Alastair scowls as he draws "Hmph, that was Covering Fire that was destroyed...I activate Ancient Gear Castle then I summon Reflect Bounder in attack mode which gives my Castle one counter and finally set one more face down, so now attack me if you dare!"

@Alastair:
"You asked for it, i set one card down and activate the spell Indomitable Gladiator Beast and use it on Darius to give him a 500 atk boost so he can attack your bounder!"

[Drack]

"I play my Trap Widespread Ruin it destroys your Gladiator Beast Octavius, so you don't have a second attack." he drops to one knee as the attack lands and his monster is destroyed

@Alastair:
Hero frowns, "just dragging this out arn't you? your destiny is to fall before me." then the voice speaks up yet again. That's it Heero..egg him on...play with his ego..make him see that destiny is a bitch. Heero doesn't react this time do to the damage he takes from reflect bounder's effect "AAAHH!"

Alastair's eyes flash with anger and his face turns red "I don't think so you might not see it now but destiny is on MY SIDE, not yours and I'll prove it!!" He draws and looks at his card and his eyes widen and he looks down "I....I end my turn."

[Heero]

@Alastair:
Heero gives Alastair a questioning looks before drawing, " i use Darius's effect since he attacked to send him back to the deck and special summon Gladiator Beast Secutor!

Next i set one card down and end my turn."

[Drack]

Alastair draws "I use the effect of Ancient Gear Castle and tribute it to summon Ancient Gear Engineer, and have it attack your Gladiator Beast Secutor!"

(...i seriously hate fucking ancient gears...)

"That's not all I use Ancient Gear Engineer's effect to destroy the face down on your left then I end.."

@Alastair:
"Tch, it was War Chariot...whatever i draw and activate MST to destroy a facedown. (i can't remember if you have any or not.) then end my turn and finish me off."

[Drack]

"All you destroyed was Level Conversion Lab...and if your so eager to lose I'll oblige you!" Alastair's confidence seems to return as he draws "I summon Ancient Gear Knight in attack mode and finish you off with both monsters attacking you directly!"

[Heero]

The dust settles and we see Heero kneeling in a small pool of blood and slight dark purple aura pulsates around him briefly before dissipating. he stands up shakily and doesn't say anything as he walks off the stage to sit with the losers. Damien gets up, "Well that was a different duel...surprisingly thrilling...until the bomb finish...but what do you expect from a Red-Eyes." he looks toward Heero as he says this and frowns as he doesn't get a rise out of him. "and with that ends the first round with the winner of Alastair the first duel of the Second round will be Chris against Kiel...Please Chris...make this a slightly better effort than your classmate Heero done." and then he sits back smirking to himself.

Even though I'm in the galaxy eyes house I'm a bit annoyed at Damien's comments towards the red eyes house. Once I'm called I stand up and look to Chris before speaking "Well, looks like its our turn, I hope you're ready."

My face-down was Gravekeeper's Spy. It's effect allows me to summon a Gravekeeper from my deck so I summon a second Spy in defense mode.
