@Flare: Yes, it's an open-mouth smile and I'll get to that after I get a response from Feathers regarding his bird.

@Blake: Hmm, perhaps I should work on drawing a few more characters and layer them behind each other. For example, I almost would've put Tibarn instead of Tsar (As a throwback).

Thank you all for your two cents. That in mind, I'm declaring this image incomplete, as well as the fact my paper only has so much space to fill in characters. Characters such as Blake, Rezeed, Sev, Chaos, Patch, Jin, Helios and Dogkama are others I intend to depict for this as well. Though I'm not sure what Helios and Chaos would look like. (I know Rez is his palette avatar, Blake looks like his avatar at the front of this page, Sev is a sniper, Patch is basically Patchouli Knowledge with tentacles, Jin is a treasure chest and Dog is a Lupine wolf.)

Despite some small white spots found on the lineart (this seems to be an
issue of the instrument you use to trace it though), the image looks
appealing and harmonious in the choice of colours, as Flare´s hair and
"legs" complement Pierce´s T-shirt, which at the same time look well
with Tzar´s "grounded" and sober palettes.

He´s like the harpy-folk´s equivalent of the Catholic Holy Spirit. The figure
of the Peace Dove, or more specifically, the Caladroius bird watching over
his friends would look quite fitting.

Alright, I'll go over how exactly I do my artwork.

Pencil on a blank sheet of printing paper. then erase bad proportions and redraw the line. (I abandoned using a pen for it's harder to correct prior to a scan, despite being able to erase on photoshop)

Thanks to one simple tutorial I watched on youtube, managed to keep the lineart black and somewhat thick as opposed to the bad grey that a number of my pictures were plagued with.

(The werewolf remake gave me a sense of realization regarding my errors, and I remade this pic specifically because I managed to make you laugh in ".com")

Sometimes I notice the heads are drawn too big, so I would shrink it a bit with the free form tool.

Next, the paint bucket tool. I would simply dump my closest matching colours in there, and decrease tolerance if it bleeds outside its intended spot.

The white spots you've noticed in my drawings.... Yup, probably when I didn't increase the paint fill's tolerance to seep into said spots.
I only shade when I'm in the mood. Also I don't use layers at all, although it gives off a cleaner look, I'll admit laziness on my part in favour of a more speedier comical approach.

Also, you really should paint colours on separate layers to line art, then you will never have the problem with white bits around the line art.
