Salamander armor redesign concept, she is wielding both Messer and Falchion. The reason she is having more armor on is because the Human have gotten too powerful and chaotic for them to handle. They have no choice but to adopt the human armor and redesign it for themselves, thick and yet not too heavy so they can still move swiftly.

While Kenkou's design look nice, they wouldn't last very long in my world haha. No matter how strong they could be, the human there doesn't care about fair fight and they will zerg rush the salamander instead

I wasn't going into the detail, her right hand hold longer Messer while left hand wield shorter Falchion. For unexpected hit and parrying like fencer or just carving through people as quick as she can

OMG, even without the holster, it looks amazing!

Armor looks a bit strange, but that's mostly because I'm not sure of what's that vertical thing that comes down from his neck. Still, it DOES resemble a lot to the armor worn by spanish Conquistadores, and given this is an Age of Discovery story, that suits him perfectly.

I really like how you made his face look serious without looking annoyed; well done. Caius is very stern and cynical, so it would looked strange if he was smiling.

The scarf looks great, specialy the way it covers his neck, as there are many times in the story where someone(Mainly the hero in a moment of anger) grabs him by the scarf on his neck.

Well, my descriptions are always vage, so I was really worried that I hadn't been specific enough. Still, I don't quite understand what's that part of the armor that goes across his chest. It's a leather strap of sorts? Or it's part of the breastplate?

It is a leather belt that keep his lower steel plate in place.

I think his design is awesome over all, (especially his face) but he looks very short.

Here's a comparison to another guy with the same sized head (it helps to compare this way). In my experience and research on manga style drawing, guys are usually around ~5'9+ and the girls are usually ~5'3 or less, unless their character is built around her extreme height.

You seemed to have nailed the arm width, neck length, and leg widths perfectly. His torso, arms, and legs could use some more length in my opinion (to complement the male manga style). That is, unless he is supposed to be short.

Just ignore me if you don't like my feedback. I am only trying to help not hurt.

He certainly looks better than before. Still I'd like him to remain like that for now, so no need or colors or anything. It's fine as he is IMHO.
