Re: Zauberheim - Kingdom of Magic RP
---Citadel---
Though the figure paused a moment while the White Witch had taken a moment to speak with a nekomata, he continued forward in silence the rest of the way, stopping by the boy's mechanical hound. He looked on with some interest at the warehouse and the surrounding area but turned his attention to Brandon as he grabbed some of his inventions to aid the team.
Holding the small ear-piece in his cloaked covered palm the Wanderer looked at the device as the boy explained its purpose and function. After both Rielle and Alexander gave their refusal for using the device the wanderer shook his head before handing the device back to Brandon.
"A useful invention to be sure, but one that is likely to be better accepted by a team who trusts one another and works well together already." Turning to the group the figure took no hesitation in speaking.
"If we're all ready then might I suggest a plan of action? With possibly all the traps possibly disabled we must act quickly. Wordplay's spell on the Princess means we cannot bring harm to him, but it can be used to our benefit. Ms. Rielle your talent will be of great use here. Form a chant that will place Wordplay to sleep, thereby incapacitating the man while bringing no harm to the Princess. The rest of us will provide you with cover should you require it. Is this plan agreeable to you all?"
---Castle - Throne Room---
Tibrus gave the Princess a nod before standing. Spotting one of the guards near the doorway he called out to them while pointing a finger.
"You there! Find the nearest mage and grab this man a Restoration tonic!" With a silent salute the guard teleported out of the room; it would likely be a few minutes before the she returned.
Turning to the librarian the Architect made he way to the table and picked up on of the books. Brushing off what little dust was left Tibrus opened the book and began to study its contents.
"...hmm...focus points...drawing near the user...exact measurements..." This would go on for a few minutes, even after the guard returned with a small bottle with a bright purple liquid inside. The guard placed the bottle on the table within Nick's reach before turning to give Tibrus a salute. The man gave the guard a quick nod before turning back to the book, while the guard swiftly returned to her post.
Once Nickolas drank from the bottle the tonic would act quickly, giving him a warm tingle as the liquid made its way down. The tonic would normally be used by mages to quickly replenish their reserves on the fly while in the field, but would drink from a bottle 3 times the size. The one on the table held just enough to bring the Librarian to full alertness for the next few hours without repercussion, and allow him a proper night sleep as well.

Word Play's Location

Brandon clicked his tongue in annoyance from the fact that everyone but one refused to use the No Evils. "Tch, fine.", he muttered as he returned the devices back to their place in his warehouse. He turn his attention to Rielle, "After the talk about potential buyers, you won't give my inventions a chance?", he asked while feigning to be emotionally hurt, "Meh, I don't blame you.", he stated before turning to the Cloaked Wanderer. "Yeah, I'd figured it may help.", he explain before he focused his attention on the warehouse. He ignored Henry's complaint of discomfort. As if anyone would be interested in something that caused them pain.
Using the Oracle Eye, he switched through several setting and mused them to see if there's any more traps within the vicinity of the warehouse. What he saw made him question if the team is enough to enter the warehouse. He could see the inside of the warehouse and saw that the walls and floor were covered in writings. The languages some were written in made him question if they're actual languages. The words near the door appeared to be inactive, but everywhere else seem to be ready to activate on the whim.
"Hey, Henry right? I don't think the stone would be much help. There are words on the floor, roof and the walls. Pretty much all of them are active. The door, however, was covered in words so it took most of the power of that rock of yours to disabled. That place is a fucking powder keg. I can see that masked bastard and-", he was cut off when he noticed that Word Play turned to the direction of Brandon and gave him the bird. "Well shit, he knows we're here. Thanks a lot Henry, the asshole knows we're here. Then again, you know that by now since we're sharing the same vision here.", he stated. "God damn, I don't think most of the words I'm seeing are even actual languages. Like, what the actual fuck? Henry, can you even understand most of them?", Brandon asked the mercenary.
It's true, Word Play was aware that those looking for him will know that he has a preference for kanji. However, he is more than capable of writing in several other languages, hundreds to be specific. By doing this, he'll catch his pursuers off guard and have to be wary of their surroundings when they enter.
"Sigh, you guys are fucking lucky that I have something that can help.", he stated as he pulled out his Information Catalog and input some commands. He linked the Oracle Eye with the Information Catalog to receive real-time information. Right now, his inventions can translate most languages and convert them into a language that he can read. However, he can't translate dead languages since, they're dead.
"Holy shit, the door would've killed you if you had open it, Henry.", Brandon commented as he read what was written on the door.
Any who enter share be struck by lightning a thousand times.
When the door is open, any who enter shall be taken away by the wind and ascend to the Heavens before they fall to meet the ruler of the underworld.
Anyone with a stone shall have the Earth underneath them disappear, where they will have an early funeral.
There were many more on the door, but he didn't have the time to read them. "Well... shit.", he stated, "That warehouse is possibly the most secured place I will ever seen. You guys should've found me a lot sooner. That asshole had more than enough time to prepare. The only thing that don't have words on it is the damn roof and the top half of the walls.", he continue to comment to the point that he has had it. "Fuck it, any of you guys think that the king would be mad if I tear that place down while you guys deal with that masked bastard?", he asked as he's planning on using on of his most destructive inventions.

