Hmm, maybe it's just me, but I think her nipples are a bit too high. Maybe if I could see the whole breast I could tell better.

Not bad. The hair and face details are looking great. Still, to see her head alone like that freaks me out a bit.

Anyway, Dream Demon's advice is "The distance between two eyes is mostly the length of one or half of an eye"
With that, I edited the eyes and the pic look even better now!

Hah, that happent to me the other day when I was working on my story. Lost about 2 paragraphs. 
The colors look beautiful; it totaly feels like there's light shining on them. I can't wait to the rest of it colored.

The aerolas are a bit small, though. I think they'd look better if they were a bit larger, but that's just my opinion, though. Everything else is looking great.

Well try looking at some pics of real breasts, the areola have a larger diameter than that on most women. Though it may just stick out more since her breasts are so massive. It's your call. The nipples look fine though.
