemists,including yourself, having passed the exams multiple times while others are fairly new having only being in the service for a few months. still, when it comes to alchemy, these are the best of the best.*

*Nisa signals to Sinead, and she walks up and hands him some paperwork. he looks it over silently, occasionally mumbling to himself for clarity*

Nisa: good...so you all are preforming you duties well. i have no doubt in my mind that you all are the best of the best. every one of you has bee ngiven a task. you'll receive the transcripts as they are passed around.

*guards come by and pass out scrolls. the other alchemists begin reading theirs*

Nisa: inside, you will find vital information on our target. he is an enemy of the kingdom....no...of ALL human kind. This is the Blue Eyed Incubus, Sai. hes proven himself dangerous on multiple occasions, and pure evil. your mission is to find him, and relay his location to me so that my bounty hunter can find both of you, and apprehend him. find him without confrontation. Sai is much more powerful a Fomor than anything you have faced in the shadow realm so far. He even give me, a demi-god, a run for my money. With this being said, you are all off, find him, and let me know were he is.

*everyone starts shuffling out, Nisa point at you*

Nisa: you stay here. same with you Sinead

Marthy sighs as he waited with Sinead until they were alone with Nisa, he wondered if Nisa thinks he had anything to do with Sai's escape, however, unknown to him, he had absolutely no connection to Sai's escape, the seal spell he placed on Sai was an actual seal spell that could only last for half an hour because it was based on the quick, and therefore poor preparation of the spell and his Mana Pool. even still he would have thought that Nisa would at least taken extra precaution in order to keep "The Enemy of All humankind" in custody. but he decided to keep these points quiet and save it for when he brings it up.

Hothead: Sinead: what is it my lord?

Nisa: well, you see. 1st things 1st i must apologize. I've been stressed laity, and its caused me to do some...irrational things well say. lets just put that behind us and look to the future OK.

Sinead: well, thank you. is their anything else.

Nisa: yes, actually. as for the Mission. Marthy, you seem to have a knack for finding Sai, and you seem to be on good terms with him, however that managed to happen. if your the one who locates him, and tells me were he is...ill pay you 2x the reward for his capture. you and Sinead can retire, and never have to worry about the dangers of being royal alchemists again. of course, you can do whatever it is you want with the money too, and your always welcome to the castle.

Sinead: wow...Marthy. you think you'll do it.

"Hmm, please give me a minute, that is a rather tempting offer you have proposed there." Marthy asked as he thought this through Sai is now one of his friends and he doesn't want to betray him, however, the money was a very tempting way for him and Sinead to live a comfortable Life together. the offer was too good to pass up, but he won't be the ones to capture Sai if at all "I think I'll take you up on that offer Nisa, if It's just for the sighting of him, fighting one I just called friend would not help me fight to the best of my abilities." This was true for him, his compassion could never let him hate someone he befriended

Hothead:Sinead: wow...Thank you Nisa.

Nisa: yes, now go. its evening, and Sai probably has not traveled to far from the castle. id check the wood if i were you

Sinead: alright, lets go.

*the 2 of you go to her office.*

Sinead: Marthy. i do have a bad feeling about this. the mission sound fair but...Sai was a general. i think he'd recognize if someone was spying on him. If in the case you have to defend yourself, use this.

* she reaches under her draw and pulls out a cylinder. it appears to be made out of crystal. she puts it in your hand and wraps your fingers around it*

Sinead: it may not seem that way, but I'm actually quite proficient at production alchemy myself. that's a crystal Cylinder, an invention i made. it amplifies all alchemy 50x its normal power with no side effects. its the only one in the world though, and i made it, so be very careful.

*she gets to her tiptoes and kisses you* be safe Marthy.

Marthy smiles as he graciously receives the Crystal Cylinder and hugs Sinead "Thank you very much Sinead, but I don't think Sai is my only problem, When the Bounty Hunter left, he looked right at me, almost like he recognized me from somewhere, if that's the case, he might follow me to get to Sai. if that's the case, I might give him a run for his money" He winked at Sinead before he bows "I will be safe Sinead, see you later." he finished as he kissed Sinead and left.

