Kurotsuki Shime (黑月 死目)

Born in Kurotsuki clan of assassins and trained for specially killing the "abnormal" living beings. As a child his eyes was surgically and magically modified for the concept of "If I can't see abnormal things, then it won't happen in my book." Which magic and super human ability is useless against him and require to "become normal" to beat him.

However, himself is normal person despite to being trained. If one somehow get rid of his "unable to see abnormal thing" concept. That will rewire his brain and allow him become "super assassin".
