Way back in the RP, I had someone who was using Armads, the legendary Lightning axe, but seeing as hos he is no longer here, I think you should take the weapon. The weapon rests at Kemet, the light green land that's centered around the great desert. You'll have a character coming to you shortly what will guide you there.

Alvan nodded to the little girl "Alright then." that said he started walking in the opposite direction the villagers from earlier fled to, wondering where he would end up next.

Well I don't mind having my character getting a legendary weapon, haha. Bonus points for it originally belonging to my favorite FE lord. ^^

As they walked, the night sky quickly filled the sky, the chilling winds blowing down through the silent forest

Mizune: "Hey uh Alvin...it's getting cold...do you think we can stop here for tonight...it's kinda scaring me..." Mizune asked, luckily, she couldn't have asked to stop at a better place, they were at an open area, perfect for a fire pit

The light of the day having faded away Alvan turned to Mizune when she asked if they could stay here for the night, to this he gave a quick look around the area before answering "Yes, we can and this place is seems like a nice place to set up camp, too. Just have to set up a fire and we're good." that said he searched around for some firewood and soon enough he had gotten a fire started. The camp fire taken care of he sat down "Phew, this sure was an interesting day..." then again, when he thinks about it "normal" days tend to be somewhat uncommon with him.

Mizune: "..." Mizune looked rather shy, laying next to Alvan, she simply played with her fingers and gave occasional glances at him, thinking he couldn't notice. Then she bit her upper lip before talking "Alvan...thank you very much for taking me in...not alot of people would want to have me around...as an Oomukade...our race is considered as true monsters...even amongst fellow Zipangu inhabitants...that's why I was chased off..."

???: "Well then it's a good thing he came around when he did huh?!" A sudden voice said, it was feminine, but strong. Then as she came out, she looked like an Ogre, but at the same time, she had the lower half of a Minotaur

Allen: "Hmm...all this stress is really getting to me...I'm going to go to the Great Forest to relax a bit...you think you two can hold the fort down while I go?" I asked Meilie and Mashiro

Mashiro: "Sure..." She said

Meilie: "Alright, but be careful alright?" She said to me

Allen: "Yea no problem." I said smiling before going. I flew off to the west, and eventually, I made it to the forest, with it's calm, vibrant forest, it was the perfect place to relax "Ah...much better..." as I walked around, I felt the presence of another person "Hmm?" I wondered

"Idiot..." Kalen said to Keith as he put his hand on his head and shook in disapproval.
"Idiot!? That's all you got to say!? I just blew my intestines out and that's all you have to say!? Jeez you're never going to find a girlfriend with that attitude. Or if you do have one, I bet she's really unhappy." The mercenary told Kalen in disbelief.

However, there was a concerned Nightmare that came straight for Keith, she panicked at the sight of his injury.
"Oh my god! Your gut, are you okay?!" she asked.
"Hey! Fourth Commandment of the Lord: "Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain". And don't worry about me, 'tis a flesh wound." Keith tells the Nightmare.
He then proceeded to collect his guts from the ground and stuff it back into the hole on his body and using his left hand to hold it in.

"Now that that's out of the way. Hey purple Centaur babe, do you know a way to cross the eerie purple river?" The mercenary asks the Nightmare while his big wound was still clearly bleeding profusely.

As he sat there, looking at the fire, not really paying attention to Mizune looking at him from time to time, when she spoke he turned his head to look at her and smiled, he was about to speak when he heard another voice coming from the darkness, looking in the direction of the voice he found himself puzzled by the woman's appearance, she seemed to share the features of both an ogre and a minotaur. Nevertheless her sudden arrival didn't seem to worry Alvan as he calmly spoke "And who might you be? If you don't mind me asking."

