Maybe because people think that all undead can't show emotions or something of that nature.

It's already established that Demonic energy and spiritual energy is no different. They just call it that to refer to the spiritual energy monster girls produce. They are essentially the same, except it needs to be recharge.
Also, doctors legally aren't allowed to have sex with their patiences. I believe that would even apply to this world.
If anything, they would ask them to give a sample to exam when it's possible for a patient. And remember, it DOESN'T require a person's "love juices" to share spiritual energy.. The spiritual energy facts are all written even on the classic canon.
Also, please try to show more tact in the future. Other people really like this setting so being rude would only upset others.
