Ignoring the obvious complaint and shot at Nintendo (Seriously Kaijin, calm yer tits man. Mac is in, be happy instead of being salty man) Mac's style of fighting seems to be a game of momentum. He gets in your face and stays there, constantly putting you on your toes and keeping you from doing anything while capitalizing on any mistake you make. Good for in your face fighting, though his air game (at least from the trailer) seems lacking and, as with momentum fighters, Mac would be in trouble if his opponent managed to break his momentum.

yeah, he is gonna be an extremely close ranged fighter, so any attacks with ranged attacks might have an advantage over him

doesn't matter, Meta knight owns any character in brawl, and he will most likely still own everyone in the new smash bros :/

Let's see, Yoshi, Jigglypuff, Capt. Falcon, and Ness have been in each one, yet have not be revealed... And I'd bet money Falco'll be in it as well, as well as Shiek....So if they come in, that's what, 29 characters?

Little Mac seems to have:

-Strong attacks
-Quick Movements
-Super Armor in some attacks

But also:

-He seems to be extremely light (ergo frail)
-Little to no resources when it comes to air attacks
-Extremely long recovery times.

He can wind up as either Top Tier (a la Meta Knight) or Bottom Tier (a la Ganondorf), there doesn't seem to have a middle ground for him.

Well... He was on the previous one because Hideo Kojima was (and most likely still is) a fan of Smash Bros series.
But now that he had his wish fulfilled in the last edition and that this new Smash is being made by Namco there's pretty much no reason to see him anymore...

What strikes me as incredibly odd is that Namco hasn't decided to use any of their own company characters in the game as guests yet... No Tekken, nor Soul, nor Tales of, nor Klonoa, nor Mr.Driller... It feels like their wasting a golden oportunity here....

Maybe their waiting? I mean Megaman is getting a little shine again even though Capcom barely looks his way these days. Probably going to pull a Sega even and surprise us when nearly all characters are listed.

Basic summation:

3DS version is coming this summer, the WiiU version is in Winter.
Greninja is playable, along with Charizard.
No more transforming characters, so Sheik and Zero Suit Samus will be their own separate characters.
the 3DS gets it's own special mode.
Yoshi is confirmed to return.

With the 3DS having a special mode that involves fighting people nearby and the roster filled with around 39 now I think? Didn't they say the roster would be 48 or something?

Back when I was in college and the trailer for Sonic in Brawl came out, that was one of the coolest, most hype moments on the internet that day. When Megaman was announced at E3 last year, that was the coolest, possibly even more hype moment on the internet that day.