Kalen: "..." Kalen came out of hiding "So you knew I was following you...great..." Kalen said as he sighed "You don't seem normal...after all a person would be dead if they were you..." Kalen said

Nightmare: "U'm..." She said kinda dumbstruck "Your kidding right?" She said, she pointed to bridge to the right of the river "There's your way to the other side." She said

???: "Ha, I my name is Dianca kid...and you know what, I sense somethin special in yah!" Dianca said, acting all calm and happy, she pats him on his arm, and while unintentional, she patted pretty hard

Mizune: "Special? Like what?" Mizune questioned her

Dianca: "Well kid, for example, this kid here has the potential to Wield Armads!" Dianca said

"Don't worry as me and the squad we'll help you find your normal side." Tsuru spoke helping Purima in the baths.

"Learn restraint though. Your not some lesser succubus so don't go walking nude like that." Mari stood on Nemo's right while letting the towel cover her form.

@Ace-"Once again the gears are turning. Wonder what role these newcomers are going to play? Well, my group has the alliance so it might be best to watch from the side till then." Lord Shadow mused as he was told of the recent events according to his kunoichi's and onigumo. He rose from his seat before heading to a window and watching the people go by. So many under his command and yet SHADOW was going to be a little more proactive for the part he has planned in this war.

"So you knew I was following you...great..." Kalen said as he sighed "You don't seem normal...after all a person would be dead if they were you..." Kalen said.
"You damn right I am 'cause one does not simply kill Keith North." Keith replied. "It does hurt like hell though but this isn't really the first time this happened to me. One time there was this--"

The Nightmare was dumbstruck. "U'm..." she cut off Keith. "Your kidding right?". She pointed to bridge to the right of the river. "There's your way to the other side."
"Wow, thanks!" Keith said to the Nightmare. "Come on cranky grandpa, the Ja-- I mean Zipanguese staff isn't going to pick itself up." The mercenary said to Kalen.

But before marching yet again, he has some last words for the purple Centaur. "Don't haunt my dreams okay~? Or else I'll haunt yours."

Purima: "Oh...okay..." Purima said as she blushed a little "I just don't know much since my dad never cared..." She said

Nightmare: "Uh...I won't I promise..." The nightmare said, she blushed a little

Kalen: "don't bother lady...do not waste your time with him...he will simply cast you aside to die horribly..." Kalen said advising the Nightmare before following Keith "You call me terrible with girls? At least I don't threaten them..."

"Uh...I won't I promise..." The Nightmare said, blushing slightly.

As Kalen caught up with the mercenary, he relayed a few words. "You call me terrible with girls? At least I don't threaten them..."
"She was a monster. I needed to do something to keep her away." Keith tries to justify his actions. "If you've been 'followed' by a Lizardman and a Salamander, you'd understand. I had to whip up the most craziest horror story just to get the two off my back." His insides have healed by this point.

"This staff in Zipangu, what's it like?" Keith asks while the two walked. "What's preventing me from just carving up a staff and giving it to Allen?"

Kalen: "You really are simple minded are you...oh I can feel it now...whatever spirit holds the icicle spear is doomed...but anyways...that staff you refer to is no ordinary weapon. It may be foreign to you since you use such...hmm how shall I put it...cowardly weapons like fire arms, but the staff were looking for is known as Maltet, it's a spear that holds a lot of power...and fire arms I can guarantee pale in comparison to it." Kalen said, as they approached the bridge, he could see various Mamono scurrying about "As for the Monster girls going after me...well I would no need to do anything...my intimidating looks are enough to scare away most."

"Hey, firearms may be cowardly but they are convenient. Makes jobs like mine a lot easier." Keith tells Kalen about his unusable Uzis.

As they approached the bridge, both could see various Mamono scurrying about.
"As for the Monster girls going after me...well I would no need to do anything...my intimidating looks are enough to scare away most." Kalen says.
"Well lucky you then. Last time I was here, an MG jumps out every second trying to nab me. It was really frustrating like Cat Mario." Keith replies. "But everything was resolved with a gun... like it usually does.

-FLASHBACK-

"THIS. IS. MY BOOMSTICK!" Keith yells as he fires his shotgun in the air that was so loud it scared the Mamono surrounding him.

