Apparently this is a leak of the full character and stage roster. Dunno if it's real or not, but it certainly looks believable enough in my opinion.
Anyone know who the blonde haired guy in the red vest is supposed to be? He's grouped with the guest characters, so I would assume he's from some non-Nintendo series. First thing I thought of was Golden Sun, although I've never played that myself, so I can't say for sure.

Well, it seems as though Ghirahim may not be making an appearance as a playable character. Rather disappointing, he was an excellent villain and would've fit nicely into the cast.
I also see that Wolf and Snake aren't present anymore, with the former making it so that there are only two returning Star Fox characters. I don't see pokemon trainer there, either.

Look closely at the picture. Mr. Game and Watch's hand is sticking out of his box. And where are the Miis? Also, the selection screen is inconsistent in showing the series icons.

(It screams fake all over it, but having Shulk on it... being a fake won't stop a certain someone to drool on it for hours).

Don't count on him comin' back, it was most likely a one time scenario (Kojima asked Sakurai to put him in because Kojima happens to be an avid Smash Bros fan, and apparently Kojima and Sakurai seem to get along rather well... But now with Namco leading the project the chances would be pretty scarce... besides Kojima got his wish fulfilled already (Snake not only made into Smash, but was top tier on the Smash he was in)).
And Kaijin you are the "Perentie" of this place, IMO.

So I got more info…
Unless my friend is pulling my leg, there’s some pretty crazy crap left to be revealed.
-Snake, Lucas, Ice Climbers (Why), and Wolf are cut
-Doctor Mario is back as a clone
-Dark Pit is a newcomer as a clone
-Each character gets 8 alternate costumes, whether they be pallet swaps or new costumes.
-Alph appears as 4 of Olimar’s costumes, while the other 4 are Olimar’s.
-Shulk will be playable with Gaur Plains as his stage, his neutral B changes his Monado mode which essentially makes him dish more damage and take more, or do less damage, and take less.
-Bowser Jr appears as a new comer and allegedly fights from a mario kart… has no alt colors, but instead has the 7 koopalings as alts.
-Duck Hunt is in… from what I’ve been told it’s the duck hunt dog fighting with ducks on his back who assist for certain attacks…

-Bowser Jr rides in a koopa kart that attacks with cannon balls and boxing gloves and stuff that eject from the clowns mouth.
note* The kart sounds more like the koopa clown car to me as I read it.
Now I’m not even sure from this stuff so take it with a grain of salt, but my friend recently quit as a tester due to family reasons, so if he decided he no longer cares what leaks, I could see why he’d tell me.
He was also unclear to me as to if that is the rest of the roster so also be wary.
Keeping in mind the leak apperentally came from 4Chan...

Didn't they say they would be cutting down on clone characters this time? I don't have a source on that, but if Dr. Mario and Dark Pit really are in the game as their own characters instead of as costumes, that kinda goes against what was said.
I didn't take that leak wholly to begin with, but I was starting to think that Ghirahim wouldn't be part of the playable cast for a while. Good to know his now an assist trophy, though. For now all we really can do is wait for more information on the subject. I'm a little indifferent to whether Snake makes it back or not, he was an alright character to me but I felt he kind of didn't fit y'know?

Wellllp, that has me excited at least. I fucking love Sakuraba's work in Dark Souls. Also pretty good to see those that have worked on Soul Calibur and Ace Combat on there as well.
With Motoi Sakuraba as one of the composers and Namco leading the project...
...Now it's officially one heck of a letdown to not see any Tales of character into the roster, just saying ^^

The Ice Climbers are cut? Is that true? If so then ouch, that's pretty cold considering they're veterans from Melee.
As for Tales of characters I always thought that Lloyd Irving would be a nice fit in the roster. His game was also practically a GameCube exclusive, being on PS2 only in Japan and only recently having Chronicles released on PS3. I think he and a couple others from his game could work in SSB (Like Kratos).

Shulk hasn't been confirmed yet. As far as the Villager they've shown how he's going to fight.
Why do so many people hate Dr.Mario? If anything he's a better pseudo-clone/clone than lucina because he doesn't use flood and why would his pills give off a fire effect if they had him as a recolored Mario? Lucina is just Roy without Fire which isn't bad but gets rid of the awesomeness roy had burning everyone. Roy and Doc were my mains in melee so I'm glad they are coming back in a way.