----Warehouse----
(While the stone may lose its powers with use, it doesn't mean it can't be manually charged, but it quickly overcharges as i'l show right now, no civilian deaths though)
"would you believe me If I thought he already knew we were here?" Henry said unamused as then saw the markings on the ground, he understood most of them, he simply sighed as Brandon commented about the door, he simply stayed quiet as he saw all the markings together with Brandon "this is a nice gadget, good work by the way" he said as he then realized that his stone hadn't worked that much, he then heard Brandon asking if the king would be mad if he destroyed the entire warehouse, "well I don't know, focused and controlled maybe, if it got civilians in the middle of it...well...I don't know" he said as he then held the pendant in his hand, his energy levels spiked up extremely high, the dark energy could be felt so thick the air was hard to breathe in "..." he stood quiet as he concentrated his aura getting thicker and thicker to even cause uneasyness on everyone around him, but as they weren't hostile his aura had no other effect on them, the aura could be felt from a very good distance away, his pendant was flashing brightly so brightly one could only see the green light flashing from it and not the stone itself, "hah!" he said closing his palm on the stone as he then punched the ground a massive shockwave of energy was released, stumbling almost everyone back due to it, the entire magic on the district went dead, the words disappeared in a flash, none remained, no more magic could be felt from the warehouse, Henry however controlled it enough to not disable everyone else's magic abilities, the anti magic shockwave even disrupted Brandon's gadget for a short time, and Word play felt it hit him, weakening his magic and destroying all other writtings on the floor or walls or even the roof.
"There..." he said panting a bit as his magic level died down "I don't see anymore markings brandon, lets get in there quick" he said as Alexander simply stood quiet while watching him do all that "The entire god damn district went dead Henry" he said "Yeah...but no one got hurt, call it collateral." he said getting back up,and he wa right, the shockwave would only slightly affect anyone near the center of the blast, which no civilian was, any civilian in the district would have their magic unphased, the shockwave's power weakens with distance, so only magical objecta lost magic for a maximum of 2 minutes before the magic returning and comsidering thia district was mostly made by warehouses, quite a few that were abandoneda, his stone now grey again, needing to recharge.

If you think of me as nothing more than a mere wanderer...you are trully mistaken, because I can destroy the very fabric of your being with the power bestowed upon me.
Where there is a question there is an answer, where there is an option there is another, my path is mine alone to make.
Death? I have gotten used to it, for I cannot die...I come back every time.

