It's not really that cavenous, the profile states that she can basically adjust her inner walls to any size efficiently ("Despite her horse like pussy being loose, she can control it with such skill that no man can resist it.").While she does look lovely, her CG's make her look... cavernous, which puts me off a little.
So simply put: Her womanhood can be way tightier than a virginal human's if she ever feels like it...
And about about her honeypot being cavenous in the CGs, well if you ask me I would think that it was due to being poorly drawn in the X-Ray shots than for biological reasons (since she is pretty much able to achieve such a degree of tightness that it could even cut the circulation off Luka's member).
