We Are OPEN!!

[Tsar CUBE]

The dark visage of Tsar rises from his throne again as it approaches the podium overlooking the massive city below. A very scantly clad Succubus approaches him from behind and hands him a demonic looking microphone before promptly retreating into the shadows behind his throne. With a swish of his dark grey cloak, the God turns to address the city in a booming voice.

"Citizens of The Monster Multiverse, I would like to thank you all for your help during the development of this world, it couldn't have been done without your hard work, efforts and dedication" announces Tsar and his voice carries all across the city and to the lands beyond.

"We still have much to do to make these lands flourish with life and activity, but the foundations have been laid and the infrastructure has been built to accommodate for an expanding Empire" goes on Tsar as he spreads his arms to indicate everything that has been built already.

"Thus, I believe we are ready to open our world and our trans-dimensional gates to all who wish to visit our universe" declares Tsar before his eyes begin to glow with dark energy. Small quakes can be felt as massive stone arches leading to the outer universes rise out from underground and spark into life with various mind bending vortexes at their cores.

"I here by declare our universe, The Monster Multiverse, OPEN!!!!" booms the voice of the Dark God as the world erupts in celebrations.

Flower petals of various colours rain on the city from above the clouds, scattered by various Angels and Harpies. The windows of houses fly open as gorgeous monster girls and other denizens begin throwing, flowers, confetti and ribbons out into the street. Parades begin on most of the streets while in others exquisite banquets break out with music, dancing, food and drinks. Magic fire works fire off around the city walls as celebrations take on a full swing. Various monster girls clad only in ribbons run through the streets handing out Valentine's chocolate to everyone... occasionally dragging a guy they like into a building or an alley for a more "private" gift.

Tsar himself stands up above the city in his podium, continuing to overlook the city. The Succubus from before enters behind him, clad in only a red ribbon on her chest in a big bow.

"Valentine's day was a good choice for the opening ceremony dear" she said seductively and extended a large heart shaped box of chocolates to the Dark God.

Tsar smirked as he accepted the chocolate before the Succubus led him away from sight back into the dark obsidian citadel to rejoin his other wives for a more private celebration.

Hells yeah! Time to get some champagne out for all!