Re: Zauberheim - Kingdom of Magic RP
...Brandon responded to Rielle, a touched of feigned pain. The White Witch simply smiled at the response but said nothing more.EndZoner wrote:"After the talk about potential buyers, you won't give my inventions a chance? Meh, I don't blame you."
The student then scanned the warehouse and found it was completely loaded with traps laid down by Word Play save for the roof and the higher part of the walls. The extremist himself was also aware of the team's presence. Brandon suggested to the team to cover him while he try to tear the warehouse down but Henry had other ideas, gripping his pendant in his hand.
Power and energy started amassing upon Henry's flashing anti-magic pendant as the others could only gawk at it. Henry then closed his palm and slammed his fist upon the ground, releasing a massive shockwave that disabled all magic in the entire district. The rest of the group stumbled due to it including Rielle who had an unamused look on her face. The stone was essentially a defense mechanism against people like her and if that were to fall on the hands of her enemies, it could mean the end for her.
Alexander remarked that the entire district went dead because of the shockwave but Henry assured no one got hurt. "I don't know, Henry." Rielle voiced her doubts, though rather playfully. "This is the Kingdom of Magic, who knows if there's someone using magic to keep something from falling onto them." She continued. "They'd be red paste by now... or worse." The White Witch realized another thing. "And you do realize that you're gonna have to answer to the king as to why a part of his kingdom suddenly got robbed of its magic."
"But that's none of our concern is it?" Rielle began to walk towards the warehouse doors and kicked it open.
If she has immediately spotted Word Play and not stopped, Rielle would quickly say "Noisulli evitis--" She did not finish the spell for the fast Word Play had thought up a way to disable her as well as ways to overpower her allies without the use of magic. With his victory sealed, all he needed to do was finish off the the White Witch and the world shall be forever be rid of her terror.
But little does Word Play know that what he saw was an illusion. In reality, he would be lying on the ground and dreaming a positive false reality. "I'd lock him up right now if I were you. The moment he believes it's not real, the spell's hold will break and I don't take him for the gullible type." Rielle said to the rest of the group before turning to the Cloaked Wanderer. "Can't do a sleep spell since it's risky. I'd tell you why but then again, a magician never reveals her tricks."

"He's right" Alexander said to rielle, "I can still sense civilian's aura, which there arent many in the district, its mostly warehouses here, quite a few of them abandoned, and I can already feel magic returning back to the district" he said as Henry nodded "It loses power with range...no civilian got even affected by it, and as Alexander said the magic is already coming back" he said to Rielle and Alexander as he heard Rielle's comment "Its my problem, I know" he said as he was surprised Rielle was the first to go in, they stood behind a bit, else word play would have a higher chance of sseeing them and casting a spell, and apparently succesfully captured word play "Nice..." he said with a smile as he entered the warehouse un order to help aprehending word play.

Word Play's Hideout
-------------------
Rue was not surprised to hear that the assailant already knew of their presence at his hideout. He also guessed that the hideout was well-fortified, of course. "I wished we would've arrived here sooner, but I suppose it 's no use worrying bout it now." After the merc receives the headpiece from Brandon, he looks at it for a moment before tossing it back. "Sorry young Brandon, I don't have much use for this device. I can just project my thoughts through use of specialized invocation."
Rue watched as Henry channeled his energy into the stone, only to have it disable some of Word Plays' traps. In response to this, Henry channeled further energy into it and punched the ground with great force. "Heh, not bad, Henry. A tad bit flashy, but not bad at all. I figured your stone would come in handy."
After the traps were disabled, Rielle promptly kicked down the doors of the warehouse. She then cast a peculiar spell to incapacitate Word Play. "Quite impulsive, aren't we Ms. Rielle? The boy said that the assailant was aware of our being here. Don't let your guard down." The mercenary kept his hand on his sword as he observed the situation.
-------------------
Nearing Royal Palace
-------------------
While Felicie and Ivadi were using wind walk to arrive at the palace, she sensed a strange pike of energy off in the distance. The spike caused a peculiar dampening effect in that area. She quickly discarded the thoughts however, as they needed to keep of trouble as is.
"Well my humble servant, we've arrived at our destination." The two had arrived on a rooftop were the palace was in plain view, they took a moment to behold its splendor. "Well have to be careful about getting in, this is royal palace after all. I'm sure there's -" The vampire's sentence was cut short when a hooded figure appeared before them. By the look of his cloak, he was a court official. Indeed it was the same man who the students met at the Citadel and assisted the outside warriors.
"What are you two doing here? It is past curfew for all students, and you two especially have been confined to your homes. Explain yourselves." Felicie looked at Ivadi and then back to the official. "Good sir, we just thought it'd be nice to pay a visit to our dear friend the princess. Isn't that right, Ivadi?"
----------------
Schwarzrosen House
-----------------
The door to Felicie's room opens, revealing the kikimora from before. "Master Ivadi, do you plan on staying a bit longer? It getting late -" Hana's face grows pale as she sees that the room is empty, with the window wide open. A somewhat chilly draft could be felt in the room.
"The head mistress will have my hide for this..."

