-Windows XP Professional SP 3
-3 HDDs of 500GB

The OS is about the only thing I can upgrade; everything else would require a new motherboard...

The Processor and GPU are both somewhat dated, no offense intended.
I am also curious as to why you are using XP instead of Windows 7. Lastly do you mean 3 500 GB hard drives or 3 hard drives with a total of 500 GB?


I can give you of the list of parts I used to make my PC (and most of them have gone down in price) if you want.
Its not the best but it can play Witcher 3 on minimum.

There's been none. I know well they're old. But thing is, they're the strongest my Motherboard can hold. So, to buy new ones would imply getting a new motherboard, and probably new RAM sticks too as these ones aren't compatible with newer cards.

The whole thing would probably mount up around $500 (hardware is very expensive where I live), and that's about the original price of my whole PC...

I am also curious as to why you are using XP instead of Windows 7.

Because I'm lazy; I don't want to have to reinstall everything. Plus, my XP is genuine, and the only 7 I'd be able to get is a pirate one (genuine software is EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE than hardware here. A genuine W7 can mount over $300, if you're lucky), and I'd rather stay genuine.

Three of 500GB each. Roughly over 1.4 TBs.

Mother fuck, man. There are just no words to describe the kind of boner all that has given me. This level of customization is beyond by wettest-err, wildest dreams, yeah.

It seems Bethesda has REALLY been paying close attention to what players want and Modder communities deliver, and have taken the care of creating it themselves; now what you usually did on the Creation Kit you do it as part of the game!! This is simply too good to be real, but it is!

FYI, Bathesda did hire some modder that made some very popular mods. I do notice your character had power armour training as he is a war veteran.

From what I know, it is a mod that allow you to build building in Fallout New Vegas,

Makes me wonder, will we be able to wield guns akimbo? I mean, given how popular dual-wield was in Skyrim, I wouldn't had been surprised if they added something similar to FO4. Has there been any news about this?

Nothing as of yet, and I have a suspicion you won't be able to. But, even so, the game would be epic nonetheless.

Still, dual-wielding a pair of sawnoffs or Machine pistols would be epic as shit.

Although, it would be balanced by being restricted to one handed guns, and you wouldn't be able to ADS. Greater damage and volume for a significant penalty to reload speed and accuracy.

I have seen people suggesting them before the announce, though I'd love to be able to duel wield my gun(Especially two 357 magnum revolver at same time to feel like Wasteland Cowboy). But I believe it will be 50/50 of the chance we see it.
