If I recall correctly your Erumo is a type of elemental, more specifically a
Plasma elemental, isn´t she?
If you wouldn´t mind, could you tell us what myth is she inspired from?
Or is she an original creation, or even a different take of an already knows
"entity" such as the will-o'-the-wisp?

Now onto the art:
First and most important of all: her eyes; they are wonderfully charming and lively.
Excellent job on that.
The analogous colour palette chosen was also a good decision in my opinion as it
helps to give your Erumo a more eerie and sublime appearance without cancelling
out her beauty, almost like an Aurora Borealis...
Textures are quite fine. The most commendable job can be seen in her Qipao
(that´s the name of her clothing, is it?) since you make the pattern of symbols
"flow" with the movement of the clothes rather than just "pasting" them on top
of the surface as if the latter was a wall. Well done.
Lighting and shading are fine as well. The job done in her hair effectively gives it
a commendable texture. The pinkish reflection on her skin is accurately traced
and even helps giving her more volume. Some parts of her clothing could have
received better illumination though. For instance, the energy coming out from
the girls arms are closer to her shoulder-sleeves than it is from her torso, and yet
it is the latter region which ended up bathed with the pink light while the shoulders
remain impervious to that same source of intense light. A similar thing happens
with her hair although I am being too picky here. By the way, superb rendering of
the fire.
Last but not least is the anatomy issue. She has a slender built yet far from the anorexic
level. Also, her breast size are quite in proportion with the rest of her body, although
they kind of look as if they were held by some sort of invisible push up bra (or perhaps
this is just an optical illusion due the lighting). Nice legs and peeping buttock, however
I notice a weird issue with her left hand (the right hand from our point of view).
For some reason I keep thinking that a portion of flesh on a region of her palm just
above her thumb is missing. This also gives the perception that said hand is smaller
than the other one.
One more issue I ´ve noticed can be found in Erumo´s charming face. If you check
one of her cheeks (the left one from our point of view) at the level of her lower
lip you may notice an odd edge or angle which should only be found when
two straight lines meet. Nevertheless, this specific detail will simply go unnoticed
in smaller resolutions of the image (like a portrait to be used as an avatar for example).
