Well, after Lily's defeated, the Worm Villagers revert to normal... sort of. At random times, their mutations return, but the villagers afflicted retain their sanity and reason, so you could have a loving Worm Villager who'll stop after a while.

Yeah the worm villager is pretty nice, once Lily's defeated. Honestly, kicking the tar out of Lily was sooooo much fun because you see a side of Luka you haven't really seen before, and the talk with worm villager after Lily is defeated is nice too.

I like to think that goes for all the female villagers; they, at random times, transform into the various monsters Lily made them into, and the husbands of these villagers are treated to amazing love making without the bad results, even the Suck Vore and the Iron Maiden.