Word Play's Mind
---
The masked vigilante was standing over the corpse of The White Witch. A spear made of stone was impaled through her chest and through her heart. Word Play experienced a great joy of killing the wicked bitch. She attempted to capture him when all of his traps were neutralized. She was completely caught off guard when he... Wait, how did he stop her? That's when he realized that everything that had just transpired wasn't real.
---
Word Play's Hideout
---
The masked vigilante woke up from his dream. That Orderite bitch put him to sleep! Looking around the warehouse, he find that all of his traps are still disabled. He cursed under his breath as he realized that he can't fight them at his weakened state. It would appears that he'll have to torture the princess to get them off of his back. Kneeling down, he wrote a single sentence.
In my hand is a spear of Earth!
He created himself a stone spear before picking it up and walk out of the front entrance to meet his pursuers. As he stepped out of the warehouse, he proceeded to mock them, "Man, I was having a perfect dream. I killed that Orderite bitch and I was so happy! Man, I really wish my dream to be a reality.", he rambled, "Anyway, which one of you assholes destroyed all of my hard work in setting my surprise for you guys?! I put a lot of effort in them, you know?!", he stated with mocked annoyance. "Sigh, it doesn't matter. I'll have to get you guys off my back at the Princess's expense.", he stated as he angled his spear to impale in his right leg. "It would be a shame if the Princess can't walk to her own bed.", he commented which was clearly a threat.

"Thanks Rue" Henry said as Rue complimented him as he was about to head in with everyone, hand in his sword but quickly saw word play coming out of hte warehouse, spear in his hand, he simply raised his hand with an amused smile as Word play asked who took down his traps, he quickly got in a cautious position when Word play threatened to hurt the princess "Wel-" he was quickly interrupted by Alexander as he started speaking to the man "Oh so you've fallen so low as to use a hostage? and you pretend to be better than the order, when you do exactly what they do in order to get shit done, if you use hostages in order to gain leverage, what makes you better than the order in the end of things?" he said mocking Word play, "But...we have no choice but to cooperate, what is it that you want?" he said shrugging, as Henry couldn't use the pendant again until it recharges, they'd have to stall for time until then.

The Wanderer simply watched as everything transpired, though he was secretly impressed with the power that Henry displayed. He used a hand to help Brandon keep steady from the small quake. Even as Rielle kicked the door down and explained her spell to keep WordPlay occupied he stayed silent, that is until the vigilante awakened and walked out the door. Seeing this along with the threat to the Princess' health caused the masked man to sigh in what seemed to be disappointment.
"Why must the young always be so foolish?" The question was asked aloud to no one in particular before another shake of the head.
"No matter, it is time to end this." With that tone of finality the figure blurred forward, appearing before Wordplay.
To Wordplay it would seem as if one moment everyone was keeping their distance and the next, after a blink, his masked face would be staring into the dark void of the Wanderer's hood. His right hand holding the spear would be restrained by the Wanderer's left, and would not budge despite the mans struggle to remove it. The figure's other hand would appear before Wordplay's eyes, nothing more than an inch between hand and mask.
"I know this is the real you. Inemuri." Immediately Wordplay would feel his pupils dilate s few times before his world would lose focus, his mental grip on consciousness fading too fast for Wordplay could stop it. Once finished Wordplay would collapse to the ground, the Wanderer making sure to catch him before hitting the floor.

Word Play's Hideout
---
"Extreme people requires extreme measures.", Word Play replied to Alexander.
At first, Word Play was under the impression that he had them in their place. However, that was not true when the Wanderer decided to take matters into his own hands. The Wanderer cleared the distance between him and Word Play in a blink of an eye.
"He's fast!", he thought to himself and attempted to react. However, he wasn't fast enough and he was immediately restrained and was forced to drop the spear to the ground. "Shit!", the masked vigilante cursed before his vision was blocked by the man before him. In a time frame too fast for him to react, he lost consciousness.
"Well that was anti-climatic.", Brandon commented as he took off his Oracle Eye and returned it to his warehouse with his Aether Hound. "Anyway, you guys can drag that guy back to the castle. I'm going home.", he stated as he turn to walk home. However, before he leaves, he turns to Rielle. "Hey, if you were serious about potential buyers then give me a call. I'm more than happy to demonstrate my inventions to rile some customers.", he stated before he left to go home.