-FLASHBACK END-

"Wait if you guys know where the staff is... why didn't you retrieve it earlier?" Keith asks Kalen.

Kalen: "What's good retrieving a weapon that hasn't chosen you as it's wielder huh? For some reason, you seem compatible with Maltet...I don't know why...but were going to see if it's true...if the weapon does chose you...then you'll be in the front lines when the big battle commences...for now just be happy you get to do something..." Kalen said, but as he spoke, he felt rumbling behind him "Hmm?" He looked behind him and before he knew it, a dragon appeared, but it wasn't an ordinary dragon, it was black and had shades of purple, it had no eyes

"What's good retrieving a weapon that hasn't chosen you as it's wielder huh?" Kalen replies with a question.
"Oh come on. Just because you can't wield the weapon doesn't mean you can't get it and hide it in the basement." Keith says with confidence in his logic.
"For some reason, you seem compatible with Maltet...I don't know why...but were going to see if it's true...if the weapon does chose you...then you'll be in the front lines when the big battle commences...for now just be happy you get to do something..." Kalen informs the mercenary.
"Compatible huh?" Keith wonders. The mercenary still remembers the time he was awarded the Sange and Yasha. Upon receiving the weapons, he immediately slammed to the ground due to the weight of the weapons. While others could wield it without consequence, the Sange and Yasha absolutely rejected Keith.

"Hmm?" Kalen felt rumbling behind him and upon turning around he saw a dragon appeared, but it wasn't an ordinary dragon, it was black and had shades of purple, it had no eyes.
It looked hostile as it stared right at the two "Great..." He said annoyed.
Keith marveled at the eyeless dragon and asked Kalen "What is that?"

Alvan winced when Dianca pat him on the arm, it didn't seemed she noticed but that pat of her's was pretty painful, not saying anything about it Alvan simply rubbed the spot she patted as he listened to the exchange between the woman and Mizune. He raised an eyebrow at the mention of Armads "Armads you say? That's a...legendary weapon, is it not?" he then tilted his head to the side "Huh...How could you know I have the potential to wield such a weapon?"

Kalen: "As much as I know...I don't know what this thing is myself..." Kalen said as he changed to battle stance, taking out a pure black katana made out of black flames "Stand back Keith...if the flames even touch you, it cannot be extinguished even by water..." He warned, he then swung the flame sword to the dragon, but it then blew a dragon breath attack, but this one was different, the energy on it was different, it was a pure black haze, and when it collided with the flames, the flames dissipate "WHAT?!" Kalen said in shock "That's not possible, how?!" He saw the haze get closer "Keith move it now!" Kalen moved away from the bridge and onto the river

Dianca: "What are yah kidding me kid?! You know the legend of the weapon without knowing the weapon's wielder itself huh? I'm the same Dianca from the legend of the 7 legendary maidens." She said, hearing this, Mizune just tilted her head in curiosity

Mizune: "Eh? What's that?" She asked, Dianca simply couldn't believe what she heard, but seeing as she was a kid, she couldn't get frustrated

Dianca: "Ah...geez...you younger generation..." Then she looked at Alvan "I can sense it in your soul...the passion in your heart...it's as strong as mine, this is why Armads picks you. Though I'm just the spirit at the moment, to truly see me...you'll have to come get me. Armads resides at a small shrine in Kemet...a small patch of green land in between the north section of the great desert." She said

At Dianca's questioning Alvan shrugged "Sadly I never heard of the legend, I learned about Armads and some other legendary objects by reading some notes my mother discarded..." after that he sighed. He then listened to Dianca as she explained that Armads chose him and that the weapon was currently at a shrine in a place called Kemet, which was, according to the last time he checked a map, is about in the middle of the upper portion of the great desert...Given they were currently in Yamato it meant that they have a lot of walking to do, they'll also have to cross the sea when he thinks about it."Well, that sure gives us long travel ahead of us, we're sure to see many interesting things along the way." he chuckled a bit, it was going to the first time in a while that he actually a fixed destination, although this meant he'd have invest in buying a map...
