Going by the count in the directory post-Liliraune, would this be the 150th MGE profile? If so, that's kinda nifty and makes me wonder what kind of bombshell she's going to be, being such a milestone.
Looking at her as-is, though, something tells me you'll end up wetter using her than braving the rain . . . but, then again, there's a difference between wet fun (read: baths, showers, amusement park rides, XXX) and getting wet (rain, getting water dumped on you, etc.), so it might not be so bad depending on the circumstances~

The first thing I thought when I saw this was ''Kogasa-chan!!''. Maybe I've played too much Touhou, hehe.
Still, both the pink color used for her body and the whole tongue theme on her evokes images of the Sandworm in my mind. And I love how KK gave her the One-Toothed Gettas (although they're best known for the Tengu, the Karakasa have them too).
Nonetheless..... *Points at the bindings on her shins* how does she walks? Does she ''hops'' around or glides in the air like most of the Karakasa seen in games and anime?

Most likely glide and make small steps when needed. The bindings shouldn't hinder too much when making small strides in her steps.

Design wise it's pretty clever (I'm sure that she can put Akanames to shame with her tongue mastery), but I'll reserve my two cents until more info of her is leaked.
And Kaijin you are the "Perentie" of this place, IMO.
Thoughts: Made me think of a Piña Colada girl cuz of the umbrella. And of course the Touhou character..
Opinions: Design wise...nope. Too much spit. Kinda wish she had more clothes too, would make her look more classy I think. I find the umbrella pretty freakin' awesome though.
Lovely umbrella indeed. Background fits nicely with. I still see it as a "Lady's" item though, but yea now that you explained that it makes sense. Still would love to see her in a long flowing oriental dress. ^_^
By the way, on KC's twitter, it has been noted that her appearance is based on the umbrella or parasol it originated from so each one can look vastly different from another one.

That is very good to note. Appearance-wise I love her. Those sandals are cute. Other than that I love the monster she's based off of so this is a plus.