Meanwhile, in the throne room of the castle, Princess Lisianthus soon losses consciousness due to the effect of the binding spell and the Wanderer's ability. Dalia was the first to notice this as she was near the princess at the time that she lost consciousness.
"Hey! You alright?!", Dalia called out as she rushes over to the princess's side.
Jonathan focused his attention to the princess when his sibling made an outburst over the princess's health. After having experienced Word Play's binding spell, he was aware that the investigation team must have caught and incapacitated Word Play, which led the princess to lose consciousness. He rushed over to the princess's side and check her state due to having years of training in the medical field.
He let out a sigh as she's still alive. It would be problematic if anything severe occurred to the princess. "She's fine. Just unconscious. Word Play must have lost consciousness. No doubt that the investigation team had finally captured him.", Jonathan stated as he turn to Tibrus, "I believe you should have the princess taken to a much suited location such as a infirmary.", he suggested to the architect.

"Riiiiight" Alexander said mockingly as he thoguth about ways to disarm him, Henry was silent during the conversation but he saw the wanderer restraining the masked man and knocking him unconciouss in a time span that he didn't think was actually possible at first "Well alright then" he said with an amused tone as the situation was over fast, "We better restrain him" he said as he held his hand forwards as a chain was created on his hand, more like shackles used to hold criminal's hands, "Keep him from writting words in order to escape" he said as he pulled his pendant and manually charged it and touched the shackles with it, the shackles flashed green for a moment as he quickly put them on word play's hands "This should keep him from casting powerful magics, and hopefully weaken his link with the princess" he said before looking at the wanderer, "Nice one, fast and effective, you probably saved the princess's life with that" he said to him with a friendly tone, congratulating him.
Alexander looked at Brandon was the boy was leaving, but he raised an eyebrow as he mentioned something about buyers, he simply chuckled as he turned his attention to the others.

Before he could be apprehended, Word Play broke free of Rielle's spell and threatened to bring harm to the princess by aiming a stone spear at himself. However, the Cloaked Wanderer apparently had enough and appeared in front of the extremist in a blink of an eye before putting his hand in front of Word Play and putting him to sleep. Rielle was impressed by the Cloaked Wanderer's moves but was also threatened. The cloaked man was no doubt powerful and taking him on would be a gamble and Rielle could only guess what other tricks he had under his sleeve.
Word Play was now properly apprehended by Brandon and Alexander and the situation was resolved.
The White Witch chuckled. "Sure, kid. I'll give you a holler."
"Well now that we've done our jobs, let's get back to the palace shall we? Personally, I'm beat." Rielle said to the remaining people before snapping her fingers and opening her signature portals which took everybody back to the king's throne room.

