Yeah, I can't answer them at the moment because I don't have the answers yet. Been looking into it. The "Move Tool" is all it's called. As for the pic, I will upload it to the gallery when I find it..

Try look for lasso marquee, so you can highlight whatever you want to move, then select "scale up/scale down/rotate" to move.

Anyway, Chinese new year is coming next month. Can you guess who and what theme I am gonna tackle? Also, please tell me what feels wrong to you so I can fix

Haha, it's alright. Though I am not really fan of soul eater. Eve's inspiration are coming from one of my favourite artist Dream Demon, even though she is gender bend of Paz himself.

The shading seems alright to me, a lot better than my own at least. If i were to adjust something it would be the left arm, it looks a bit odd around the elbow area. Apart from that, good proportions and some nice details here and there.

Here's a little trick, to make his jacket white, colour it a grey blue, very light. The work in a soft layer of white to the highlights. Also change your background colour to a very light grey.