He got on Tonitrui and flied in the skies "So what's the mission this time Master?" Marthy replied in an almost sing song voice "Second verse same as the first, only we are only to report the sighting, not actual combat." Toni sighed "It might be hard to track him, also I didn't like the look that Bounty Hunter gave you, we should watch out for him." Marthy nods "Yeah, but he seems like he has his reasons, so I'll try to steer clear of fighting him for now." "Hey Master, what's that Cylinder on your arm? it doesn't look like anything I've seen on the stores." Marthy smiles "It was a gift from Sinead, alright, let head for the woods." Marthy spoke as they flew to the woods for a landing as he looks around for any signs for Sai and being careful of any bandits that might be here.

Hothead: *smoke billows from one of the spots in the trees, upon closer examination, you see 3 figures. 1 is obviously sai because of the large wings on his back*

Marthy is very careful not to be spotted as he gets just close enough to spy on them, even going far as using aura spells on himself to make him seem invisible to the group so that not Sai or Saiyo would notice him as long as his Mana pool was kept up, while Toni stays very far behind for quick rescues, as he gets close, he sees Sai and Saiyo there by the campfire, and a harpy? ["A Harpy? wait she looks familiar, after a few moments, he remembers that she was the Harpy who was locked up in the castle prison, he remembers sharing his Dinner every full moon nights with her, after being heavily robed of course and not uttering a word. since all he was after was Sai and Saiyo, he decided to spare her, but now was too early to send the owl, he would have to wait and learn of their next destination so that Nisa's troops would intercept them.

Hothead:Sai: hm...interesting. hey, um. Noniphie...stay here for a second. *i shake Sayio, waking her up*

Sayio: mmm...ah, master, what is it.

* i whisper something to her, and she nods. She stands and charges an icebolt, launching it at your direction. it hits you dead in the chest, though the damage is minimal. i stand in front of her*

You can come out now Paladin, i senses your Light erg. show yourself before i find you. and don't think about running away. im faster than any damned human.

Marthy chuckles, he had forgotten to suppress his Erg, however, an alchemist never goes out into danger unprepared, he quickly got a Wings of the Goddess Ready as he showed himself to Sai with a smile "Why Hello Sai, nice to catch up to you like this." He spoke with a calm demeanor

[Feathers]

Noniphie still laid sitting on the ground after Sayio had set her down, and had not said a word since her release. The recent calamity of the prison break out had weighed heavily on her mind. She sat staring hypnotically at the campfire and was filled with many emotions, especially guilt. The harpy then realized Sai had begun speaking to her. Noniphie was afraid to look at his glowing blue eyes with confidence, knowing any words could mean the end of her own life. She continued staring into the fire and hunched herself down with her wings together in front of her chest, and spoke in a low, fearful tone. "L-Lord Sai..all those people that you had to hurt, they will never smile again, and they will never see their families. It's just like what happened to me."

The harpy explained to Sai that she was an outcast for being a Fomorian trapped in human territory. She was bullied and terrorized for being a harpy from a young age. The young harpy then started to further explain to Sai the circumstances of her life. "I-I..never had a place to belong, until I was taken in by a caravan of Gyspy humans, that's what they called themselves..they cared for me like I was their own daughter. They taught me all I know today." Noniphie then raised her head and looked into Sai's bright blue eyes with her own now tear filled eyes."I did not even know how to speak properly until I was 10 years old, because most humans only would pluck out my feathers or hurt me." She started to cry quietly and could now barely hold her voice together. "I-I-I..never knew the colors of my own feathers for most of my younger life, I...really can't bear to reflect anymore but..."

The emotional Noniphie then let out a deep sigh and wiped the tears from her eyes with the middle of her left wing. She then looked at Sai with a puzzled face. "Why would other humans murder their own kind, just because they took care of me? My entire caravan was destroyed, even my mom and dad...well they would let me call them that, you see." The distressed harpy let out a fairly loud cry and shook her head. "Oh Mom and Dad, I'm so sorry I couldn't do anything!" The obviously mentally strained harpy then stared at Sai with a grief stricken expression. "Lord Sai, is peace impossible to find? It doesn't make sense why no one wants peace!" Noniphie then stood up, and wobbly hopped towards Sai with her wings half opened, as if she wanted to approach him and cry on his shoulder.