With the help of Henry the Wanderer placed the restrained Wordplay on his back, carrying the unconscious man piggy-back. At the man's compliment the figure gave a nod.
"It was my intention from the start. Your display earlier was no less impressive." After watching Brandon leave for home the Wanderer turned to Rielle.
"If it is not too much trouble, would you please teleport us to the castle? It is quite late and I believe many here would like to get some rest after a day such as this."
---Throne Room---
Tibrus was brought of his research from Dalia's cry of alarm. Looking at the Princess he rushed over just as Jonathan did. When the man said that the Princess had only lost consciousness Tibrus let out a sigh of relief.
"That is certainly a relief. The King might not be happy that his orders were ignored however. Guards!" He called over to the pair at the doors, both of which responded immediately by coming over.
"You lad, go find the king and relay to him this development and that the Princess is being moved to the infirmary. Also, be sure to mention that the Princess is merely asleep and is in no pain what-so-ever." The guard nodded with a salute before teleporting away to find his King. Tibrus then turned to the female guard he requested aid from earlier.
"Fetch another guard and take the Princess to the infirmary. Prep by Beta-White protocol." The guards eyes widened a little before she stood up a little straighter. Giving a salute she too disappeared through teleportation, only to return in moments with another guard. The pair laid out a stretcher before they and Tibrus placed the Princess upon. With another salute the pair then teleported the stretcher and Princess away to the infirmary.
The protocols were a newer idea that the current King of Zauberheim had implemented during his first few years as King. The first part of the code was used to judge the severity of the situation while the colour was used for the kind of situation at hand. Beta was one of the highest in severity, only outranked by Alpha then Omega. The only time a higher rank had been called was during the plague nearly a decade ago and that was an Alpha level alert. Omega is reserved for one situation; the imminent and inevitable destruction of Zauberheim.
White was the colour code for medical situations, and the situations varied as widely as the colours on a painters palette. All high ranking officials within the Kingdom knew this system off by heart and was actually a requirement for any in the army to gain the rank of Captain.
When the guards had disappeared Tibrus turned back to the sibling pair.
"Once the King returns we can continue where we had left off. Even though you were not at the forefront in apprehending this Wordplay, your knowledge and advice concerning both him and his method of magic is greatly appreciated." Before more could be said the entourage sent to capture said vigilante appeared through a portal no doubt created by Rielle the White Witch. Tibrus was quick to act.
"You're here, good. Keep that man here and keep him sleeping until the king arrives so we may proceed."

"Farewell, young arms dealer. I suppose I'll be seeing you at the festival, which will hopefully happen soon." These were Ruecian's words to Brandon before the boy departed for home.
The merc turns to the Cloaked Wanderer, who was carrying Word Play on his back. "I must say Cloaked One, your speed is impressive. I myself aren't used to seeing people with speed comparable to my own. But, what's important is that the princess is safe."
After hearing Rielle, the merc is yet again pulled into another one of the witch's portals. He arrived back in the throne room along with the others, unfazed by the travel method. Rue looks around the throne room and sees that Lisia is nowhere to be found. "Sir Tibrus, where is the princess? Is she alright?"

At the mercenary's words, the guard Tibrus sent had returned. This time with the king in tow. Reinhardt looks at Word Play with menacing eyes. "So, this is the man I've heard so much about. You know, I've been dying to meet him" The king spoke his words with an eerie calmness. "Oh and don't worry Tibrus, this guard has informed me of the current situation. The charm has been delivered to her medical quarters."
One could see the malice in the eyes of the king as he glanced at Word Play's. The assailant had crossed the King of Zauberheim, a very unwise decision.

Henry was quickly thrown out of the portal and landed face first into the ground yet again"god dammit..." he said annoyied as he quickly got up as he noticed the king and Tibrus coming to greet them back, he simply got back to his senses from his ungraceful fall out of the portal, Alexander simply walked out as he saw Henry fall "I guess you don't get along well with portals..." he said as he then noticed the king and Tibrus, he quickly bowed down showing respect to the King "Mi-lord, my name is Alexander, Im a soldier of the order, i was sent to help with the investigation, I have not had the pleasure to introduce myself to you" he said as Henry bowed down for a moment before getting back up, seeing the king looking at Word play, he simply stood quiet, hopefully the king would forgive the magic outage that happened in the district, although the dirstrict already had full magic power again.

under the moonlight in the clear night sky, Ivadi was carried through the air by Felicie. luckily for her he was actually a little lighter than she thought. underneath them was the kingdom of Zauberheim. while many people had magic here, not many had the chance to see such a view from above. it was breathtaking, and Ivadi appreciated every second of it as they headed to the castle

"Well my humble servant, we've arrived at our destination." Felicie said as the two had arrived on a rooftop were the palace was in plain view, they took a moment to behold its splendor.
Isn't that right, Ivadi?" she asked him
Ivadi knew that immediately he would need to go along with her, and it was the truth after all. "Of course, we are still worried about her after the attack from that crazed masked man." he said "due to the incident, things happened so fast that we didn't have any time to properly say what we needed to. we just wish to reassure her and ourselves." he said with bow

