Yugioh 1000 years of Darkness 2/8

"Hmm for you i believe it would be....Math ground floor two classrooms past the infirmary...have fun with Christy tonight...and i'll be watching you." and with that he walks away. I do believe i made a good call when i made him a blue-eyes...and Damien was all bent out of shape about it...heh...well i think i can use a bit more excitement...i think i'll head down to the commons and see if there's any good duels going on.

Alex frowned slightly a the mention of Math. While it was a crucial point of Duel monsters, it was not his favorite subject. He sighed in resignation as he seemed to have little choice in the matter and nodded his farewell to Gary as Alex began to head down to the ground floor to get to Math class.

"Well don't worry about it too much Chris...even as good of a duelist as Nathan is he isn't unstoppable no one is because there is no such thing as a perfect deck, with the right level of luck, skill, and heart anyone has a chance of defeating anyone else...no matter how tough they seem."

Jordan looks up from his tray, "Muyffhenalnc aindaoih aineaeunf mmewuffapp. ainfiefaeAA weGFEFGS."

Heero looks at Jordan laughing, "Whoa slow down and swallow dude. say that again but in english."

Jordan holds up a finger as he chews, once he has swallowed, "i said your a strong duelist so duel him and if you lose then you lose...with each duel your get stronger so i'd say duel him...i mean you can't die from it haha..."

[Drack]

"Hm, no offence to anyone here who wants to silence him once and for all, but Nathan's problem seems to stem mainly from me so I think I should be the one to duel him to settle this, and if I beat him one-on-one won't have anymore excuses and he will finally have to admit the red-eyes house is just as strong as the other two houses.."

[Heero]

(i'm posting for Nexous since he can't at this time.)

I smile to show i'm friendly and that makes the male glare even harder and i accept my cards a leave. shuffling my newly aquired cards into my deck i head for the commons to find that Bastard Connor, Damn Red-eyesore he'll get what's coming to him...and more. as i walk i look at the new card i got from the Arena, And your going to help me. as i step into the commons i put the card back in the deck and stand at the edge of the hallway where i came from and scan the crowd looking for a certain Red-eyesore.

(i'll let nexous do the rest. unless he says otherwise...but i'm going to leave to dueling up to him.)

"Hey ginger bitch!" I address Conner. I challenge you to duel."

[Drack]

I turn around and see Nathan and shake my head "I see your back from the card shop...alright lets duel!" I get up and activate my duel disk

As Alex was walking off to class, he stumbled upon another set of students who looked as if they were about to engage in a duel. Alex smirked and decided that he could use a good show. Plus, it gave him a good opportunity to study their decks for future duels.

[Heero]

Heero knew this would happen so he sat back to enjoy watching Nathan get his ass handed to him.

Gary is leaning against a pillar no to far from Alex and turns to see him, then back at the action his arms folded across his chest and a amused look.

"OOOOhhhh yeah lunch and a show this is great huh guys?" Jordan asks the group and everyone around him.

I look as Nathan comes into the commons yelling at Conner, apparently he wants to duel, although I wonder why he had to insult Conner at the same time, I shrug. As I shift on my seat to better see the oncoming duel I can't help but shake my head slowly once Jordan speaks up "Yes, I'm sure this'll be entertaining, but as usual you killed my appetite, at least today I managed to eat something..." I then look to Conner "Show him that the color of your blazer means nothing!"

[Drack]

I look to everyone else nod and give them a thumbs up "Of course I'm going to give it my all like always.....I'll even let you decide who goes first Nathan so make your move!"

[Nexous]

"My move?" I glare at him my deck glows and everything becomes darker. "I'll go first, and this is a Shadow Duel!"

[Drack]

My eyes widen at Nathan's request and step back in shock but quickly recover "A-a shadow duel, is your ego that big that you have to kill one of us to prove your point!"

[Heero]

The whole school gasps in shock at the declaration by Nathan! "A Shadow duel! Here in the school?" and "OHHHHHH SHIT JUST GOT REAL!!!" Jordan say flying from his seat and knocking his tray over eyes wide in shock.

Heero's heart pounds faster, what is Nathan thinking??? he can't be that angry to kill him can he?

Gary smirks darkly and pulls out his PDA and types something then puts it back into his pocket looking on with greater interest and a gleam in his eye.

The whole school is on alert and everyone is watching.

[Nexous]

I ignore Conner's comment. "First I summon Noble Knight Gawayn in attack."

I then set two cards, and end.

Alex blinked in slight surprise but his face soon eased into a dark grin. "Well....... This should be interesting." He leans against the wall to watch the show unfold before him.

Surprising everyone Nathan calls a shadow duel, while most people's reaction is to gasp mine wasn't as visible, my usual smile and positive demeanor both disappeared as I let out an annoyed sigh "Nathan, what are you thinking, calling a shadow duel!? Honestly, if you're using that just to settle a petty feud I'm afraid you've lost all the respect I had for you."