Booker awkwardly clenched his extend hand, retracting it back to his side before quickly glancing away. "Well then, I trust that all is as it should be. We mustn't concern ourselves with one little flea in a city full of parasites."
Eyeing the cannibal as she walked beside him, Booker couldn't help but have the suspicion that the monster's were planning something soon. After all, two powerful agents, (including the trial applicant who had such depravity as to engage in cannibalism) wouldn't be assigned to him otherwise. Of course, he realized that there was a possibility that he was merely being overly cautious.
"We'll have to wait and see on what to do with him, then." He turned towards her, raising a hand to his chin. "I'm sure you've been informed about the ongoing tournament in town. This is where we shall build our forces. Strike when the iron is hot, and this city will assimilate into the clutches of the righteous!"
Turning away, he sighed. "Go find your friend, and brief her about the mission. It's quite simple: when you see the emerald flags, strike with the others. The time of waiting is over."

A Knight's Errant travels the long road. He does not know where it will take him. Yet, while evil still reigns, there is no rest for him beneath the skies, nor peace at any board or bed.

Annabelle thought he was stereotypical Order member but she also knew he did not get to lead an entire sect by simply barking and no biting even if technically and hypothetically one can. However, the Order leader seemed to be make it clear that the sect was going to launch an offensive soon. Annabelle was not sure what to feel about that. On one hand, she could always use a good fight to practice and show off her skills. On the other, the Order could very well lose and one less kingdom for the cannibal to feast in.
Annabelle decided to pay no mind to her worries and simply go with the flow. Sir Booker turned away and sighed.
...he ordered.Bozo wrote:"Go find your friend, and brief her about the mission. It's quite simple: when you see the emerald flags, strike with the others. The time of waiting is over."
"Emerald flags sir?" Annabelle repeated before shrugging. "Well okay then. I'll be off."
Before the cannibal could make her teleportation act, an Order knight came to them. "Word Play! The anti-Order extremist! He's been captured!" He announced.
A smile formed in Annabelle's face. "Well then. That's one problem taken care of." She said before disappearing in a purple haze.

"His punishment will come in due time, King of Zauberheim." The figure spoke with a calm yet neutral voice as he moved Wordplay from his back to the floor, making sure that the movement didn't wake the masked man.
"The charm you speak of is meant to break Wordplay's hold on the Princess I take it? Then once we know the charm has activated we can see if the spell has been broken." If the figure had noticed the malice being exuded from the King, the cloaked one didn't show it.
"And how will you accomplish that, cloaked one?" Still skeptical Tibrus felt compelled to question the figure. Until he saw the proof for himself he wouldn't believe this man before him was the famed Cloaked Wanderer.
"By waking this man. If the charm works and the Princess remains asleep, waking this man will have no effect. If on the off chance the charm doesn't work, we'll know when the Princess wakes due to waking the vigilante. Mind you, there could be a chance the Princess will wake upon the charm activating, we won't know until it happens."

Jonathan remained impassive as he watch the event that is being transpired before his eyes. He had begun making mental notes for future references as he continue to listen to the conversation that was taking place. If he's right, then everything will be going according to plan. Word Play was informed of a plan and he had enough time to prepare when he had escaped from the investigators.
Dalia on the other hand was staring at the unconscious form of Word Play. Her eyes showed righteous fury as she wants to finish the fight that they had started in the past. "Oi, when he wakes up, can I beat the crap out of him?", she asked the king. "He and I have been meaning to settle an old score.", she explained as she cracked her knuckles. However, she was also going along with the plan that her brother had devised. If everything goes well, the Mamono Party will regain some reputation back while also getting rid of certain Orderites.
In response to Dalia's words, Jonathan tapped her head with minor force, "Behave Dalia, we should be professional here. Seeing that your investigators have apprehended Word Play, what will you do, Your Highness?", he asked the king. "I would appreciate it if he is taken to a much more fitting location to face the crimes he had committed.", he stated as he spared a glance at the unconscious vigilante. If the plans goes as intended, then they will be here undetected. Hopefully Word Play will live long enough to see the end result of their plan.

As Brandon returned home, he remembered that he left one of his No Evil with that mercenary. He entered a few orders in his Information Catalog and returned the earpiece back to the warehouse. With that out of the way, he entered his home and his room to resume his reading on Alchemy and Magic Circles. If he can do some training, he may be able to increase his chance at victory in the tournament.
